Okay so I’m the “Where are you going, where have you been?” Anon from like waay way back, so I don’t know if you remember me but—!!
I said that I was going to check out “Small Spaces” and after a bit of getting side tracked by life I finally got my hands on the first book and read the entire thing.
And it’s so good!! I really like the friendship trio of Ollie, Coco and Brian, they’re all my babies and I would square up with the smiling man if given a chance to protect them (he would win 😞) not that they necessarily need my help lol
But the part where Coco just gave Cathy all of their full names Stressed Me Out™️, I was like “noooo!!! Don’t do that!!” Luckily nothing happened but I was so sure that they were gonna get identity thefted by the fae.
That watch thing was the real MVP tho, shout out to Mom, may she rest in peace.
There’s more I want to say to, but I don’t want to make this longer than it already is, so what I’m gonna say instead is, I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the series!!

That was extremely fun to watch!! The lag and my own wi-fi made it a bit irritating at times, esp since I had to split my focus, but it was pretty good nonetheless.
It’s really sad that the Championship itself lagged so much, I have a feeling it left both a lot of viewers and players feeling frustrated as well.
However, the new mini game was lots of fun and I have a feeling we’ll be seeing it a lot in the future. I really hope we will.
The team was really good, they managed to coordinate very well, but like many groups who’ve just started working together for the first time, there were times where they could’ve slowed down a bit and reconsidered their plans. Still, the important bit was that they all had a great time together.
Overall, I really hope Grian and Pearl will participate again, even if not on the same teams. I also hope that there will be more Hermitcraft members joining in, even if only for one Championship. I had tons of fun writing this as well, but I think I’ll switch back to occasional posts about amusing things that happen during the games, as it really took a lot of my attention from the mcc itself.
Hope whoever kept up with me or reads this later enjoyed/enjoys this. I’m off to bed now, I’m sleepy and I’ll prob wake up, read through this, and find 10 million little mistakes that I’ll die over. Future me, I deeply apologize, but, uhhhh, no regrets!!

I have a number of internet acquaintances, through a variety of media (not just tumblr but also imageboards, irc channels, etc), though a lot of them I eventually met in person (does that mean they’re not penpals anymore?)
oh and for a while I was talking to...a japanese friend of my brother’s ex (??) so that’s probably the closest to penpal in the typical sense, though we haven’t really chatted in a while
anyway, if anyone wants to be “”officially penpals”“ feel free to like, dm me or s/t

TIME LOOPS, TV SERIES
I think long-form media are better able to do the “revisit early scenes from a variety of different contexts and povs” than shorter things
and I think that film and television in general is just...such a rich medium, compared to written works.
I mean, there are novels/novelesques that I think really take incredibly advantage of the written medium (pale fire, the northern caves), and a lot of authors have a very clear “voice” which a) would be very hard to convey through a nonverbal medium and b) is a major part of what makes their work so compelling in the first place (I’m think especially of miracle jones, lemony snicket)
but film just has...so many dimensions. there’s so much you can do.
(also, I’m thinking by example: russian doll, higurashi no naku koro ni, madoka (lol okay madoka doesn’t count), punch line, uhhhh homestuck??? the majority of those are tv, with one (very very sort of) written entry
okay, clearly I need more non-anime groundhog days in my life. someone rec me shit! (tho I refuse to watch groundhog day actually tbh)
imperial: what film, in your opinion, has the best cinematography and/or special effects?
I’m. super dubious that “imperial” is a shade of red. but w/e, whatever,
scott pilgrim vs the world has really good cinematography. enough so that really wanna check out more of edgar wright’s work. (baby driver was good but I don’t remember the cinematography being particularly memorable, and I don’t think I’ve seen anything else)
I remember liking the colors in fury road a lot
time of eve is notable for even having cinematography, despite being an anime. yoshiura’s other work (patema inverted!) are similarly excellant
while I’m talking about anime: bakemonogatari, paprika, and girls last tour were all gorgeous
it’s such a beautiful day also had some extremely effective visual composition

