a better way to affirm (and make any method more effective!)

every desire we could ever want has already been said "yes" to and everything is possible - this is the beautiful truth of the law of assumption. a very popular method for manifesting is affirming for your desires: with affirming, we tell ourselves "i have money, my sp loves me, i am safe, etc." attempting to conjure up the feeling that the affirmations are true. however, when we don't actually believe in the affirmations, repeating them over and over can feel vapid, yucky, and even make us feel like we are lying to ourselves, causing us to feel the opposite of the affirmations we were using.
when talking about imaginal acts and imagination, edward art has often said that it's not the details of the scene that matters, but what the scene implies about us that is important. it was after listening to his "though false" lecture that i realized, in order for affirmations to be effective, we must first believe they are possible for us at all and they must tell us something beautiful about ourselves.
yes, it is true that mindlessly repeating affirmations over and over again without feeling them can manifest just as effectively as feeling your affirmations and only repeating them once, but the reason why either of these methods work is because you believe that they will work. if repeating affirmations mindlessly 10k times gives you the same feeling that your manifestations are yours, then please keep doing that method! but if you struggle to believe that mindless affirming will actually bring about your desires and you find the repetition boring, this post is for you.
i would like to repeat: the law, in all of its beauty, reminds us that every single thing that we desire has already been said "yes" to. with this beautiful concept in mind, let us create affirmations that feel softer, easier, truer, and give us the peace of mind that we are seeking.

this post is inspired by and at some points directly lifted from edward art's "though false" video. i take zero credit for the ideas that he originally shared, i just wanted to add on my own interpretations and share it with the community so that more people could be inspired!
this post was also inspired by @alilarew23's post "what if god said yes?" i can't believe when i first wrote this that i didn't realize how deeply it was inspired by her incredible post, and only now after reading it again did it dawn on me 😭 i wanted to make sure this post of hers was linked because it is SO good; please give it a read if you want to feel wonderfully validated, safe, and comforted in the knowledge that your desires are YOURS!

steps:
decide what it is that you desire and let the daydreams begin - what do you naturally imagine happening? what do you hear? see/hear/feel/etc. the imaginal act that naturally comes up when you think about your desire (don't worry that you're not doing it right, it's simply a sweet daydream about what you desire)
next, ask yourself: if this desire manifested and really came true, what would that imply about me? what does the manifestation of this desire tell me about myself? get to the core of what the manifested desire says about you. for example, if you wanted wealth and you naturally visualized travelling the world with all the money you have and imagined that the scene was true, the core belief could be "i am free to do anything i want without barriers." if you wanted wealth and you naturally visualized seeing your bills paid off and imagined that the scene was true, the core belief could be "i am always safe and looked after financially."
we have now figured out what our desire says about us, and our next step is to ask god if what it says about us is true. since WE are god, we go within and ask, "God/Self/Subconscious, am I (insert the answer we found in step two)?" the example could be, "god, am i lovable? am i safe?" etc.
because we know that every desire we could ever want has already been said "yes" to no matter what, answer yourself as god: "yes!"
feel the feeling of relief - you now know that a) your desire will manifest, and also b) that you are everything that your desire implies about your wonderful self and that you now know that your affirmation of choice is true! how beautiful is that? repeat these steps however often you need peace.
as you can see, this takes you right to the feeling that you are trying to get achieve by manifesting your desires. we manifest to feel loved, happy, successful, wealthy, so why not feel those ways while we wait for our manifestation to show up? it gets us to the core of the belief and helps us figure out exactly what it is we are wanting to feel about ourselves. it makes the affirmation feel a lot more powerful and personal, and a lot more "guaranteed" knowing it is coming to you from yourself as god.

