ok I see y’all with the Jedi ocs who have forbidden relationships. I see the people shipping Jedi with other characters (*cough cough* anakin x padme, codywan, aayla x bly *cough cough*) (no shade bc I ship too). I see the Jedi!reader x clone trooper fics.

But i raise you

acearo Jedi who has no interest in relationships at all

sure this Jedi still bonds with their master like a parent/child relationship; what Jedi doesn’t?

this Jedi becomes close friends with other Jedi and sees their clone squad as siblings

this Jedi might even make friends outside of the GAR and Jedi order. maybe some civilian friends

but this Jedi just. never had an inkling of attraction for everyone. They just wanna protect the galaxy and have some laughs.

maybe this Jedi is completely oblivious to any romantic or sexual relationships/attraction/tension going on around them. Maybe this Jedi just doesn’t care. Either way, i think this has a lot of comedy potential (and maybe angst potential)

instead of a Jedi with a forbidden relationship, how about this?

learned something about myself lately

#i dont think its even the fact almost all my characters are somewhat beasts in one way or another. i just #really like tails and wish i had one myself #and then my oc designs are a little tame theyre mostly human shaped with animal features. but they always have tails #my eyes have recently been opened to the appeal of long whiplike unicorn tails.. so flowy and curly #something about the tuft at the end being long and swirly just does something for me..#maybe it would make sense to change auggies tail shape so it looks like a meteor. her design is mainly pink with hot pink accent #so it would be cool to use that and orange to make it look like a fire meteor.. maybe itll help complement the blue/green in her design #head full of ocs today so expect a ramble later #if i had a tail i think it would be long with a kink. so it kind of folds over once but not in a curl #when it wags its kind of a swaying motion. i have thought about this a normal amount #yapping

Like a completely normal adult person, after watching the new trolls movie, I obsessively started putting together the brothers' backstory, the deeper reasons for their separation as well as how that all took place without disregarding the fact that they were trapped in the troll tree, which of course evolved into a fic in (forever) progress... yeah

Anyway, even though they aren't actively in the story much, i needed to design the parents, so uh meet Rosiepuff's daughter, Tulip, and her husband Branch.

I designed them based on the brothers' adult looks and in Tulip's case also on her mom's.

I didn't think I'd draw more of this but it also won't leave my mind....

AJ's the first to go!!

Let's look at the stages:

Stage 0: Healthy, normal, AJ is strong and we love her

Stage 1: Harvest Season started and AJ discovered a strange bruise on her chest.

It couldn't mean much though, she must have brushed past a tree or some wood and irritated the skin. It happens. Apples must be harvested!

Stage 2: The bruise is spreading and somehow she's getting clumsier. She keeps falling over the littliest things and one time Bic Mac had to get her out of a tree.

A tree! How she managed to get stuck there by her hind hoof is still a mystery to her (but are the apples sweeter these days? She ought to ask Granny Smith)

Stage 3: Whatever the bruise is, it's not leaving and taking on big proportions. Her clumsiness doesn't go away and she keeps ponies where her friends are.

She'd rather eat the apples than harvest them and...why does Twilight keep visiting her? Twilight is asking her the strangest questions and..isn't she supposed to do something?

Surely, if it was important, she would remember.

Stage 4: AJ is gone and keeps insisting on being called Applejack.

She doesn't recognize the big pony in the mirror and her hair is too long. Sparkler keeps having a fit that she cut it but she feels better now.

Her body still feels to big but it's alright, she can knock all the apples out of the trees as she wants now! It's also quite a delight to find these sweet little ponies around her who call her sister and let her lie between the apple trees. Truly, despite the weird behavior around her, she's quite happy where she is!

They keep her at the apple farm to have an eye on her. She's the first one Twilight tries out her possible cures but so far nothing worked.

If only Celestias notes wouldn't be so confusing these days.
