Breaking down my ABSOLUTE PURE UNTAMED LOVE for Henry McMillan (spoiler warning ⚠️)

So Henry is best friends wit vlad, I think his wild, cheeky vibe is what makes me simp so hard. 

    His obsession with woman, that turns into a solid relationship with October is something that I find adorable, it’s kinda like Henry’s way of finding the right girl (this may or may not be me making an excuse for him being a total pig but idc cuz I love Henry anyways) Also I think October was the best choice for Henry to end up with cuz she is actually a lot like him, in a goth, girly, kinda way. (Also I may or may not relate to October so I can kinda see her as myself HEHE😈) Henry is just so free and silly and I love him and he’s adorable and amazing and I love it. Also him and vlads relationship is absolutely adorable, cuz vlad is shy and unpopular, and Henry is outgoing, and popular, and kinda insane. Yet through all of it Vlad and Henry’s relationship still survived (with a few rough patches here and there.) And o I forgot to mention Henry’s relationship with joss. Joss is kinda a total opposite yet a lot like Henry at the same time. (I haven’t read the slayer chronicles yet so I don’t have much on their relationship so these opinions are purely based on the lore u have on chronicles of Vladimir tod)  So I don’t know much about joss and Henry’s relationship, besides the fact that they are basically arch enemies for the whole series) Honestly I don’t even know why but Henry is and will always be my favorite tcovt character and nobody will EVER change that. Also if u got to the end of this I’m actually shocked that u read through this whole paragraph of my SIMPING over Henry McMillan and I respect u greatly:p now go out and do sum fun for urslelf today. Bye bye gurls😜

my wifes and i have started listening to hitchhiker’s guide on tape and we’re freaking out bc neither of us have read it since like probably middle school so we didn’t realize that zaphod beeblebrox and trillian mcmillion are literally the exact dynamic of our OCs (if a straight british guy wrote them so they were slightly more like “smart girl "dumb” guy” instead of both being equally as ridiculous, and if trillian swapped astrophysics for astrology). and our OCs are both aliens who met at a party pretty much the same way if you just removed arthur dent from the equation. And teresa has a son with georgie named marvin. (georgie is a dif OC to teresa’s husband who’s exactly like zaphod, and she uses she/her pronouns. just saying bc her name sometimes makes people assume she’s a boy)

I have NEVER seen a documentary as wild as McMillions on HBO Max. It's the story of the investigation into how, from the late 80s to 2001, the McDonalds monopoly game was rigged with no legitimate winners of the top prizes.

If you haven't watched it yet, I recommend it. It's EXTREMELY GOOD and I'm addicted.

Dan McMillion Jazz Orchestra – Give It One

“Based in Florida, the Dan McMillion Jazz Orchestra is modeled on the Maynard Ferguson Orchestra of the 1970s and, to a lesser extent, the ’60s, with its leader belting out impressive high-note blasts on his trumpet. After the first few numbers, one becomes weary of all the high notes and fortunately, the music settles down a bit while still remaining mostly high-powered. In addition to McMillion, the key soloists include altoist Tom Dietz and tenors Tim Stamps and Mark Gould. Some of the selections are a bit commercial and this orchestra has a derivative sound but the musicianship is excellent. Certainly Maynard Ferguson fans will want this CD and will wonder why Dan McMillion is not better-known.” – Scott Yanow/AllMusic.
