eeee lowest weight in 3 years!! 57.8kg today!
Only 8kgs to go until I hit my dream weight 😊
Going to go for a run before dinner. This 16:8 fasting has been great plus staying under 1300cal a day.
I’m going to a 5 day festival this week and i always drop weight from all the dancing/heat/walking/lack of appetite😋
