pmd game but instead of the hero and partner having a home base of some sort, they're more nomadic... major plot beats would happen in the various towns they stop in... lots of focus on the different sights around the continent... it's about the journey not the destination etc...

#''this sounds very 8path-inspired'' it is. but also a little psmd-inspired #basically i wish there was more focus on non-town and non-dungeon areas in pmd...#like. outside of save points there's not many times you wander around natural areas y'know...#gates did this really well with the in-dungeon puzzles. i wish there was more of it. and more puzzle solving in general #the pmd world is such a perfect place for this kinda thing y'know?#in the concern of too many NPCs or too few important NPCs i suggest that hero & partner are part of a caravan or traveling show #op #pmd