Summary (strictly from memory a week and a couple days later):
Inspiring. I felt like I needed to study after watching this movie. She was a delinquent, then she totally wasn’t, and it became strictly a studying montage. But actually as a delinquent she wasn’t that bad either :”). Just blonde. And had cigarettes but those were allegedly for a friend or something, so she’s a good kid on the inside who just wants to have fun all the time!! Also she had family issues ;( Her gyaru friends totally dump her to encourage her on her studying journey but actually it was for her own good and they come to celebrate with her later so they’re actually pretty good friends even though the rejection was harsh. Overall: 7.32/10 - We enjoyed it!! very funny and for the family...maybe.
Pacing: 7.89/10 - Not rushed nor particularly dragged out. She decent.
Characters: 8.22/10 - They were fun and relatable and didn’t feel like they were moving just for the plot! Except for that one teacher who was super against her for no reason, just ~conflict~
Sayaka’s motivation to study: 12/10 - I felt it. I wish i had that motivation lol
Realism of studying: 4.31/10 - Come onnnn as if someone could stay that motivated for that long, especially someone who is used to having fun all the time! I’m used to studying all the time and I could not study like her.
Sayaka’s Transformation™: 7/10 - She straight up went for it man. A lil unrealistic but if only it was like that
The dad: 5.22/10 - he was kinda definitely not a good father but ig it could definitely be a real situation… so points for realism but minus points for how terrible he treated his wife and children. Also he kinda turned around near the end and it feels like Sayaka forgives him so here’s to hoping the heal in the future of that movie universe
The mom: 8.99/10 - amazing, so supportive, a little weak but she knows what she wants for her children and she works for it
The little sister: 10/10 - she was totally a supporting character she deserves more. She was also so obedient and supportive of sakaya…
Baseball brother: 5/10 - it was felt but I can’t believe they actually burned ALL his stuff that he basically spent his whole life using man… all that time and $$... but I can see why. He was kinda mean to his sisters too ;(
Mean teacher: 6.78/10 - He was mean and unsupportive but the actor is a bro and totally kudos to him for actually standing kinda naked at the graduation lol (follow up on your words!!! Even though he never explicitly promised to!!)
Mr. Tutor: 11/10 - he pulled thru and was supportive and fun AND realistic. Just what u need for a tutor. Sorry we couldn’t remember your name. But we stan. His lil high five thing was too cute.
Obligatory rain scenes: 7/10 - pretty good, didn’t feel so forced, matched the mood
Fellow ex-delinquent’s test result: 3/10 - Can’t believe they just brushed over his *spoiler alert* rejection from college?!? he worked hard too. keep working dude u got this
Sakaya’s *reveals* of scores: 4/10 there were so many times we thought she was checking her results but literally every time it wasn’t it. Sad and clickbaity
Final shot after credits: 10/10 - it was very cute. We got to see the mean teacher actor was only acting and is a dancing bro at heart
Lack of song we were expecting: 0/10 - Tbh we watched this movie for this song (linked) ((which is a bop… sue owns our <3)), but turns out it was only for the Chinese version trailer or something. On us tho. This rating was not included in the overall rating. :’)
Plot and movie scenes coming full circle: 7/10 - (when mr. tutor opens the window) pretty good, suited different the moods
Getting into Keio: 8.41/10 - #realistic good on her for getting into the school!! And it’s not like she suddenly became genius and could pass with uh,,,, flying colors but she worked up to her capabilities in that amount of time so good on her
Sensitivity to coffee?: 6/10 - did not really get this part but ig she doesn’t drink coffee usually? Never change ur morning routine on test day folks! it was funny though but also stressful yikes

