Venus person will give a lot a lot of love, appreciation to 11th house person. However they might also see them as competition or feeling the need like they have to outperform them to prove themselves. This person might also have love hate relationship with 11th house. I don't know, this doesn't give me good vibes overall. It could be that they are really good friends first, but then more than friendly competition happens.
