Can Jervis find himself another Alice, or will he be devoted to just one Alice?

Whenever Alice is brought up, of course, he only can and will think of one person. The obsession with her is to an extreme degree/ hard not to think about only her when she is actively in his day dreams being his made up wife.

So technically, he'd lean onto "devotion" but if she ever somehow disconnected that label/perception of her...there's a possibility...a HIGH one at that it'd make him snap that notion in half.

because she's not in his life anymore/in the city, he gets starved for the feelings she gave him. That's why he clung onto Ed and Jon, because, they were giving something similar that itched that part of his mind. ( he also is starting to get the same fixations he has connected to Alice because of this. The only reason why it doesn't overwhelm them is because they're equally as fucked up as him and know how to twist it in a way to work for them.)

Mind you, he does not see Edward or Jonathan as "Alice", so he doesn't refer to them as such. he does have enough awareness that they are not going to be the same people and that would probably go for others whom were unfortunate enough to catch his eye.

so, in short... "finding another" is very complicated for a man who legitimately often falls into fantasies where you're married fulll husband and wife type shit + wants your actual husband dead by his own hands.
