#magical contracts
I love seeing Danny Phantom showing up and being like ‘don’t ask too many questions but John Constantine I own your soul. All of it. Lmao sucks to suck bitch’, and he’s usually all Ghost King Full Regalia as he does it, at least in front of the Justice League, but consider—
He just shows up as Danny Fenton.
“yeah I got bored and collected the pieces like Pokémon. Gotta catch ‘em all” says the 5’2 teen who looks like a stiff breeze could trip him. He denies being a sorcerer, or a magician, concedes he’s maybe psychic but mostly he’s just…. The kid of two mad scientists—who have a basement lab where they opened a portal to what he SAYS is not hell but no one is frankly CONVINCED, by the way—and he hasn’t decided what to do with Constantine yet besides getting Danny into some r rated horror movies, but figures he should tell the dude probably.
“What’d you even trade for some of his soul contracts?”
“Don’t worry about it”
They worry about it

The victim-blamey direction new age spirituality has taken is a narcissist's wet dream. It's also bullshit.
NO: you are not disabled because you need to learn a karmic lesson.
NO: you did not choose to be born into an abusive family before incarnating.
NO: your trauma bonds are not soul bonds.
NO: you did not enter a "soul contract" with your abuser.
NO: you do not deserve to live in poverty because of a "past life."
NO: you do not go into "karmic debt" for standing up for yourself.
NO: the people pushing these narratives are not more spiritual than you; they don't "vibrate" at a "higher frequency" than you.
NO: your "past life" is not justification for people treating you like shit and hurting you in this one.
There is a reason people are pushing this narrative. There is a reason they so badly want you to believe the bad shit happening to you is something you chose and you deserve. It is text book victim blaming. If they can get you to blame yourself, for something you had absolutely no way to control, then they can get you to knuckle under and accept anything they do to you.
Don't knuckle under. Don't let people treat you like shit and say you asked for it before you were born. Don't let people convince you that things like poverty, mental illness, physical disability, and abuse are something you earned and that they won't stop until you learned your lesson, so just surrender.
"You can't control it, so just surrender," is the most pathetic bullshit I have ever heard.

that! part! idc how fans who are looking at it as a financial advantage want to spin it idc if the ppl who used him as a scapegoat for the season are celebrating it bottom line is he was a cobham boy. when he was playing great got praised for his dedication to the club yet when we ran through 4 managers and finished the lowest we ever have in years he was still the name to blame for the entire club lacking in cohesiveness and motivation despite being injured and off the starting lineup. the PR spin that’s been fed to us that he didn’t sign any new contracts when he was given none to sign is abysmal behavior from the new owners and a pay out won’t replace a kid who would have stayed his whole career if given the opportunity

I find it incredibly funny that most of the Tav BG3 art that I have seen have Tav vibing or being lovey-dovey with some of the game characters.
Meanwhile, I exist with my Tav, Elias, throwing hands with both most the party; holds Astarion at knife point and fully believing that Gale is some sort of con man. (This is early act1 mind you)

Prompt:
Before the Purge, before the death of the Queen, before Uther had taken the throne, when he and Balinor were both young, childless, unwed, and the best of friends, they decided that it would be good to join their families together.
Neither were interested in the other, not in that way, so together they wrote a magically binding contract that their children would marry. Both men hoped to have many children, and were certain there would be a love match somewhere among them.
But then Uther became King, and took a queen whom he loved and lost. A prince was born and the Purge begun, and the two friends became enemies.
Balinor fled to Ealdor, then further when Uther’s men still came after him, never knowing he’d left behind a son.
19 years later, Merlin arrived in Camelot, suffered a few misadventures, and became the manservant to the prince. However, after the prince came of age, and Merlin came into his inheritance the year after and was therefore also considered of age a few months early, the contract activated. The child of Uther and the child of Balinor had to be married within a year and a day, however no one (bar Gaius, Merlin, and Hunith who wasn’t even in Camelot) knew who Balinor’s child was.
The contract protected Balinor’s child until its terms had been fulfilled, but everyone knew what Uther would do the moment the ceremony was over.

I still think it’s funny that Virgo’s contract with Everlue was voided when he got arrested. She was like, “I’ll stand by you through kidnapping, sexual harassment, and illegal acts of obscene greed, but I draw the line at getting caught...loser.”

One thing I think is really funny about Trucy is that she is probably the Ace Attorney protagonist with the most tendency towards actually committing crimes on purpose. Like out of all the non-evil Ace Attorney characters (outside of Kay who I haven’t been introduced to yet) she has the vibes of someone who would just actually commit a crime. She (probably) forged evidence, and she talks about making things disappear all the time, including making the prison guard in the detention disappear when she was held there AND making a contract disappear that would mean owing three million dollars to some guy (even if the contract was illegal, too). PLUS she got along with an organized crime family extremely well and was completely unintimidated by them.
…But of course, all of the lowkey-threatening vibes she has going on are countered by the fact that she’s incredibly cute and she’s just a silly goofy little magician with an adorable smile who would never do anything wrong ever.

