This MV for Doctor Stranger is INSANE!!!
Definitely my next modern kdrama binge (rewatch) after Yong Pal.
I normally stay the hell away from dramas resolving around medical stuff/with a doctor protag but this is one of the few dramas that breaks that for me because it’s not really about medical stuff (which is actually true for any kdrama with a doctor protag I do love like Thank You or Live Up to Your Name or Yong Pal) - and Lee Jong Suk often plays sunny with horrifying levels of damage underneath but even by his standard, this character was something else!
Also, the plot of this one would require its own category in “came to fuck them over stayed to fuck them” list I made recently - he kills her father to save her (and she doesn’t even hold it against him as she shouldn’t - it was a Sophie’s Choice scenario) and then she’s brainwashed to come catch him for North Korea, to punish him for defecting but of course she can’t help but love him again.
Aaaaa!!!

List of Idols and Actors I know or follow

Disclaimer
I strongly urge you to take all the tarot readings on this account lightly. All the posts are intended to have an entertaining nature, they are pure speculations and completely made up by me. I can never ever guarantee any of it and you should never take any of the tarot readings for granted. I would like to stress that I know no idol nor actor personally, I never met any of them and all those readings are fictional, imagins, make believe and hypothetical scenarios. Do not base any of your life decisions on a tarot reading only, always use your common sense. If you have issues with tarot cards for religious or other reasons, do not engage in reading my posts.
When you make a request take my life into consideration and be patient. I’m a responsible adult with a full time job, dog, family, friends, duties, house chores and requests from other sources. All these take my time. Also reading tarot cards requires a certain mood, vibe and concentration, it can’t be done just anytime. Count on the time delays, please. I will do my best to complete your requests.
I’m always willing to help out if you yourself consider taking on tarot cards as a hobby. Feel free to ask if you have any inquiries about it, no question is dumb. I don’t know everything but will try to help the best I can.

Drama rec masterlist | Drama rant thread (beware of spoilers)
Tumblr media
Overall, I really liked this drama, and right from the first couple of episodes, it reminded me a lot of Vincenzo - which is one of my all-time favorite dramas. So if you've seen Vincenzo and liked it, you will most likely enjoy this drama as well.
As for warnings, it is pretty brutal with a lot of violence - blood, murder, torture - you name it.
Unlike Vincenzo, though, there is not much comedy in this drama, so there is little break from the dark intense scenes. I find myself not minding it too much, as it didn't ever get too dark and heavy for me.
This drama gets confusing - at least for me - and I had some trouble keeping up with... pretty much everything. I do think that is very much intended, as the drama does everything it can to throw you off for as long as possible. I guess several different scenarios throughout the drama, and I was wrong pretty much every time - I like that though! It's nice with a drama where you can't see everything coming from a mile away.
It did take a while for me to really get hooked, as I found the first episode sort of slow, but after that it really picks up speed and rarely slows down, so you better pay attention.
I don't really have a lot of notes from watching through, and that usually indicates that I spent more time watching than complaining.
Lastly, I think the actors were phenomenal. Creating a dark drama like this takes someone who can really convey they... how should I say it - the crazy in the eyes? The proper intensity is what I mean. Some people aren't suited to play evil, but I was really impressed with them all.
Should I pick between Vincenzo and this, I would pick Vincenzo, but this is definitely up there too!

Lee Jong Suk Special: From Big Mouth to Decibel, here are a handful of the actor's must-see Korean dramas and films.
Lee Jong Suk is a well-known South Korean actor. The actor was born on September 14th. Because of his elegant style, charming features, and a charisma strong enough to melt the coldest of hearts, the male protagonist in any K-drama inevitably becomes a fan favorite. Over the years, there have been a number of male leads who have become not only domestic but even international favorites. We started to see a range of storylines with a variety of characters that catered to everyone's tastes. Actors carve out a place for themselves and amass a devoted fan base. If you've been on social media, you've probably seen postings about gushing over them and hope to meet your own such character in real life. Lee Jong Suk is one of South Korea's most popular actors today.
Tumblr media
The actor began modestly and quickly soared to enormous popularity and fortune. On the occasion of Lee Jong Suk's birthday, let's take a look back at some of his best performances! K-DRAMAS:
 1. W - DUAL WORLDS
Haven't we all wondered what it would be like to live in a comic-book world or meet our favorite comic-book characters? So, what if one of these characters comes to life and the events that ensue are similar to the scenario in the comic? The answer can be found in the fantasy romance K-drama W-Two Worlds. This K-drama, starring Lee Jong Suk and Han Hyo Joo, was one of the most popular titles in 2016. If you enjoy a terrific thriller with mind-boggling narrative twists and a sweet romance, this is a must-see!