Soccer!SVT Trio || SSS Gift :)
Ft. S.Coups + Jun + Mingyu + SVT
A/N: half-ish of my gift for sikvernon, who I was svt secret santa for!! Hi Thay, thanku for being so understanding and nice to me!! ^^ (other half will be posted in a few days! ayy i managed to get this part in on christmas) This isn’t very christmas-y lol but I hope u enjoy it! ^^
For people that don’t play soccer, the main 4 positions are forward (shoots most of the goals and stays up at the front), defence (stays near the goal, protects their area of the field), midfield (basically a mix of defence and forward who go back and forth on the field), and goalie who guards the goal
HEY Let me introduce you to the Pledis (Seventeen) boy’s soccer team :)
we’re going to focus on three members and maybe a couple others (since thay [basically] said they would be the ideal members to play with)
OUR 3 MVP’S ARE:
Team captain Seungcheol, the Hermes reincarnation Junhui, and the triple threat Mingyu!!
Seungcheol, as we know, is a great leader and knows how to manage a team, as well as fight fairly and isn’t a sore loser
During one game day, the opposite team accused them of foul play and Cheol managed it so well :')
they lost that game but if it wasn’t for Seungcheol’s negotiation and positivity, they would’ve been completely disqualified
Seungcheol was a midfield bro bc he's well-rounded
And then Mingyu on the field…he’s midfield for sure lmao
he's got too much energy!!
it sends him to one end of the field to the other sO fast
you can see him just race around the field like it's nothing
He's been midfield for 3 years now bc he's a triple threat:
1. he’s strong enough as a defence to keep the opposite team away
2. if he's forward and gets the ball, everyone is scared of him
3. when that happens, he’s intimidating 😂
they do put him as goalie often tho bc he’s tall and has a strong kick! so he’ll kick the ball from the goal and it goes flying
Contrasting to Cheol and Gyu, Junhui is a forward!
he's real nimble and light on his feet so he can steal the ball easily using tricks, whereas the other 2 rely more on power and strength
he’s good at dodging people and dribbling too
nimble like a cat hehe
so because of this, they call him the Reincarnation of Hermes
Hermes is the god of sports and athletes which is straightforward
and those winged sandals that make u “swift as any bird” just became Junhui’s feet
“Talaria feet” sounds kind of weird but idk that’s what my brain said
although Junhui (and another teammate, Minghao) transferred from another team, he integrated nicely :D
So the three of them are v close uwu
they’re also close with the non-competitive team ofc; Seuncheol especially with his 2nd in command, Jeonghan 👀
Jeonghan is p lazy during practice lol but he does pull his weight during game days
For some reason, I get the vibe that Mingyu,,,, looks up to and admires Junhui a l o t
as in a lot a lot
maybe more than he should, considering Junhui is shorter
like,,,, after a harsh game when they’re done speaking with the other team, the entire team will cool down and stuff, do some stretches, etc
or maybe Gyu is at the side for a bit and the coach calls Jun off the field to give him a break
and Gyu hands Jun a water bottle
he’s grinning wide as he waterfalls the water into his mouth, sweat glistening on his skin ✨
and Gyu is like hhhhHHHHH OKAY THEN
almost gets too distracted to focus on the game—
bUT ANYWAY
As a soccer player (or any athlete) you get into a mindset when u step onto the field
from personal experience, it’s like adrenaline but not??
more like I’M ON A MISSION DON’T GET IN MY WAY
and these guys....gOSH they get so into it
they work hard and it shows; they look so intense
but at the end of the day, they’re all chill bros
after game days, the team usually goes out to eat
typically they split up into groups just so they don’t stress out 1 restaurant or wherever with all 13 of their orders LOL
also maybe they want different things yknow
but Cheol, Jun, and Gyu are almost always together!!
at the least Gyu tries to go with Jun or Hao
if he can’t eat good food with Junhui, he’ll drink with Minghao jakdfhs
they only drink if they can afford to take the next day off tho oof
Cheol usually just goes with ‘95 line lol
Speaking of which, I had trouble deciding who would have which jersey number 😅
so it’s either their age order, or Cheol has 5, Jun has 6, and Gyu has 7
(bc they’re the main bros they get the last # of their birth year)
(Hao ofc gets 8 tho lol)
Anyway these guys always hang out whether or not they’re in season
they travel a lot together too ofc, and Mingyu’s favorite thing is to drag Cheol and Jun with him to take photos whenever they go to a new place for a game
Junhui will always take selfies with Gyu hehe
Cheol is just tagging along for the food lmao
Fans like their friendship and these photos!!
Which gives Mingyu an excuse to get closer to Junhui 👀