Hi, guys! I just began this online grimoire, and I figured I'd make my first post.
Tumblr media
Let's talk about Servitors.
What is a "Servitor"? A Servitor, in terms of spell work/witchcraft is a servant that was created by you. Think of it as similar to a computer program, or as a type of spirit. It's apart of you, as it's created by your mind. It's your intentions, your needs that it's serving. You're the one that brought it to life, and you're the one that keeps it alive. It relies on your energy to thrive, and function at it's fullest capabilities. Their sole purpose is to fulfill the goal that you give it, whatever it may be. I, personally, use mine for protection and revenge. You may also create them with the goal of bringing you good luck, or to bring you good health. If there's something you want attracted to your life, there's a Servitor you can make.
Tumblr media
How would you create a Servitor?
I would like to stress, you are binding yourself to a spirit you created. This includes a contract, that you will need to be as specific as possible in. If there's something too broad for interpretation, there's an opportunity for a misunderstanding. You will also be creating and charging a sigil for this entity. I will be giving the basics, as well as adding parts that I've found helped with the creation. I will make sure to note that they are my add-ons.
What you need:
• Item of choice
• Lined paper(s)/pen or pencil - especially ones of the color that matches the intent.
• Four white candles
• Optional: Crystals, herbs, or anything you would like to use for a boost.
Before you begin anything, you need to find an item you want to use as a sort of "home" for this creation. It needs something to latch onto. As long as it's something you interact with frequently, it can be something you take everywhere, or keep at home. This can mean crystals, jewelery, I like to use stuffed animals since I cuddle them, toys if you would like to protect your children, etc. You must have it be something you frequently interact with, otherwise it will not stay "alive".
Once you have the item, and it's goal in mind, take some time, get creative and find a name for the entity. Once you have, drink a tea of choice, listen to appropriate music, this is the time to be creative and to develop the entity and contract. Take time to imagine how the entire will appear, what it's energy will feel like. Picture it standing beside you as you begin to write the contract. Be as specific as you can, include it's goals, the expectations, and rules. Describe it's appearance, and energy in the contract. Include how you plan to feed it, and keep it "alive". They need to be fed energy of sorts, or else they will "die". Include any details you feel necessary, don't leave anything out. Include a phrase to bring it's attention. At the very end, remember to include a killswitch phrase. This is only to be used when you no longer want the entity "alive" anymore. This happens if things as simple as it has completed the goal, or as complicated as something went wrong/it backfired has happened.
Optional: You may also provide the Servitor a rune, a planet, or any moon cycle correspondents that helps provide them with a boost of energy.
You will need to now create a sigil based on the name of the entity. If you need help with creating a sigil, I will happily provide sources! I like to place their sigil on the contract, and I also like to find a way to attach the sigil to the item. I also burn their sigil as I do the ritual, along with having a seperate paper with their sigil written on it for documentation. This is my way to keep a form of their presence attached to necessary parts. As I mentioned, I use stuffed animals, so I would support going as far as making two copies of the contract and sigil. One for keepsake, and sew the other inside of the item, if possible.
Once you have completed those steps, cleanse your workspace. You may do this however you wish, that process varies from everyone. Next, take the four white candles you have. Place one in each direction (North, East, South, West) as far apart as necessary. Place the item you're attaching it to, in the middle of the candles. Light them clockwise, as you set the mood/intention. Sit down next to the candles, and relax. Close your eyes, meditate as you imagine what the Servitor looks like. Focus on it, until you can feel it's presence surrounding you. I often attempt to touch the Servitor in the image. Once you've made that connection, slowly open your eyes and calmly state it's name. Begin reading off the contract out loud, as clearly as you can. Once you have finished, sign off and take in it's energy around you.
Put out the candles however you wish, put your items away, and place the Servitor where you wish!
Tumblr media
If you ever feel like the Servitor has grown too weak, you may repeat this process, but use the already created contract and entity in mind. Think of it as a regroup.
I hope this has captured the attention of any curious person. Anyone needing to know if you can do this as a beginner: If you feel comfortable doing so, then go for it. Any questions and concerns are welcomed! Give me opinions on my first post!

Witcher au Giilvas and Wyll , Wyll is an Eagle Witcher and Giilvas is a Bear Witcher who mainly hung around Wolf Witchers and picked up their fighting style and for their first few run ins Wyll is trying to guess what school Giilvas is from ( bc he also hides his medallion so Wyll doesn’ t even have that One Bit of visual information ) . Um . They meet everyone else thru a series of contracts that they both keep picking up and doing at the same time ( Omg Destiny ) and they all end up travelling together … sorry I blacked out what was this post about

Effloresce snippet
“Ask me for help.” Rhysand was drawing magic hard enough it seemed to warp reality around him, dreaming starry shadows unfurled around his body, more menace than wings but for the borrow shape. “Ask me for help, Nesta Archeron, and I will lend my power to your people.” Cassian, five hundred years of service lived, could have torn out his tongue in that second. Instead, he caught Feyre’s eye. Feyre, one hand bunched in Rhysand’s jacket- whether she really thought she was holding him back or anchoring herself, Cassian couldn’t imagine- shaking her head in sorrow. Grief. Looking past him to Nesta like her sister was making a mistake. “Or,” Rhysand murmured, all velvet, “I can do it myself. I know how rare it is, for the legions to listen to a woman. Or even your own people. Ask me for help, Nesta, and it will be yours. I swear it.” Cassian had seen her move before. Knew perfectly well humanity was a truth held fractured in Nesta’s veins. That she could be terrifyingly quick, hold and maintain dominance like she’d been born for the way faeries communicated with each other. There was no sound louder than her heartbeat. Her rage, a scream of wind rattling the windows of the hall, a fear that wound all the way down to Cassian’s bones. He blinked, and she was right in front of Rhysand. “You will die on fire,” Nesta hissed, in a register no human throat could hold, “You will beg like the coward you are. No one will help you. No shadow will save you. You have spent centuries acting like no will matters but yours, but you will not be strong enough to survive. Maybe then I’ll ask your ashes what your help is worth.” Rhysand, cruel as dawn, smiled. But Cassian could see too, that he’d stopped breathing. “It takes much more than fire to kill High Fae, Lady Archeron.”
