So please every day of this month try to
Drink some water
Eat a full meal
Brush your teeth
Take a shower
Go to sleep at a decent hour
Once a week please try
Wash some dishes
Throw away your trash
Put your dirty clothes in the hamper
And please take care of yourself, bestie.

i’ve been wanting to make something nice like this for a long time. something that would demonstrate my drawing potential to myself and others too, though i dont mind. i tend to be overambitious when i want to make projects so i just started drawing my idea. im glad i did and didn’t focus so much on it being perfect, which usually stops me from trying at all. everything is a rough sketch and i came up with the story on a whim. this is a world where the care bears don’t see the beauty around them.

It's Mental Health Awareness and BPD Awareness month 🥰
I've struggled alot with my mental health all these years until I was diagnosed bpd. At first I was like "I KNEW IT 😂" but then crash down and be like "ah shit I have bpd 😰😰". I was diagnosed with bpd 2 years ago :))
I would talk about my experience with my mental health + bpd but in short..ITS FUCKING HELL. It gives a huge impact in your life, your behaviours, moods and relationships.
But hey, I'm trying to be better :')
If you ever going through something, please seek for help, talk to your close friend/s or peers. Seel professional help if need to, and more!

Things are quite heavy in the world… it is okay to not be okay right now. The action of rest is difficult when your heart is weary. It’s easy to guilt yourself for not being able to move forward right now. It’s easy to tell yourself ~stay positive~ and just keep going. Allow yourself to feel and just be. It’s okay to be still. It’s also okay to relinquish control of your emotions, even for a moment.

For mental health awareness month, I'd like to talk about something that I wish I knew a year ago.
Boundaries.
What are they and how do I practice them safely?
Boundaries are identifying actions that are unhealthy for your mental or physical health, and verbally expressing an expectation of reaction from you to healthily avoid these situations.
An example of a healthy boundary. "If you get into drama with this person. I will not partake in said drama." You may set this boundary because your mental health is shit and you do not need to be involved in drama.
An example of what is not a boundary. "My boundary is you aren't allowed to be friends with this person." See, boundaries are expressions of what you'll be doing to avoid unsafe behaviors for you, not enforcing actions on others.
How can you fix this?
"If you continue to be friends with this person, I can no longer remain in contact with you." See, this is a healthy boundary because you can only control your actions. It gives you a way to cut off from behavior that's not healthy for you without trying to force something that you can't control.
Great. So someone crossed your boundary. What do you do? Enforce it. If someone crosses your boundary, you follow through. Now if your boundary is cutting contact. It's really important that you do that.
Don't continue to harass the person. Don't continue to find new ways to chew them out after they blocked you. Don't make 5 videos a day on your tiktok talking shit. Don't demand an apology. Your boundary was you couldn't continue to interact with this person if they continued this behavior. Continuing to interact is only disrespecting your own boundary.
That being said. No one likes reactionary boundaries. That's just toxic behavior.
If someone sets a boundary, "If you get in drama, I won't get involved" and you respond with, "If you don't get involved in my drama, I can't continue contact", then you're gonna make them feel unsafe setting boundaries. Pretty soon the boundary is going to be, "If you keep trying to bypass my boundaries with your own, I'm going to cut contact." (Honestly that should be a boundary in the first place.) Don't be toxic. Respect people's boundaries and don't try to bypass them with your own.
Take care of yourself. Set boundaries and enforce them.
Stop being toxic.
