these are my three fave cards from the "our tarot", a feminist deck i picked up a while ago. i like the devil and the tower cards bc of how spot on the historical figures are with the meaning of the cards, and i adore the eight of wands bc lyudmila pavlichenko is one of my fave historical figures of all time

#think i'm gonna post more abt tarot on here bc i'm so passionate abt it so expect more tarot posts in the future!#also this deck isn't perfect. i have gripes with the cardstock card size pricing and some of the figures but it IS relatively well #researched. there's a pretty thorough bibliography though some of the info is bad like everything abt elsa von freytag-loringhoven #she was NOT the creator of the fountain and the 'scholars' who claim she was were frauds who mistranslated documents to prove their #pseudo feminist agenda. like she was a great artist WITHOUT being the creator of the fountain and that's fine! you cheapen her legacy by #lying abt the fact that she 'created' marcel duchamp's work.
