Ask your Soul!!

One of the biggest things that I've had to learn on my journey is this: if you have a question, ask your soul first.

Because there are many different ways to perceive reality, one of the main focuses on my journey has been finding my own personal truth. The best way that I have found to find my truth is to ask the only person that would know what is true for me: myself!

Your Soul is a part of you, just as much as your arm is a part of your body. It is always guiding you towards your truth, and it would be delighted to help you and answer your questions, if only you would ask!

How do you ask your Soul a question? It's as easy as wanting to know the answer! The real trick is listening to the answers that your Soul has to give.

See, your Soul communicates with you in a variety of ways, from signs and synchronicities, to gut feelings and sudden impulses! Learning to listen to your soul is a process, but all you need to do to learn is want to!

Try asking your questions out loud, and quietly wait for an answer. If nothing comes up within the next few minutes, it may be a question that requires a bigger answer, such as synchronicity, to fully express what your Soul wants you to know.

The main thing to remember is that if you think something is a sign, it is! Don't worry about it being "all in your head" because your mind is meant to help you interpret these signs and signals, which means that if it's all in your head, you're doing it right!

Your body can also express answers to your questions. If you say, for instance, "what is challenging me right now," you might get a headache, or your heart may start beating faster. It's up to you to know what your body is trying to tell you (which is why learning to meditate is so important, so you can learn to feel your body in the first place!)

Your Soul will always answer any questions you ask it, you just have to be open to receiving any answer at all, even if that means letting go of what you thought the answer would be 🥰

The Creator of all that is, is an energy source.

The energy itself is Love energy.

Love energy is creative.

by moulding them with your own thoughts.

What Love Says… Love, Appreciation, Gratitude

Look around you with your heart turned on, tuned, in and excited for the moment you are in. Tune your frequency to love, appreciation and gratitude. There are infinite reasons and ways to express what you are lovingly grateful for.

Wherever you focus your energy, energy flows there, all through choice. In choosing a thought, word, or action with love, you allow energy to flow and become. The art of catching thoughts, words and actions with conscious awareness is self mastery and an act of love, love creates.

Appreciate and be grateful for what you do for yourself, through love this inspires you and everyone to create more to be grateful for. In other words, what you do for yourself you do for all of creation, we are one. Energy in all forms felt inward are always shared outwardly, for energy is in everything, everywhere all at once.

It is your choice in how you create you. All experiences are energetic ways to evolve and become. Choosing unconditional self love, kindness, compassion, observe the energy percolating inward from any experience, process the feeling, calmly choose how to be and create with love energy.

When your heart smiles for the love that you are, everyone benefits. Choose love, appreciation and gratitude for yourself, for all you have, while tuning in to your heart. Squeal energetic love, imagination and create a new way to be.

Take a slow, deep breath, and allow yourself to relax.

You are as you are. There is nothing else you could ever be but yourself. You are always you and you will always be you. There is no escaping yourself so you might as well learn to love yourself as you are right in this very moment.

There is nowhere to get because you are already here. Do you really believe that all of this was an accident? What are the odds? No, it had to have been orchestrated by something, right? But here's the kicker, what this experience is, and what we all are: is now, is us.

It's so simple the mind could never ever grasp it. Don't try to see it mentally anyways. Just let it be here and let it be alive in you.

Don't grasp, don't search, don't look or seek or beg or ask or do anything at all. All of that, every single part of that, is from the mind thinking about thoughts thinking about thoughts. It's all thoughts for the mind, it's all past or future. It's never right here, right now.

The mind is afraid of right here and now, but right here and now is where you are and where you always were, because you could never be anywhere else but where you already are.

We are alive. And life is here and now. Life can never be in the future or the past because those are always just thoughts. The only thing that ever existed was right here and now and the only way you could ever be is exactly as you are.

Love yourself as you are, because you cannot change it on your own. You need love and compassion as your guides and companions on your journey towards realizing that you Are This Moment.

Let it all happen as it does and just relax and know that you are safe and protected, because you always are allowed to be here and you always are loved by the highest love of all: your own infinite love that is a part of everything and everyone and has always been here and will never change.
