Would we just... take the traits of tohokuben and put them in english? find an equivalent accent? Sorry, just curious on the matters of this, lol

See that's the problem with translating things is that you have to find a way to compensate for the things that go missing or else lose them entirely. This is why you end up with Kansai-ben and the like translating as like, cowboy accents, despite them not being really one-to-one. I don't really have an answer for this one, tbh!