2. BIG MOUTH
Big Mouth, without a doubt one of the most popular dramas of 2022, catapulted its actors, Lee Jong Suk and Im Yoona, to newfound stardom and renown. After being mistaken for a criminal, an inept lawyer is sentenced to prison. His wife intervenes to prove her husband's innocence, but in doing so, she uncovers a slew of hazardous truths. 3. WHILE YOU WERE Sleeping
While You Were Sleeping is a 2016 drama that gained noted for its second lead as much as its lead combo. Lee Jong Suk and Bae Suzy had strong chemistry on screen, and their romance was highly received, but it was Jung Hae as as the second role who stole hearts. That photograph of shadows on a bus stop pavement became emblematic of buried feelings of love and longing. While You Were Sleeping is a fantasy and thriller K-drama that will keep you riveted to your screens. A prosecutor, a reporter, and a detective become entangled in a case when they realize their lives may be tied in ways other than romance or camaraderie.
4. THE HYMN OF DEATH
I highly suggest this mini-series! If you want to delve into South Korean history, particularly the personal life of a well-known poet, while also experiencing catharsis, The Hymn of Death is the drama for you. The drama follows novelist Kim Woo Jin (played by Lee Jong Suk) and his painful love affair with Shim Seon Deok (played by Shin Hye Sun). The drama's sepia toned frames take you to the past and make you feel as though you are living the story.
5. ROMANCE IS AN BONUS BOOK
"You're not my type," Kang Dan I remarks. "That's nonsense, I'm every woman's type," Cha Eun Ho responds. These are lines from the underappreciated Korean drama Lee Jong Suk and Lee Na Young feature in Romance, a bonus book. How are you doing, those who have already witnessed the drama? What are you doing, those who have yet to begin? It's the story of a gifted writer who becomes the youngest editor-in-chief in the history of his publishing house and becomes entangled in the lives of a former copywriter searching for work.
KOREAN MOVIES:
DECIBEL
What will you do if there is a bomb nearby that is very volatile to sound? If you're curious in the ins and outs, you should watch the film Decibel. This is a compelling story set in the midst of a national disaster. The terrorist attack was not only carried out on the spur of the moment, but it also revealed the prior actions of the personnel involved in defusing the device. 2. V.I.P.
If you thought that a cutesy actor like Lee Jong Suk couldn't play an antagonist, you were incorrect. To demonstrate the point, see the film V.I.P. In this film, he plays a North Korean defector who goes on a murdering rampage. The fascinating part of the story is when forces from the North and South join forces to capture him. Please be aware that there are trigger warnings for blood, gore, and abuse. 3. NO BREATHING
Adolescence is a time when everything either doesn't go your way right away or just falls into your lap. In any situation, it may be love, life, or school. No Breathing depicts the story of two swimming champion friends who fall in love with the same girl. The three then go through ups and downs as they find out their lives and themselves.

⚓DECIBEL UPDATE
Tumblr media
Jongsuk cut.
What an interview with PD Hwang In-ho👏 to Lee Jong Suk.
Must Read: KBS [Interview] Director Hwang In-ho “Why did Lee Jong Suk do that? This is the limit of my movie” (movie '#Decibel')
Q. How would you rate Lee Jong-suk's acting?
▶Director Hwang In-ho: “Actor Lee Jong Suk has a face where good and evil coexist. He's a role where a year ago he was an elite officer but now turns into a villain. As soon as he saw it on the screen, he thought his expression should show the narrative of a year. He is the result of his talent and hard work. He has also prepared a lot. He is an actor who hides it and immediately reveals it when he shoots. The explosive power of his acting is amazing.”
Q. About Lee Jong Suk's action scenes.
▶Director Hwang In-ho: “Action scenes were essential for the villain. I think the resolution of the villain was formed and the depth was created through the action scenes. It was something I missed while working on the scenario. I thought 'Oops', but I quickly corrected it with actor Lee Jong-seok's opinion. The elevator scene was suddenly modified. If it wasn't for that scene, it would have been a big deal. A movie is something that many people come together to make. Managers have to make good choices.”
Q. Actor Lee Jong-suk's character is a villain. But he suffered a terrible trauma. He is a person with many layers. How was the villain envisioned by the director?
▶Director Hwang In-ho: “Pre-history is important. He had been an aspiring naval officer until just a year ago. How could such a person act like that? An incident was needed to change the character. A movie cannot be established without the appropriateness and probability in the case. In order for a captain with a strong mentality to become a villain, there must be a tremendous incident. I had to make it from the writer's point of view. Since the course of one year jumped in the movie, the audience should be able to feel the warrior through the actor's expression. If you are a great actor, you can tell what kind of past you had just by looking at your face. I think actor Lee Jong Suk did a good job. He will be able to feel what happened to him for a year.”