example:
lets say i have decided that i want to manifest a partner back, who ghosted me with no explanation and who chose someone else over me, and that it left me feeling worthless. the imaginal act that comes to my mind when i imagine him coming back and choosing me is my partner holding me tight, crying and apologizing for the pain he has caused, and telling me how much he missed me, loves me, and how badly he wants to rebuild trust and cherish me for the rest of our lives (💅)
if my desire came true, it would tell me that i am irreplaceable, lovable, obsess-worthy, worthy of affection and love, unforgettable, irresistible, etc. (how lovely that would be to feel!)
"bunny (god), i know that everything that i want has already been said yes to. does this mean that i am irreplaceable, lovable, obsess-worthy, worthy of affection and love, unforgettable, and irresistible?" (i would probably just use one hehe but you get the point).
knowing that i am god and that my word is law, i tell myself the beautiful "yes!" that i know is true! i feel the reality that i am lovable, i trust that god (myself) knows the truth and is powerful.
i relax, knowing that the inherent nature of god is a resounding "yes," and that that means i am already lovable, irreplaceable, etc.!

TIME IS AN ILLUSION.
-before starting this post i want to make a few things clear :
1- 3D = your “current” reality. your “conscious” reality that functions with “time”
2- 4D = your actual reality. the one that doesn’t function with “time”, your “subconscious” reality.
3- the 4D >>> 3D, the 3D is nothing but a reflection of what the 4D is made up of, the core belief.
i will start of with a few examples of why time isn’t real. it is simply an invention that humans created to manage their day-to-day activities. time is simply an invention. it is not real.
THE ROOM & THE ROOFTOP.
i want you to imagine a room. a room with no doors, it only has one small square shaped window where you can see a field outside of it, you focus outside the window to see people walking, the first person was an old man in his late 40s going to work. you saw him walking in and outside the frame registering his presence in present and future as he walked off,
seconds later a woman in her 20s walked in front of the square shaped window, you again registered her presence in the present (as she was walking in front of the window) and the future (she continued walking off, out of the window’s frame)
a few other seconds later, a young girl walked in front of the square shaped window, you registered her presence in the present and future self before she walked off to the end of the field following the woman and the man.
now the only two tenses that you saw everything in was present and future, correct?
picture someone standing on the roof top of the room you were in, what tense would they have witnessed the old man, the woman and the young girl walking in? they would have seen it all in the present.
SPACE AND ITS LAWS.
one of the most mind-boggling theories that i’ve heard about space (before correlating it to manifesting & the law of assumption) is how we view everything in space in our current present tense when everything that we’re viewing is in the past tense.
all the stars that you see at night, all the black holes that have been discovered and many other space phenomenas ranging from planets that are a billion light years away to collisions of different universes are all in the past tense. everything that you see is all in the past tense.
collisions of certain universes that are reaching our universe so we can view them with our technology are collisions that happened billions of light years ago. and we’re able to see them now, in our present tense.
one of the simplest examples i could provide is sunlight, the sunlight takes around eight minutes to travel from the sun to the earth, what we view and see and feel as the “sunlight” is from the past.
it took billions of light years for the view and shape of the universe to reach us, to reach our own present tense.
the existence of time is merely an idea, “time” itself- as mentioned before- is nothing but an invention of humankind to manage their activities.
LIFE ON MERCURY.
the biggest and most obvious difference between mercury and earth, is time.
while earth’s one “day” is made up of 24 hours, mercury’s one “day” is made up of 1,408 hours.
in this third example, i want you to picture yourself and a sibling, friend or any other person you want.
you both were born on the same exact date of 2000, july 1st, 12:00 PM.
the obvious difference in time between earth and mercury will have an affect on both of your “aging times”
if you were to stay on earth, you would age normally and live a healthy life compared to what the other person would go through if they were to live on mercury,
if the second person lived on mercury- the second person would undoubtedly, be way younger than you are when arrived to earth, and compared to you.
since time is way slower in mercury than it is on earth, the second person will age slower,
- what does this have to do with manifesting?
your current reality, -that you’re perceiving with your five senses- while using your conscious mind is nothing compared to your subconscious mind that doesn’t even function with time.
your subconscious mind lives in all three tenses at the same time, “time” doesn’t even exist for your subconscious mind.
when you affirm and persist for a certain desire, command your subconscious that you do have this certain desire. that you do own this certain thing you want, your subconscious mind doesn’t question it.
because your subconscious mind accepts what it’s given. it doesn’t live off the five senses like your conscious mind does. it feeds off of the thoughts that you feed it daily, it accepts everything. because it doesn’t depend on time nor the five senses that you perceive your current reality with.
use your subconscious mind to your advantage, it is powerful. it brings everything you want into reality. whatever you’re able to think of in your 4D, you can manifest it into your 3D instantly. if that’s what enters and saturates your subconscious mind who’s a slave to you then what’s stopping you from getting your desires? absolutely nothing.
your first and easiest connection to the 4D, a reality where time doesn’t even exist is your subconscious mind.
please remember how time isn’t even real for your subconscious mind. if you want something to happen instantly, it will because it has no choice. you, with your conscious mind, aren’t even able to perceive a quarter of what your subconscious mind perceives every nanosecond. your subconscious mind is incredible. it’s a beast. use it to your advantage, and live the life that was once just an “imagination”.

