Hey everyone! There's a flotilla of ships set to leave for Palestine at the end of April, with a bunch of activists, doctors, food and aid to help the people there. Israel has a history of attacking ships like these, killing people inside and preventing them from delivering aid. It's important that we keep eyes on this ship, support the people risking their lives to bring aid to the Palestinians, and make sure that Israel knows that it won't just get away with attacking innocent people trying to bring aid to more innocent people! Like no offense to existing magnificat songs but I want to feel the drums resonate in my body and guitars screeching and voices shouting the melody with the same raw energy as Mary provides. The magnificat is joyful and a promise of radical justice for the oppressed!!