“I recently watched ‘That Man, the Good Nurse,’ and Eddie Redmayne’s acting was like that. In the very last interview scene, he only shows his expression without saying anything when asked, 'Why did you do this? A good actor can feel a warrior just by his expression. Actor Lee Jong Suk also gave a good performance showing such a warrior.”
Q. Just looking at the movie poster, you can see that Kim Rae-won is at odds with Lee Jong Suk in the play. You can pretty much guess who the villain is.
▶Director Hwang In-ho: “If you hide it, it will be hidden. It is a world where everything comes out through social media. After the premiere, you will know everything. If you can't hide it until the end, you said let's open it. It's not 'who', it's 'why' that matters. I took that as a point.”
A typical ticking time bomb with a “tick tock” second hand goes off when the time comes. However, if there is noise above a certain decibel in the surroundings, the time is cut in half. So the tension rises even more. The bomb was designed by Lee Jong Suk of 'IQ 170' in the play. Kim Rae-won, who returned from RIMPAC training as a sub-captain of the 'submarine', engages in a desperate confrontation with him.
The 'Sound Terror Action' movie 'Decibel' was released on the 16th.

In Depth Kdrama Review: W (Spoilers)
Rating: 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Genre: Fantasy, Romance
Starring: Lee Jong-Suk (Kang Cheol), Han Hyo-Joo (Oh Yeon Joo), Kim Eui-Sung (Han Sang Hoon), Lee Si-Eon (Park Soo Bong)
Tumblr media
Lee Jong-Suk as Kang Cheol
Lee Jong-Suk did a great job as expected!! My opinion of the character is incredibly hit and miss. I definitely went through many phases of hating him, and the decisions he made, as well as plenty of phases of  liking him, and those of thinking he is just as crazy as Yeon Joo at times.
Tumblr media
One thing I thought was really good about the acting is that Jong-Suk really showed the development of Cheol through the series. For example, you can clearly see that Cheol before and after the dream scenario are like 2 completely different characters in some ways. Then again, the Cheols before and after the dream scenario are in very different circumstances. For example, the ‘manhwa Kang Cheol’ (as he refers to it later) seems very relaxed to the point where Yeon Joo has to really try hard (and do some very bizarre things) to get back to her own world. He was caring for Yeon Joo, but as soon as things started going wrong, he instantly decided to give up on it all. He seemed very quick to act, maybe too quick at times and didn’t always think about it.
Tumblr media
The Kang Cheol after the dream scenario seemed different in his own ways. When he got to know her after the shooting incident he never forgot her and worried about trying to find her for two months (manhwa time). When he did eventually find her, he made sure she was comfortable, even if he wasn’t in the best position to be able to do so. He also made lots of better decisions, being all-around considerate. For example, he made sure that they didn’t bring back the dream scenario, that could leave Yeon Joo hurt again, and his decision to take a dying Yeon Joo to the Manhwa world where she could eventually be saved after near death to the torture Han Cheol Ho had inflicted upon him.
Tumblr media
He definitely showed both sides of Kang Cheol really well and showed him off to be a very strong, independent character who managed to bump into his fate.
Han Hyo-Joo as Oh Yeon Joo
I think Han Hyo-Joo did a great job portraying Yeon Joo. She is definitely portrayed as a very chaotic character, who at the same time always wants the best for the people around her. In the beginning, it is extremely confusing though her logic is sound. Going from a slap to a kiss to get her out of the Manhwa was absolutely psychotic and still difficult to watch, but considering the situation, it makes plenty of sense. All the way through she seems very naive and definitely out of the ordinary.
Tumblr media
There are some moments that make me lose full hope in Yeon Joo. For example, when she was talking about making a happy sequel with Cheol, even though his feeling weren’t taken into any kind of consideration, and then was disappointed when it didn’t go to plan. Also all the embarrassing things at the start, telling Kang Cheol about her knowing everything, although to be fair she was highly drugged up at that point, so probably couldn’t really help it. The fact that she couldn’t recall it also suggests it was more the drug than anything else.
The Manhwa World
I find the whole two-world thing very interesting too. I find it interesting that there are two completely separate but near identical worlds that each has its own rules of existence and complications. The only main difference really is that the Manhwa world can be manipulated with Seong Moo’s tablet. It’s interesting how there can be a bridge between the worlds in the form of the tablet and what implications it brought for the general plot.
Tumblr media
Kang Cheol’s Tragic Past
I love a good tragic backstory and this drama brings no exception. Cheol grew up happily with his parents and 2 siblings. He won the gold in shooting at the Olympics with his father by his side. Shortly after, Cheol came home to find that every member of his family had been slain with bullets through the head. He spent the next 10 years attempting to find the killer, during which time he was convicted of the crime and spent time in prison because of it. Han Cheol Ho was the prosecutor on his case, who originally tried to sentence him to death before he managed to appeal it, arguing that Cheol’s social influence meant that they should give him a stricter sentence for what was a horrific crime.