➛ if your brain is used to negative self talk and negative thoughts about your current reality, negative affirmations and thoughts might just work better than positive ones, as that's much more familiar and therefore, to your mind, much more realistic

➛ its very simple, just affirm for your goals in negatives! for example "I hate how long my hair is! My hair is simply too long and thick!" or "I hate being this short! Everyone is taller than me, its not fair!"
➛ one of my personal favorites is "I hate how easily I manifest, it's no fun when everything is perfect and instant!"

I had a lot of questions about this specific method because, at first, and with a little bit of fear, I thought that there was something to do with the backroom and entering the real void. (Been there, done that, that shit is scary af; if you want an explanation, let me know and I will do a saparate post.) I started to read some success stories and decided to dive into this research, and I am grateful that I did because this method is *chef kiss* GENIUS.

I asked myself three important questions before I started to re-search, so I could actually answer them here:
What is the void state?
The void state is nothing more than a pure meditation state where we put all our concentration into our consciousness. is the part where no walls or restrictions come in the way of our manifestations.
How it works?
It is said that entering the void state is simple; you just have to find the keyhole, and for the keyhole, it is intended to be a state of pure meditation and relaxation while staying aware of your surroundings. Methods like the Raven method can be useful to enter this state because they lead you to a meditation state. Some say that "turning off" the left side (the logic side) of the brain can help you achieve this deep relaxation while becoming aware. Once we find our way to the void state, all we have to do is affirm or say what we want, like we already have it.
Is it dangerous?
Nope, it is totally safe and can even help you if you are feeling extremely overwhelmed or stressed.

Vaunt for desired face
I am beyond beautiful. Everyone loves to compliment my face and my physical appearance. Whenever I look in the mirror, all i see is my desired face. I am always on the receiving end of compliments-especially about how pretty my face is. I possess so much beauty and happiness effortlessly. When people look at my face, they take a double take when they see me. Everyone looks at my face in awe. It doesn’t matter whether I constantly affirm for my desired face or not, because i’ll always have it no matter what. My face is a true muse, an inspiration for all artists, poets, and musicians. “You’re so pretty”, “you’re really beautiful”, “you are literally so gorgeous” are the compliments i receive on a daily basis. My beauty never peaks-every day my face looks more and more beautiful. Everyone confuses me for a model due to how beautiful i am. I am wholly satisfied with my beauty. I will always cherish myself and my beauty.

Representational Systems: Understanding How You Learn & Process Information (and how it can help you manifest)

