whenever we reach this part in the year I feel like I am at the very top of something, looking out over all that has been. some summers go so quickly it feels like there’s no time to look around at where you are when you’re there. now I am far enough away to see where I have been all this time. and it’s been good.
Could it be that we have misinterpreted the story of the Garden Of Eden? Although I am no longer a Christian, I still often contemplate bible stories and my take on this one is typically different than others.