Tumblr media
Han Sang Hoon and The True Culprit
The true culprit had been created by Sang Hoon to stalk Cheol for years, with his soul purpose being killing off Cheol’s family. He was initially a faceless being with no true identity and only a set job however, it was eventually decided that in order to give Kang Cheol a happy ending, the true culprit needed a face, one that he could easily identify as a possible mastermind behind the killing. Sang Hoon decided to give the true culprit his own face, as he had been on the roof with Cheol and even stabbed him after the true culprit had knocked him down. That was a plot twist I definitely didn’t see coming but in the end it all made so much sense given the situation.
Tumblr media
After giving his face to the true culprit, the true culprit got his own back on Sang Hoon and took away his face, placing him under his complete control like a minion that he used to manipulate the Manhwa, allowing him to continue his crimes and create fabricated evidence to create evidence to convict Cheol with multiple charges, and even get him condemned to death. At first I hated this twist, partially because it turned to horror late at night 😂. After watching it fully, I do think it was very interesting, especially leading to the point where Yeon Joo was kidnapped and eventually killed by essentially her own father. It was one plot twist I definitely did not expect but made the story so much more interesting.
Han Cheol Ho
I think Cheol Ho is a very intriguing character, who we only really get to know properly in the later half of the series. Park Won-Sang definitely portrays him very well as a kind of powerful (in terms of influence) and intelligent mastermind. He was the prosecutor who attempted to indict Cheol with murdering his parents, as he could find no one at fault. When it was decided that Cheol didn’t do it, he vowed to stop him and eventually decides to kill him. Han Cheol Ho was running in the presidential election at the time and saw his failure in handling Kang Cheol’s case as something that could negatively impact his election chances, along with all of the pieces of evidence Cheol was building up for him to be investigated. By this, I’m referencing what he wrote in his fake will for both Cheol Ho and the real culprit to be investigated.
Tumblr media
I think the actor did a great job at making me hate his character. He is definitely that kind of hidden evil influence. His character is very interesting, willing to use his henchmen and even torture to get information out of others.
Near Deaths
A lot of characters seem to have either died or almost died in this series due to many reasons, both planned and not. I think each of these added an interesting spin, though others feel just completely tragic, even if it is resolved in the end.
Tumblr media
~ Kang Cheol has nearly died countless times. Initially, there was the knife, which Yeon Joo saved him from, then the near poisoning. Then comes the times he tried to commit suicide but either stopped himself or was rescued. There was also the shooting as he ran away from the police, and that done by Han Cheol Ho, from which he was saved by Yeon Joo and Do Yoon respectively
Tumblr media
~ Yeon Joo also had her fair share of near deaths. I’d count her initially getting shot as a near death, as she would have died if she wasn’t in that Manhwa world. I also count her possible being shot in the head as near death, as it would have been a true possibility if Cheol couldn’t keep the true culprit at bay. The ony real near death she experience properly wasn’t even near death really because she did die. The true culprit had shot her in the back, sending her back to the real world in a brain-dead state. Cheol found her in the hospital, was given the news and decided to take her back to the Manhwa world for further treatment (knowing that there she could be saved) where she stayed for a week before dying of her injury. Cheol managed to locate the tablet and get her father to save her
Tumblr media
~Yeon Joo’s father had a very close call with death after being shot by Kang Cheol when he came back to the real world. He had wound Cheol up a lot, telling him that he was a completely predetermined being and wound him up to the point where he shot him, nearly killing him
Favourite Parts
~ The ending. I had spoiled it for myself so I knew what to prepare myself for. To be fair, I do this with all dramas, but the ending certainly didn’t disappoint, even if I knew what would happen!
Tumblr media
~ Cheol pulling his car up to meet Yeon Joo when she had gone back, worrying about his condition after he was shot by the police officer
Tumblr media
~ When Cheol tries to make Yeon Joo happy once their relationship started up again
Tumblr media
~ Han Cheol Ho turning the gun on himself to give all of them the happy ending they deserved.
Tumblr media
~ Every part with Soo Bong. His character is just absolutely the best of them all. He is just incredibly funny, and so down to earth with everything.