I noticed that my 5sos tags are hella wack and I'm the only person who understands them so here’s a post showing what means what:
frivolous sauces - self explanatory, 5 seconds of summer is the lengthier version of 5sos, which many Americans say sounds like 5 sauce. I can’t hear it because my accent doesn’t let that happen, however, it did birth frivolous sauces, simply via relation.
lone - superbloom is a solo project, solo is singular is alone is lone.
fashion - this one means Ashton because not only is he insanely fashionable but his name also sounds like it
miguel - I stole that from an interview the guys did where they were playing tennis (???) and Michael referred to himself as Miguel and I was like aight
lewk - Luke is a lewk. periodt.
caltex - yes this is an oil company. no I do not care. this one’s for Calum, mainly because I had never seen Calum spelt with only one ‘L’ and I was like “huh. Caltex is also spelt with only one ‘L’. they must be the same” so yeah.
soup - okay so i LOVE kaykay but hear me out,, her name is literally kay kay which is KK. like the letters of the alphabet. alphabet soup. now it was either this or white supremacy you guys.
skates - okay this is a long one so buckle up. crystal, is gems, is spirituality, is chakra, is chakla (the punjabi/hindi/urdu word for a rolling board), is rolling board, is roller skates, is skates. love you crystal have a great day.
chickpea powder - yet ANOTHER long one. aight so sierra sounds like tierra (I could have said tiara but whatever) sounds like tiers sounds like cake tiers. what cakes have the most tiers? wedding cakes. ‘but i’m indian, weddings have many stages!!’ you may hear my brain complain, well no worries because we can pick one of the coolest ceremonies, vatna (it’s about being clean and getting ready for the wedding). vatna’s main component is the vatna (obviously????)...an all natural body scrub mixture that mainly includes chickpea powder!! wow!! anyway the punjabi word for chickpeas is also the same word for balls lol. but the english way of saying chickpea actually sounds super cute so sierra deserves this.
teacher - roy english looks like the closeted lesbian english teacher i probably had a crush on when i was 8. you cannot change my mind.
charcuterie - moodboard=foodboard=charcuterie board=charcuterie
cleaning solution - gifs=some people pronounce it as jiff how dare you=an australian cleaning solution called jiff which smells delicious but it’s a cleaning solution so don’t eat it please.
pain :) - I love hands. hands have veins. i also love veins. vein sounds like pain (which is also in fact what hands and veins cause me). therefore, any hand/vein posts are tagged as pain :)
rumplestiltskin - reserved for the DIMPLES. majorly an ash tag but occasionally the others join. this one is dimple becomes rimple (a name, depending on who you’re talking to) becomes rumple becomes rumplestiltskin. also, much like rumplestiltskin the dimples terrorise me and ask for my first born child as collateral.
giuseppe - harry giuseppe, the italian harry potter, sounds like bicep!! therefore, bicep!
silence - alright buckle in buckaroo this is another long one! what do noses have? snot/mucus. but thats already a tag. what for, you may ask? for muke. now, it'd be hella annoying if I tagged nose posts with ‘muke’, so what’s an alternative? muke can be pronounced as moo-k as well, which in hindsight, I could have made the tag about cows but no. I decided to scrap moo-k and go for muke, which also subsequently sounds like mutuals, now it’d ALSO be hella annoying if I used that as a tag for noses. so? I call my mutuals cuties because cuties sounds like muties, but I cant use cuties because im already using that for my mutuals and general people I love! so? muties sounds like muted which is like quiet! the opposite of quiet? noise! a ruckus, even. and the more DIRECT opposite of noise? silence. I also think that its a cool contrast that my nose tag is a word pertaining to one of the OTHER senses. anyway.
twink - this is my eye tag (?) i don’t remember what my train of thought was here because i procrastinated adding it here and now i’ve forgotten but it exist, okay? i think it might have been eyes blink and blink rhymes with twink although i don’t remember so let’s just go with that
lippen- this one is my lip tag and is also the german translation for lips. i actually thought lip becomes blip becomes blimp which was in both world wars which were both blamed on germany and the german translation for lips is lippen
wow... - this is my thirst tag. what more do yall need.
awee - this is my absolutely adorable tag!!! anything that makes me go “aweeee” goes under that tag, relatively self explanatory, actually.
fruit - fashion icons?? but fashion is reserved for ashton and it'd be annoying if i tagged fashion as ashton, so what rhymes with fashion? passion. which can be branched off to passion fruit. shortened to fruit. :)
art - art was going to be fart but i thought people might take it the wrong way, so its the only normal one :) which i think is kinda dope because it adds to the chaos that is my tags :)
fave - this is another version of my thirst tag but it’s more aesthetically pleasing as opposed to horny

