Meet Meby!
Meby is a resident of MidTown!
For his side quest in the game, you'd go around MidTown collecting pieces of plastic fabric for him to add to his outfit. Once you found all 4 pieces, he'd give you booties you could equip to your cat as a cosmetic change :)!
You'd get a cute animation of your cat struggling to walk in booties until you talked to him again. B-12 would recommend you ask him how to walk in these, so the player isn't totally in the dark on how you continue the game as usual. (If the player didn't go back and talk to him, you'd get out of the range of Meby being on the screen and your cat would walk normal again.)