Tumblr media
Slight Disappointments
~ The whole beginning of the drama was extremely heavy on extremely embarrassing events, so much so that I personally struggle to watch it. It gets much better after the initial 3 episodes in this regard. If you find second-hand embarrassment a problem, the beginning episodes aren’t much fun. I understand the extreme occurrences are done purposely so she has a way of ending the episodes but damn are they extreme
Tumblr media
~ The amount of plot twists in itself is extreme in my opinion. I understand the importance of plot twists for the purposes of making the whole thing more interesting but I would argue there is a limit, and the amount of twists is extreme, from the kisses and confessions literally out of nowhere to the disappearing limbs to the decision to make it a dream out of nowhere to the random shooting to the set up to the no face cartoonist to Yeon Joo being vulnerable out of nowhere to her death to her being set up by secretary Yoon. Nearly every episode there’s a huge twist, which makes it so much more complicated every time. I think in the case of W, they also start making the series slow down considerably. The first time I tried to watch it I only got to episode 11 as the series was going so slow that I had no interest in finishing it.
Tumblr media
~ I count this one as personal to my opinions of dramas generally. When character lose their memories, I feel like it makes at least part of the plot completely die. There aren’t many dramas that do it well either. It kind of feels like a huge waste of time, even if, like in this case, small sections also appear later on.
Tumblr media
~ This is me being picked but I think it would have been nice at the end of the last episode to actually see Cheol and Yeon Joo get married properly. In the real world, they wouldn’t have been officially married (only in the Manhwa world) so it would have been nice to see them make it official as their relationship progresses more and they could date properly without the stresses the Manhwa brought along.

Working Together
Prompt: #190 for anon - “You didn’t text me back, so I’m here.”
Anonymous said:
Can I request #190 for Lee Jong Suk? Take your time!
Pairing: Lee Jongsuk x reader
Genre: best friends to lovers / office au
Warnings: none
Word count: 1812
Tumblr media
You were surprised when Jongsuk turned up at your work, heaving in deep breaths to settle his erratic breathing. You noticed the beads of sweat on his forehead and took hold of one of his forearms, feeling how warm he was through his hoodie.
Looking around himself quickly, he then dragged you into your office, shutting the door behind him. “Sorry, I uh – you didn’t text me back, so I’m here.”
“Text you back?” you repeated, now noticing the bag on his arm. Your eyes widened. “Did you…?”
Nodding, he set the bag down on your desk. “You said it was a really important meeting today, right? I didn’t want you to be disadvantaged in any way.”
“So you ran here?”
“Well, I couldn’t hail down a taxi on my way,” he simply answered, pulling out the files you had left on your desk at home.
You didn’t know whether you wanted to laugh, cry or kiss the man before you. So many emotions ran through you and now that your best friend had caught his breath, he regarded your expression, running a hand through his hair.
Jongsuk then attempted a smile. “I mean, since I’ve not landed the right job yet, it makes sense I help you with yours, right?”
“Still, this is so thoughtful. I could have gone in without them but… thank you. I’ll make it up to you by cooking dinner!”
Jongsuk shook his head. “No, let me. I’ve already got some meat out defrosting on the bench.”
“Fine,” you answered too easily, preferring his meals over your own. Whilst you were adept as Assistant Director here at the firm, you had never prioritised the kitchen – or really any domestic chores. Thankfully, when Jongsuk moved in with you at the start of the year, you had noticed he filled in those weaknesses of yours.
You were immensely grateful. Smiling at him, you placed a hand on your hip. “What can I do for your good deed?”
“Be home on time or I’ll eat it on you,” he responded easily, hugging you before waving you off. “I’ll let you get back to your busy schedule.”
“And to your domestic one,” you fare-welled, listening to his chuckle as he closed the door.
Patting the files, you began to prepare for the acquisition meeting.
Tumblr media
It wasn’t the first time, nor would it be the last. You hadn’t realised how much you relied on Jongsuk, or how easily he fulfilled any of your needs. You were a well-oiled machine, both at home and with your increased demands at work. You didn’t want to openly admit it, but with him not working anything more than some freelance work here and there, it helped you out immensely to be able to turn to him for anything you needed.
“Ooh, even bringing me coffee on your trip in,” you enthused, removing the takeout cup from the tray he extended in your direction. Taking a sip, you savoured the aroma and warm feeling happily. “Godsend.”
“Well, I figured by now, you’d need a caffeine refuel.”
“You’re the best, have I told you this?”
“At your service, madam,” Jongsuk answered with a grin, placing his drink down on the table and moving in behind you. With his hands instantly finding the knot in your shoulders, Jongsuk leaned over your shoulder, staring at the document on your screen. “Just, how much do you get paid for this job?”
“Why?” you wondered, staring up at the side of his face curiously. “Want my job?”
“I think you need someone to help you with it. There are four errors jumping out at me right now.”
“What?” Turning your attention to the screen, you let out a little whine. “Again?! I don’t have the time for my errors. If I could type as fast and accurate as you, I could…”
“You could what?” Jongsuk asked distractedly, too busy now editing the piece over the top of you.
You smiled. “Have you heard about that last job application?”
“It was a no. Apparently, I’m too qualified for the position.”