Representational systems are the unique ways in which your brain perceives and interprets the world around you. These systems help us understand how we process information, and they play a huge role in how we learn, think, and express ourselves. And yes, also how we can most easily manifest or reprogram the unconscious mind.
Why is understanding your representational system important?
Boost Learning: Identifying your dominant style can help you tailor your study methods to match your preferred way of learning.
Effective Communication: Recognizing the styles of others allows you to communicate more effectively by adapting your language and approach.
Manifesting: Instead of trying every new method that comes along, find the best method that works for your unique style.
The four primary representational systems:
Visual
Visual learners grasp information best through images, graphs, and visual aids. They learn easily through pictures, watching videos, or seeing someone else do it.
They often use words like "I see what you mean" or "That looks good to me."
Visual style methods: Vision boards, visualization, watching videos
Auditory
Auditory learners learn best through hearing and listening, and might love music.
They may say things like "That sounds good" or "I hear what you're saying."
Auditory methods: Audio affirmations, subliminals, guided meditations
Kinesthetic
Kinesthetic learners prefer hands-on experiences and physical activities. They might not want to still, and just want to try something themselves instead of watching someone else do it.
You'll hear them say, "I need to get a feel for this" or "Let me try it."
Kinesthetic methods: Hot Girl Walks, EFT tapping, Psych-K
Auditory-Digital (Self-talk)
Auditory-digital learners excel in logical thinking, reasoning, and analyzing information. They often love to read, and talk out their thoughts in their heads or through writing.
They might use phrases like "It makes sense to me" or "I think…"
Auditory-Digital techniques: Affirmations, robotic affirming, writing/scripting
Now, here’s the key: everyone has access to all these processing styles (plus a few others!). Most of us just prefer one or two, and have several systems that are underdeveloped. You can always strengthen an underdeveloped system with practice. But for the fastest results, use the methods that work best for your current strengths.
Personally, my strongest system is Auditory-Digital, but I’m also an Auditory and Kinesthetic learner. (I used to not be able to visualize at all, but have improved my ability over the years.) So my favorite manifesting methods are affirming, tapping, and scripting, and I blend all three. I like to script my own affirmations and vaunts, write them on sticky notes, affirm out loud or in my head, listen to affirmation tapes and subliminals, do full-body tapping and qi gong, affirming while tapping, etc etc.

I don’t really think this is particularly a method but I’m going to call it that anyway to make things simpler.

This is a method for people who struggle to deal with the 3D, many people understand that the 3D is only a reflection of the 4D but they still struggle to accept the 3D and not let it get to them emotionally and mentally, which can end in wavering and going back to the old story.
It’s very simple, all you have to do is whenever unfavourable circumstances in your 3D start to get to you, just tell yourself/treat the 3D like a dream and that you will soon wake up in a reality where you’ll have everything you desire! The 3D is obviously, a real reality but I thought of this the other day and it’s been helping me cope with the current circumstance in my 3D.
This is along the lines of a post I saw (@/loaluverrrr13 on Twitter), which is everytime you have a negative thought you tell yourself it’s from a different reality, so you don’t need to worry about it. But anyway, I hope this can help some of you like it has helped me, and I’d love to hear your success stories if any of you try this!

The “SO EXCITED!!” Method:
This is my very first “method” and I’m so happy to share it.
✨DISCLAIMER:
You don’t need methods to manifest, methods can be a cool way to switch it up and make things fun. YOU are the power behind any method you use, not the method
The method has nothing to do with actual feelings lol
This method involves the use of affirming/states and the law of expectancy which (in my opinion) works parallel to the law of assumption.

