kind of embarrassed to post this but ive been binging :( i have problems with keeping secrets so i told my closest friend i was relapsing and he was really upset so i started eating for him. i think i can maybe keep up the step counting & incorporate more exercise but idk if i can restrict or fast ... advice ???? i still want to lose weight, i dont want to look like i do with my weight :(