carlton draught - Calum, Ashton and Luke is caluton (?? i think i don’t remember the specifics that i thought of) anyway it sounds like carlton which i could have gone in the footie direction and named them the blues or then gone ahead and called them RNB for rhythm and blues, but instead i went in the alcohol direction because these three most definitely belong in a frat.
sins - Michael, Luke and Calum are Maluke! Horrible! Sounds like malpractice! Which is wrongdoing! Which is sins! Also! Sinful looks! Beautiful boys! Hell’s most devilish soldiers! I hate that I said That!
chandigarh lite - moose moose is moose. is canada. is kaneda. is where majority of punjabi kids immigrate to for a good life. the capital of punjab is chandigarh. love you moose for supporting immigrants!!

re: the batwoman/supergirl finales:

"i believe the geology department needs a new head” i love how this show plays with tragedy and comedy and... gore lol
they're always janking you from one to the next, and it's always ... effortless? the biggest triumph of batwoman imo is that they side-step being ~edgy~ very gracefully. it's everything i never expected CW's Arrow's "next in line" and a batman thing to be.
mary ilu you're the season's 1 mvp but this nonsense of batwoman being a “symbol of hope” needs to go.
what makes this show a bit more interesting than other superhero stuff is that kate is actually trying to do the work of improving gotham in the long run with her real state efforts.
[which is... still very trickle down/ white lesbian savior stuff, but... y'know. CW.....network TV....baby steps... and it’s miles better than kara "i'm a Pulitzer-winning socially-conscious reporter that just learned transphobia existed last week" danvers]
what i mean is :""hope"" won't do anything for the material conditions of gotham citizens and implying kate isn't aware of that is kind of a disservice to her. and anyway-. she's the paragon of courage anyway, right? if you're gonna use empty platitudes at least stick to the ones with mythological continuity :c
brainy's dumb green make up took me out of the scene and whatever emotional impact it may have. same with batwoman fighting on a football stadium for its accidental climatic fight... just unfortunate aesthetic decisions all around
lena ctrl c+v-ing kara was amazing and hilarious tho. a masterstroke.
supergirl’s 5b was not as terrible on a binge, it almost holds up on an episode-to-episode basis. the decision to waste 2 weeks on winn imo being the only real structural pit-fall.
i think people might be able to s5 cut it some slack if it gets re-framed from the expectations it had... it was not a season *about* technology.
it used technology as a backdrop. and sometimes did get some genuine sci-fi "about technology" moments [mainly on alex's episode] but it was really about escapism. and the various forms it takes.
but alas,....“escapism bad” is always a tough story for escapist fiction to do. i think we can cut supergirl some slack for falling for that classical death-trap of a genre fiction trope lol
which is why the kara/lena stuff was fine in the end. of all the many choices, making that tough, messy dynamic the “anchor” was probably the most successful one.
i really enjoyed that it was always echo-ed in all other relationships, even the ones on batwoman, if you choose to believe their writer's room were more in cahoots with each other than one might initially think!
every week you'd watch kate insisting "beth is still there, somewhere" and 45-mins later watch kara would say the same things about lena. the meaning of that parallel is: yes. in this case kara was right, and lena's soul was still salvageable. but having batwoman right before was always a good way to contextualize that "hey, there is a real risk on what she's doing. this is why this is a meaningful risk in the first place".
even today we had yet beat like that with kate and jacob shaking hands v the kara lena shaking hands moment. kate was so sure that her father wouldn't because she "looked into his eyes"...... while kara, was unable to look into lena's eyes the whole episode, had lena coming through in the end. now, .... what does that parallel mean? what does that juxtaposition mean?????
i don't know, but just like the "alex in wonderland: through the looking glass" episode titles thing, it's always been fun to juxtapose the arrowverse's shows, and see how these shows talk to each other.
but back to supergirl specifically, .
all these storylines were a bit confusing at times but i really do like that they feel like they belong on a cohesive "whole"- most of all that they're all anchorred by the central dynamic: kara and lena choosing to stick with each other, even if it means they might get hurt again. it's very beautiful? i high-key resonate with that man
like, yes... lena's non-nocere was stretched out too long. yes... they didn't do a good job of explaining how it would work or why someone as deterministic and egalitarian as her would ever think this was a good idea. yes... they didn't actually seem to understand the weight of kara's and lena's betrayals or the root of them and the weight of their actions. yes... they could have had them interact more during the season in fun, angsty ways...
but. on a basic, purely emotional "these characters struggle with vulnerability and must struggle to overcome it" supercorp-y way, it worked for me. it was what the whole "escapism bad" theme was about, and it was echoed in all these other storylines: brainy taking out his inhibitors, alex rejecting the VR, kara rejecting the alt-timelines... even kara agreeing to go with william on a mudane first date... and, lena destroying her nano-cherry, and destroying the pragmatically-"advantageous" relationship with her abusive brother to help kara (knowing she might never forgive her).
but now i'm really worried that the supergirl writers, with their eternal tendency to over-correct things, will take the critics+fan feedback of season 5 and misinterpret it.i can already hear the "choosing to focus on kara/lena was a smart choice on a this otherwise messy season" being twisted to mean "choosing to focus on kara/lena was what made this season messy and we need to ship katie mcgrath off to legends asap", or smth :/
and as for batwoman i'm also similarly pessimistic because no arrowverse series has ever had a good sophomore year lol
but we'll see? maybe? if we're all still alive then

