- what he was actually charged w will be a secret ic :) - but yeah he’s a criminal. most likely ur character won’t know that bc he’s not goiNG AROUND telling ppl he’s a criminal but also some ppl might know !!  - bc he was a little younger when he did these things (about 20 years old to be exact) the jury had pity on him, as did the judge, and opted for work release and reintegration opposed to actual prison time - so he was placed as security guard for masters bc someone thought it was a good idea to give the criminal a weapon and access to the technology of the building. he gets paid minimum wage and he thinks the uniform is stuffy - he’s been there for two months - duties vary from running the metal detector in the lobby before the actual lobby, frisking, patrolling the entrance, staying overnight to watch security cameras, patrolling the floors, monitoring the safety of work-related events, etc. - he kinda buff ngl cuz that training made him get in SNATCHED - exclusively goes by the alias “sticks” bc undisclosed reasons but there’s a reason. his parole officer advised staying as anonymous as possible so people don’t try to look him up and see his charges; will never tell you his actual name unless you already know it, and if u know it, he’ll adamantly insist u call him by the nickname - lives in a halfway house when he’s not working - he ofc had a somewhat normal life before all the illegal things ensued so there’s plenty of room for connections before he turned onto the dark side !! baby grew up in florida but then went 2 ny and played soccer in college !! - oh yeah clem is his big sister c: but uh he hates their family. so. :c  - as for his personality, you’d think sir sticks would be v careful n cautious since one goof is enough to send him into the slammer but nah, homeboy is young and happy he’s not in jail so he’s kinda reckless??? he’s enjoying life the way he did before all the Mess happened. likes doin fun things, is extroverted and loud, will go w u to the strip club after work even tho his parole guidelines cLEARLY STATE HE IS ONLY TO WORK AND GO HOME - when you’ve been and done all that he has then ur tolerance for bs is literally under the carpet. so he’s a bit of a jerk and v snappy and dismissive of other ppl’s feelings.