“So, nothing on the horizon?” you continued and he hummed to confirm this. You shifted in your chair, staring up at your best friend, wondering why you hadn’t thought of this earlier.
He was capable, reliable and more importantly, Jongsuk knew what you needed before you did. Your smile grew. “Work for me.”
“I’m sorry, is there a position available here?” Jongsuk darted his focus to your face and then back to the screen. “Don’t give me a pity position, Y/N.”
“It’s not out of pity at all. You picked up my dry cleaning, organised my desk at home which made me more productive over the weekend, and you know my coffee order spot on. Work for me as my assistant. I don’t have one currently because I don’t know how I’d feel giving over my tasks to someone else. With you, however, I’d have no problems. It’s a win-win situation!”
“Is it?” he murmured, seriously contemplating your offer. “What about us?”
“What do you mean?”
“We live together. If we also work together, won’t that be too much?”
“Why? We’ve never had problems with spending a lot of time together. We basically have breathed the same air for most of our lives. What’s going to be different about this?”
He sighed. “You’ve never been my employer before.”
“I have too!” you proclaimed and Jongsuk moved just enough so he could look at you with a raised eyebrow. You smirked. “When I was eight, I employed you to help me run my lemonade stand.”
“We were kids!”
“Did I not pay you for your time?” you mentioned airily and your best friend rolled his eyes.
“Yeah, okay, so I was thrilled with that fifteen bucks back then, but I’m not eight anymore, Y/N.”
“I’ll pay you well.”
“Money is nice but I don’t know if it’s right for us.”
“Why? What’s stopping you?” you asked pointedly and he diverted his gaze away from yours.
It was how you differed. Whilst you respected and were often grounded by his reserved personality compared to your bold one, it sometimes frustrated you that he would do this. Jongsuk wasn’t nearly as impulsive in decision-making as you could be. You knew when to make a choice on the spot and when to sit on something, however, he would categorise everything into internal pros and cons lists before committing to anything.
Eventually, Jongsuk smiled. “Tonight, over dinner. Let’s talk more.”
“Fine, but don’t overanalyse it too much!” you called as he departed, leaving you admiring his handiwork on the document before you.
You needed him.
Tumblr media
When you eventually arrived home later that evening, you were surprisingly anxious. You hadn’t heard from Jongsuk much for the rest of the day, and when you came in, he didn’t greet you at the door. It was silly how accustomed you had gotten to these simple gestures, and hurrying to take off your boots, you moved into the living space of your home and around the corner into the kitchen.
Your nose instantly scrunched up at the smell and Jongsuk turned to wave you off. “Don’t come in here! I messed up dinner.”
“You, messing up in the kitchen?!” you remarked, unable to hide your amusement or listen to his request to leave. Rounding the island counter, you cringed when you found the burnt pot in the sink. “Oh, this is bad.”
“I don’t need to be told the obvious.”
“Good thing we have a ton of coupons for Chinese. Should I order some in?”
Once seated with your meals, you noticed Jongsuk wasn’t eating much. Sighing, you placed down your utensils and placed your elbows up on the table to help with your hands now supporting your head. “What is it?”
“It’s not that I’m not grateful for the offer. If it was anyone else, I’d accept it without any issues.”
You didn’t hide your disappointment. “Because we’re best friends you can’t work with me?”
“I’m in love with you, Y/N,” Jongsuk confessed, staring across the table at you a little hopelessly. You broke into a smile and he grew a little guarded.
“I know.”
“Wait, what?”
“I know you love me.”
“I meant more than as a friend, Y/N,” he reiterated and you nodded.
“I know that too.”
“Why are you so calm about this? Most people would either react in surprise and swoon or reject their friend for falling in love with them.”
“Am I like most people?” you questioned, still smiling. “I’m not going to reject you like you are with me.”
“This isn’t a business transaction, Y/N. They’re feelings.”
“Ones that I feel for you as well so I’m well aware of what they are,” you commented and Jongsuk’s spoon clattered to the tabletop.
“You can’t just say it like that!”
“Why, Mr Romantic, did you want something more?”
He groaned. “This is why I can’t work for you. You’re not even taking my feelings seriously. We can’t work together since you’ll never see me as a man who can lead you well.”
“I already do see you like that though, Jongsuk,” you admitted and he stopped complaining, falling silent as you eased into your feelings. “I might seem like the bolder one of us both. And maybe in some situations, I am. But you know who holds me up? It’s you. From getting things for me whenever I ask, to knowing what I need before I do, I can’t do this without you. I rely on you for more than you realise. Everything you do makes my heart want to jump over to yours. You’re definitely a man, and even if you don’t realise it, you lead me all too well.”
“I do?” he breathed, his contemplation of your speech resulting with a small smile. “You follow me?”
“How many things have you put in place for me that I’ve adopted completely? I follow your principals in life more than anyone else’s. Of course, you do.”
