for my jegulus fic I'm probably not gonna make reg have his autism mentioned but like he is going to have autism. I doubt this will be on purpose but given that I have AuDHD it just sort of happens to my characters. James has some sort of adhd I think, same with Sirius. I think Remus has audhd, but presents more noticeably with the autism. None of this will be mentioned its just my headcanons and the explanation for why all my characters are gonna seem neurodivergent

a/n: been super inactive!! so i offer this as peace offering <3

james would purposefully find seats meant for for one person. eagerly pulling you to follow him and plop down, patting his thighs. you’d look at him, eyebrows raised in question and he’d just offer a boyish smile, perfect dimples denting his cheeks. he’d spread his legs, pull you into him and sit you on one of his muscled thighs. he would keep a hand around your waist and the other intertwined with yours. he’d make you lean into him a bit more, only to pepper you with light kisses all over your jaw and neck. of course you’d wish to sit on a proper chair once in a while, and when you had said this out loud, he had gasped, utterly offended.

sirius would be sitting on a bench, he would have his legs on either side of the seat — straddling it as he faces you, his legs barricading you in place. his knees and the warmth of thighs firmly against your knees and bum. he’d be leaning to the table, an elbow prompt up supporting his head. while his other hand would be tucking a lock of hair behind your ear, exposing your pretty neck. he’d run his knuckle over the smooth skin and he’s just stare. looking at you and softly smiling. then you would you would offer him bites of your meal, kissing his lips each time he takes a bite.

remus would sit on the couch, grab your hand and slowly guide you to stand between his spread knees. he would kiss your hand, littering little kisses all over your wrist and forearms and the inside of your elbow, as he slowly let your arms rest on his shoulders. as he leans forward to hug your thighs close to his chest. he’d nuzzle your tummy, breathe in your scent - somehow always calming his nerves. you’d bury your hand in his hair, run your fingers through it and rub his scalp. he’d open his eyes, not knowing he’d close them and look up at you, sighing, looking content.

james potter who always wants you in his lap because you sitting next to him isn't close enough. james potter who lifts you onto his shoulders after he wins a Quidditch match. like he is so hyper that he jumps up and down, seemingly forgetting that you are holding onto his hair for dear life. james potter who bribes you with your favorite sweets when he needs help on homework. james potter who needs a cuddle break every five minutes when you're tutoring him. james potter who gives you piggyback rides when you're tired after a long night out. james potter who lets you win when you play-fight. oh who am i kidding, he would throw you over his shoulder and dance around before pinning you down and kissing every inch of your face sloppily. james potter who would randomly tell you which piece to move when you’re playing chess against remus or sirius because he always wins against the three of you.

Regulus asks James to help him with his homework because he really can't do some things and James always helps him figure it out and sometimes they spend hours in the secret room doing their homework even though they agreed to meet to kiss

do you think the marauders had a notebook with a bunch of out of context quotes. one section for theirs and one for teachers and classmates. remus was the one writing them but james was usually the one calling for a new entry. I just feel like that's how you know a friendship is getting real, it's the 70s version of starting a podcast.

dorcas asked marlene if she listened to girl in red as a code to ask if she was gay. and marlene just stared at her and said 'no. i listen to queen.' and walked away. later when she mentioned this to sirius, he told her what it meant and marlene ran to go find dorcas. when she did she screamed, 'I'M SO GAY' in the hallway at her. then she ran away again.

Professor Mcgonagall was the biggest wolfstar shipper you'd ever seen. She'd give them detention, but she wouldn't turn up. So it's just the two of them.