Thank you and you're welcome. I didn't even want to make posts this week, tbh, but I felt like I committed to it and got this far, so I just did it. I'll just do it next week too, even though I'm totally over it. This ep pushed me over the edge. I won't be participating in s11. Need my sanity.
Also, small note that I added a timestamp for a blink-and- you'll-miss-it, 19 second scene that I didn't catch at first and saw featured in a gifset. I don't actually watch the eps either, just fast forward through til I see one of the boys. This scene was so short I never even saw either if them pop up in the screengrab scrolling, even tho they're the only 2 in the scene. Lol. Good times.

1) Omg the confession chapter! Loved this chapter to bits! Also happy 2020!

Sun being terrified... heh. It’s what Black would be in that situation. Sun? ... Who knows. The next chapter might happen soon, depends on how this chapter went!
3) Hehe, it really did work out for the best for Blue. Makes perfect sense to give Platinum the LuckyShipping confession MVP award now. Her little chat with Red was probably the best scene in this chapter for me.
Nice to see a fluffy chapter before the action kicks in again. Poor Yellow, though - she's going to be suffering for a bit...though it would be nice to see if/how Yellow gets over it. And I wonder what the "calling" thing is about. I suspect her target is a Mimikyu, but is this more Moon's instinct saying that a potential new team member is nearby or maybe there's some psychic stuff going on here?
Anyway, it's nice to see this story finally getting so many reviews! Happy New Year! As always, can't wait for the next chapter!

Poor Yellow? Not yet. It’s too soon. And no, the target is not a Mimikyu. Sun already has one. And you know from the overhaul post that Moon does not get a Mimikyu. Moon gets a Banette. And in the Thrifty Megamart, there are wild Shuppets. Fun fact: I do research to see what Pokemon are in what area so the Dex Holders will run into a Pokemon that makes sense in that area. Psychic stuff? Nah. Ghost stuff.

4) AAAAAAH THEY DID IT OH MY GOD THE FLUFF IS REAL
The fluff is real and it’s going to get fluffier. It’s going to be so fluffy that Yellow suffocates and Red and Blue get a bad case of static shock. ... Wait, what?
5) They’ve finally done it and platinum once again proving to be of help to both red and blue in getting the together. Your slowly making platinum one of my personal new favourites from these and I fine with that. It’s a really sweet chapter. Anyways Happy new years!

6) I love the interactions between White and Y - they honestly seem really close and it’s really nice to see! I love the chapter I hope you had a good New Year’s Eve and Christmas and thank you for the new chapter!
I like the interactions between White and Y too, which is why I put in a lot of them. And they’re not exactly a senior/junior type, but rather, good friend type. Hence Y’s line of “oh eat my ass” in the last chapter.