“Okay, so in conclusion, you love me like I love you and this doesn’t put you off any from working together?”
You nodded, getting up from your seat to find one on his lap. Wrapping your arms around Jongsuk’s neck, you leaned in close enough to kiss yet held off just enough to answer him. “As I said earlier, there’s only one person who can organise me in this world, and that’s you.”
“Can I kiss you now?” he murmured and you hummed, already reaching for his lips. It felt better than you had ever fantasised, and you could tell that Jongsuk was equally stunned when he pulled away, now breathless.
“So will you work with me, if I work with you?” you asked, Jongsuk’s hands on your hips tightening.
“A partnership?” he offered and you grinned.
“One for life.”

IT COULD BE A DRAMA II Lee Jong Suk II Part Eight
It Could Be A Drama // Lee Jong Suk // Part Eight
Lee Jong Suk ft. Kim Woo Bin
Pairing : Jong Suk x Reader
Genre : Fluff, Angst, Humor, Romance
Words : 1,200+
Summary : During filming for School 2013 Lee Jong Suk found himself falling for the reader. In a split second she had left him. Not understanding her reasons for leaving, hate for her builds inside him.
(A/N)This story is another huge ass thank you to all of my followers.
Tumblr media
Part Eight
The mere fact that Jong Suk would be returning to Seoul within the day was nerve wracking. You’d fielded his call from 2 weeks ago, requesting to talk about everything, by essentially giving in. At the time, you’d thought there would be an easy way to get out of it. But with Woo Bin and Minhee teaming up with Jong Suk, you found yourself caught with no escape.
“Seriously tell us, (Y/N), why can’t you give Jong Suk a chance?” Woo Bin had asked seriously after he and Minhee had locked the door to your office, a simple warning not to leave.
“You’re still in love with him. You never even tried moving on to someone else. If you’re not going to give him another chance, then go on a date with someone.” Minhee added with her arms crossed over her chest.
Woo Bin’s question had been hard to answer as you didn’t have a straight answer at the time. Then you’d stumbled out something along the lines of not trusting him.
Today, as you waited from Jong Suk to come knocking at your door, you were pressed to admit that it was fear. Every reason Yoo Rim had for pushing you two away from each other was legitimate. The media would dislike the relationship. It could hinder both of your professional careers. Dating him could make it problematic for production companies to hire you. You’d come so far without him. Would you allow a relationship to take you a step back?
Rubbing your hand down your face, you wished you could lock the door to your office, but someone had prevented that possibility.
“Oops,” Woo Bin giggled after intentionally breaking the handle on the office door. “Guess I better call maintenance and have them come and replace this.”
The placing of the call did nothing to help the situation as maintenance informed you that they would need to take the handle to fix it, before returning it at a later date.
“What a shame.” Woo Bin fake sighed.
“Hmm, what a shame.” You hummed back while glaring at him.
“Fucking ass,” the statement was mumbled under your breath as you considered just making a break for it as you heard the sound of footsteps coming your way. A breath whined from your lips.
I could jump from the window.
I’m only on the second floor.
That won’t kill me.
It may break a few bones.
But that really depends on how I land.
I could jump and roll.
Fuck, I should have gone into stunts, not costuming.
A knock sounded on your door before Jong Suk’s eye became visible from his bent form through the hole that once was your door knob. “Looks like someone was grasping for handles.” He joked.
Taking a calming breath, you walked to the door and pulled it open, “You could say that.”
His tall, thin form stood before you, the only thing separating you was the air between the door frame.
He was slightly messy. His hair, usually perfectly manicured, looked as if fingers had been run through the soft locks one too many times in the past few hours.
Taking a step forward he entered your personal space, forcing you to take a step back and allow him into the room. He slid the door shut behind him, giving the two of you privacy from the staff walking around the building. “That was a nice trick you pulled.”
“Excuse me.” you asked, wishing you’d hidden in the costuming department over your own private office. There would be more space to keep Jong Suk at a comfortable distance, rather than the intrusive closeness that you were experiencing now.
“The running away,” he shrugged. At the roll of your eyes, he took another impossible step closer, bringing him just inches from you.  “You can call it what ever you want, but that was a dirty trick you pulled. You completely shattered my world and then pulled some strings before I could get my head on straight. I didn’t get to explain my side last time we talked. You said your side, fucking destroyed me, and took off. Now it’s my turn.”
Your breathing was shallow, his closeness preventing you from being able to draw a full breath. Even now, even after years of being apart, even with these last two weeks to prepare, you were still unable to control the love that your heart held for him.
