Metasepia Pfefferi, aka the flamboyant cuttlefish!
These little guys have a much smaller cuttlebone relative to their body size (compared to other cuttlefish species), and therefore cannot swim for very long. For this reason, they can often be found walking around on the sea floor using their lower arms.
