I hate it when people write Jesminda as a mean girl, or a cheater, or a gold digger or whatever other nasty things, just to somehow undervalue the love Lucien and Jes shared so it would be easier for Lucien to move on from her!

I mean... Jes and Lucien's love is a part of Lucien's character...Jes literally died for him and even through her death she proved to Lucien that he can and deserve to be loved!

The love they had, prove that Lucien has no care for status, money or race! It shows how deeply he can love!

You can't just shift+delete the love they had just so you can ship him with another person; it's....just not right!

Jes was such an important person in Lucien's journey, so much so that I believe even LOA or Tamlin can't compete with her!

I hope people stop treating her character so badly!

Lucien can still love Elain or Vassa (or whoever you ship him with) even if he loved Jes once upon a time! It actually can make their love story better...deeper!

Hopefully one day, SJM will give us the whole story of their love and so we can see just how perfect it was...

I wish destiny were not a video game tbh. The world and characters are so fascinating and it really loses out narratively by being distilled through the eyes of a nameless and often voiceless third party (the player guardian).

#thinkin about ppl saying last weeks convo w/ crow & mara felt rushed.... well yeah bc they would never have that convo in front of me #all these characters havd such complex relationships with each other but are deprived of privacy due to the medium.#the player must observe. the player mist participate.#it does allow for some fun fourth wall breaks but unfortunately the average gamer is not media literate enough to get that!!#i want an anthology series

Tucked away at the farthest end of The Andron was a room larger than the others. Primarily it was intended for storage but, given the circumstances, Krile thought the space would better serve as an apartment of sorts; comfortably shared between three of her dear friends.

there isn't a day in my life after I read acowar where I am not mad about the stupid death bargain between feysand (at least when the universe decided to remind me that it exists, like today. after I read about it again in a fic. it gave me flashbacks. bad ones)

TWENTY. tf does she knows about leading a whole court of another species? she barely lives as a fae for one year. I won't be fooled into thinking she knows enough on how to basically run a country (hell, nesta probably knows more about running something since she's the first born daughter, mama Archeron probably taught her how to run the household, that's more than what fey would know.)

I get it. she wouldn't want to go through that again. emotions are thick so common sense would take a back seat in that situation. why is that bargain even written in the first place, what is its purpose for the plot progression? Sarah could've just write a hot and steamy feysand post-we-died-but-not-really-war sex and be done with it without the stupid bargain.

almost ruined the ship for me... and then SJM pulled the pregnancy bs. and that was that. that severed any love i had for canon feysand. I love Feyre. I love Rhys. but them together*? no thanks🙏🏼