9) I'm glad Blue managed to confess her feelings for Red after struggling so hard with them. Crushes are really stressful, and in her case in particular, with her fear of getting close to and hurting others- just ah. The secret's out, and Red reciprocates. Now at least they'll have this moment of happiness! ...Though poor Yellow has rather unfortunate timing.
Is Moon being called to by a Mimikyu, I wonder? That'd be a strong and cool addition to her party!
Only happiness awaits for Red and Blue! ... Until the plot hits them, as foretold. Yellow’s purpose in the story is now halfway over.

12) Hey again, hope your New Years went well! Glad to see an update to this story. Regarding the latest chapter, I'm pretty mixed - but not in a bad way.
The first half was pretty enjoyable to read. Honestly, Red does seem like he's become the person to think things over a bit before diving in from what I saw in FRLG and him asking Platinum what was up with Blue was enjoyable. Red also deciding to take the leap and press the issue to not prolong Blue's suffering was pretty fun to read too. I half expected Blue to go on a rant about why she likes Red to him, she seems like the kind of person to justify everything (since you've shown her thoughts and rationale about why she "musn't" let Red she likes him in earlier chapters) but I guess it wasn't needed or maybe she'll do it when she's a bit calmer. I'd like to see Red react to him unknowingly saving her back in Chapter 1. Also, I've said it before - I used to like Red and Yellow, but this kinda does cement why I like Red and Blue - I kinda got a kick out of Yellow spying on the two of them, felt somewhat ironic.
I might be the only one but I kinda just gloss over the Sun and Moon parts of the story. I still read them, but I just feel more invested in the older Dex Holders' adventures since they're more emotional and I'm way more attached to those guys.
Regardless of my personal bias, great chapter. Looking forward to more as always.
Red is reckless when it comes to like... battling and combat. But outside of that, he’s not stupidly reckless. And hopefully, given how old he is in Legacy, he would’ve mellowed even more. And so he is now considerate. Huzzah! Blue will go on a ramble and talk about her fears later on once things have settled. Right now, she would be quite exhausted, actually. And then she and Red can have that discussion that was in Destiny, but in Legacy with updated interactions and no doomsday on the horizon. Getting a kick out of Yellow getting heartbroken, huh? Hahaha. ... More to come later.
Eh, it’s not that surprising. After all, statistically, the newest Dex Holders are generally ignored by the readers. Black and White in SA, X and Y in early Destiny, and now Sun and Moon in early (still) Legacy. Now, Sun and Moon aren’t that new anymore, so they’re not being as ignored, but they’re still the newest (since we don’t know sh*t about Sword and Shield yet), so... yeah.

I don’t think Sun and Moon can ever actually be that intimate. For one, Moon will have to surgically remove that coin lodged in his brain, and someone will have to shove a classy romance novel into his face over and over until he learns the concept of flirting and proper responses.

1) Coming back to this chapter after knowing what Red's up to makes their job occupations work very, very well together. Blue provides the advanced technology, Red carries out the "fieldwork". Both manage to work unique occupations during the day and still spend a wholesome time together when they're back home. Loving their dynamic!
Oddly, the Covert Ops series, whose idea I scrapped, has come back in a very weird fashion. Instead of Blue doing the fieldwork (or Rakutsu), she’s just providing the tech to Red. Interesting.

Merry (late!) Christmas to the unfortunate baddies of the world who Dex Holders deliver justice to. Can't say I ever expected Red to become a hitman, let alone dress up as Santa Claus and deal out punishment to evildoers. Sure was a hilarious read, however!
“Santa Claus is gunning you down~” Ahem.
Red the mercenary. And coincidentally, the chapter is based on a Hitman Santa rampage that I used to do back in the days. “Santa’s coming to town!”

Like, SC #015 is now no longer the least reviewed chapter, but instead, TIED at the least reviewed chapter, along with the Wings update from many months ago. The two chapters you put the pity reviews for, are still not even at half of the story’s average. +4/+4 from now, and then maybe we’ll see.
