Well, dangit, I can't find the password for this account.

I had to change numbers a few years back, and apparently didn't update 2FA.

So I can't log in on any other device, can't change my password, and can’t update my phone number.

I'm going to give this a little bit of time, to see if I can find the right notebook. If not, I'll shut this place down and start a new blog.

i think what i adore about ladynoir beyond high school age (18 and over) is the opportunity it leaves for some of the most DELICIOUS best friends to lovers scenarios. because, like, two people who've been fighting side by side for years? who've known each other long enough to make jokes about it, haha remember when we were fourteen and you-- we AGREED to never speak of it!!!! who've spent so long learning each other inside out, even, in chat noir's case, getting over feelings, that the idea of anything romantic between them is so far off the radar that they don't feel the need for certain boundaries, because why would it matter if they made jokes about how attractive they find each other, about getting married, about how they could totally mess with the rest of the miracle team by pretending they're hooking up because it's so far out of the realm of possibility.

but then there would be that imperceptible shift. the moment where one of them makes a joke and it feels just a bit more loaded than it should. gazes lingering where they never lingered and playful smiles turning curious. the sudden awareness that, while maybe they were cuddling on a rooftop with their best friend, they were also wrapped up in the arms of someone they trust with their lives, and is extremely attractive, and, wait, if the only reason it was platonic before was because there were no feelings, what does THIS mean?

THE TENSION. THE PINING. THE INHERENT MESS OF BEING IN YOUR TWENTIES. PLEASEEEE

well... hm, there's kind of a problem. The timeline was mostly reset, but there are lingering echoes that things aren't right. For one, the Kwami remember the last timeline - so do the Sentikids, and in fact, so do robots/AI's of any fashion. Not only that, but some mechanisms, nonorganics, exist as though the last timeline was still in place, like passwords and lingering, half-corrupted photographs in dead links and dead blogs.

Mastodon

I am officially done with Mastodon. I am not finding it interesting enough. I already got banned from a gay server for literally nothing. Only 2 million logins per day. The website is so damn slow at loading pictures in the federated / local timelines. I'm just over it, honey. It's really annoying when it comes to posting porn which I love so very much. Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram have way more logins per day and faster loading sites. I don't understand why so many people thought migrating to mastodon / hive was a good idea. It is not. Those sites are slow. Not very many logins. Boring sauce. Mastodon? We're done with her. Bye Felicia!

Nice to see that modern web APIs include

Even nicer that there is a backwards-compatible brute force method to empirically estimate the same information by running different numbers of web workers concurrently and seeing how quickly they can all complete.