Law of expectancy is essentially what you’re expecting to happen is what will happen. Video with a more in-depth explanation here.
I’ve always been an affirming girlie but I’ve always believed in doing that in the way that’s most comfy for you. You don’t need to repeat the same 3 sentences. You can have inner convos, you can affirm whatever comes to mind that implies you have/are getting it.
✨THE METHOD
It’s very simple, I affirm/think to myself either out loud or in my head how excited I am that x is happening, that I’m about to get y, or that I finally have z.
I do this through affirming but it can be done using any technique you would usually use or love (scripting, SATS, lullaby method, visualizing - this method is very malleable to you in my opinion).
For me, telling myself that I am excited about something leads actually feeling excitement or anticipation about it.
It tricks my brain into thinking that I’m feeling excited about my desire either happening or has happened!
The important element is that when you’re thinking of it you will think of it as if it happened already, happening now or is GUARANTEED to happen.
The placebo of “excitement” really has helped me to live in the end / think as if and my body definitely believes it too.
With this technique and any others, the key is to persist and stand firm about what you want.
You either have it / know you are 100% getting it or you don’t have it.
Those two versions of you or realities can’t exist at the same time. Are you the person who has it or not?
Once again, you don’t have to actually feel excitement. You don’t have to “feel” anything while manifesting.
Thinking (affirming) that you’re excited about it implies that you have or are getting what you want (imo) and for me it has a physiological effect on the brain and body which I’ve found helpful in maintaining the state of having what I want or thinking as if, whichever wording you’d prefer to use (since it’s all one and the same, really).
✨ CONCLUSION
I think this method is similar to the “isn’t it wonderful” technique by Neville. You can sub the phrase out for whatever you’d like, really. “It’s it amazing”, “I’m so glad.”
I like specifics and this specific one has been successful for me.
When I affirm that I am excited, it creates thoughts that follow of anticipating or expecting my desire to push out and then it does.
I don’t use this method for everything but I do like it and have manifested successfully with it so I wanted to share.
Things I’ve successfully manifested with this method:
my apartment that I now live in
my new phone and tablet (+ manifested them to be delivered early from a 4+ week back order)
lots of food and being spoiled a lot!
✨EXAMPLES
Specific affirmations:
I’m so excited that I’m moving to x next year
I’m so excited I just got the offer for the job I really wanted
I’m so excited SP and I are getting back together I can’t wait
I’m so excited about the deposit I just got out of nowhere
Blanket affirmations:
I’m so excited
I’m so excited about how perfect my life is
I’m so excited because I always get what I want
I’m so excited because manifesting is so easy for me
✨ MY ND TAKE:
I have a tendency to hyper-fixate / hyper-focus on things and I’ve noticed it shows up when I’m consciously manifesting too.
Being “excited” about my desire has worked similarly to self soothing. If I am excited, I’m probably safe and thinking from a good place.
Thinking as if I am excited gives the placebo to my brain that I am, more thoughts and feelings that reflect those feelings follow naturally. It helps to continue to think as if I have what I want.
I am not perfect. I have bad brain day and bad thoughts. We are human, it happens. If you are doing your best each day, being consistent and sticking to the story that you’ve created then it IS working and you are doing everything right!
We can and do manifest regardless of how we actually feel.
We can feel shitty and still get what we want.
We can have mental health issues and still get what we want.
We can be ND and still get what we want.
Sometimes in our process we also find creative ways to support our brains too, and I think that’s pretty incredible of us!

What is the 369 method?
The method involves setting an intention, typically a desire or goal, and then repeating specific affirmations or visualizations related to that intention.
How to use it
Choose an intention or affirmation. This could be something like “I am successful at everything I do.” “I am in a loving relationship with my SP” etc
Write this down 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night
The repetition helps your affirmation infiltrate into your subconscious mind, where it will eventually show up in your 3d reality

Pretend like you taked these photos and posted it, you are in your dream country with your dream friend/boyfriend.

16 wishes manifest method 🎀

୨୧ Me and my sister figured out this method that we thought we would try this method of manifesting. If you haven't seen the movie I'll explain! So basically there is this girl named Abby (the girl in the pictures) and she makes this list of 16 wishes throughout her life, she receives a box of candles on her 16th birthday and she starts wishing on her candles and her 16 wishes start coming true!

୨୧ First step: make a list- Just like Abby you should start off by making a list! It can be any amount of things you would like.
୨୧ Second step: PERSIST PERSIST PERSIST. Say things like "I have" or "I'll" speak of it in present tense.
୨୧ Last and final step: literally just live- This method is SO easy unless you make it difficult. Worrying about it might even elongate the process. So don't worry about it, do your affirming and persisting then just live your life.
ps- NEVER DOUBT- doubting your manifestations is only gonna make it harder on yourself. You can literally manifest anything you want anytime you want.

Void state
Explain the method: The void state pt.2
The void state is a deep state of meditation where your whole body goes numb and you will feel like you are floating, or someone will feel really heavy, like you are sinking into the Mattress.

So to enter this deep state of meditation, we have to dedicate a good 15–20 minutes to relaxing our body. Guided meditations or concentrating on our breathing can help a lot.
Once you don't move your body for those 15–20 minutes, you will start to feel the body relaxing. Once you feel the body relaxing, start to concentrate on your breath, taking deep breaths.

What do I have to do once I reach this deep, relaxing state?
You have to go deeper, relaxing even more.
While you go deeper, you have to visualize or think about what you want to manifest!

This is the principal method to enter the void state. I believe there are other methods, and for personal reasons, I dont have time to research.