You silence was his only cue to continue. “I love you. The reason I was such a dick when you came back, the reason I couldn’t keep my hands off of you, it was all because I still loved you. I had no idea what happened between us. I thought you left because Woo Bin had offered you a better deal. I thought you wanted a public relationship to further your career. Since I wasn’t offering it, I thought that you were giving it to Woo Bin. I was angry. For so long. Like a fucking theorist I had all these dumb fuck ideas for why you’d left. I was stupid.” He paused for a moment, taking in your expression. Your eyes wouldn’t meet his own and the inches between you two felt like miles. “And then suddenly you were back, and I wanted you to feel just a fraction of what I felt. But you kept acting so fucking unaffected. I was dying, and you were so pristine.”
Your throat felt raw, as if it had been rubbed thin. The wetness at your lashes was the final warning that your eyes had filled with tears, that the shame of everything was finally going to break the dam and allow you to cry.
“I just wanted you to react. I need to see that there was still something in you that I’d fallen in love with before. So, I annoyed you. I fought with you…I kissed you.” He sighed, bringing a hand up to rub the back of his neck before locking eyes with you. “And I don’t regret it. I needed to break your walls down somehow.” His smirked brought a half smile to your lips as you fought against the tears.
You disconnected your gaze from him, hoping he wouldn’t notice the apparent wetness to your eyes if you didn’t look at him for too long.
 I’m not going to cry.
I’m a big girl.
No tears.
(Y/N) please, please, please don’t cry right now.
Jong Suk’ hand under your chin brought your eyes back to meet his own again. “Even now, you’re trying to keep me from seeing you cry. I want to know what your feeling. I messed up so badly before. I should have just talked to you, asked what was going on in your head. I’m sorry for letting Yoo Rim abuse you like that. I didn’t realize she’d try to be my Kdrama mother.”
At his words the dam broke and you chocked on a sob. His arms went around your crumpling form, holding you close to him. “I’m so, so sorry (Y/N).” His own voice sounded thick, as if it too was battling with emotions long suppressed. “I love you. And I didn’t treat you like I did.”
“I love you.” Your voice was nearly incomprehensible from the force of your sobs, but Jong Suk didn’t seem to mind as he placed kisses all over your wet cheeks.
“I know. I know. I’ve always known. I was just stupid.” Those were his final words before his lips met your own, releasing every bit of suppressed love that had long been needing to be free.
Giving yourself into the moment, you pressed closer to him, allowing yourself to forgive everything that had transpired in the last few years. And allowing yourself to just be and exist, in the moment, with the man you loved.

“And Cut!” The director shouted, ending the scene between Jong-Suk and his co-star Park Shin-Hye, “that was excellent. You guys aHyefree to leave,” the director said, gesturing them to leave. As Jong-Suk and Shin-Hye walk to their cars, she stopped in front of Jong-Suk before he could enter his car, “you did great today. Why don’t we go out to celebrate?” She offered, and Jong-Suk being the nice guy he was, agreed to go with her, “yay!” She shouted, clapping her hands, “I’ll pick you up at 7,” saying before walking back to her car.
Jong-Suk arrives at your shared apartment and plops on top of you, “oof, well, welcome home to you too,” you say, wrapping your arms around your boyfriend. Looking up, he gives you a small kiss on the cheek, “how was the shoot?” You ask, “it was fine, Shin-Hye wants to take me out to dinner though to celebrate or whatever,” you and Shin-Hye weren’t the best of friends since you knew she wanted Jong-Suk to herself. “Be careful, I don’t trust her,” you admit getting up from your spot “don’t worry, Y/N, I’ll be careful. I don’t think she will try anything,” bringing you back into his arms. You finally gave in and accepted that he and Shin-Hye would be at dinner later tonight.
Later that night, you were lying in your shared bed as Jong-Suk was standing in the mirror checking his final outfit, “do you have to go? Why not stay, and we can order some fried chicken,” you say with a big grin trying to get him not to go. “I already said yes, and it would be rude of me if I canceled last minute,” he says, sitting on the edge of the bed, “does it make you that uncomfortable that I am going with her?” He asks, placing a hand on your leg. Yes, it did bother you, but you didn’t want to be that boyfriend that prevents his lover from going out with friends, “no, it doesn’t bother me, go and have fun,” forcing a fake smile. “Don’t wait up for me, ok? Get some sleep, and I’ll be back and have you in my arms before you know it,” he smiles leaning in to kiss you, “can I get a kiss before I go?” He whispers. You sit up, pressing your lips against his, “be safe,” saying as you break away from the kiss.
You both hear a knock at the door, and you let out a groan. Jong-Suk chuckles, standing up to answer the door. “You ready?” Shin-Hye asks, walking into the apartment, “yeah, I just need to grab something from the room,” Jong-Suk says, walking back into the bedroom, “what did you forget?” You for-, “before you could finish, he gives you a passionate kiss,” I forgot that, he says with a smile before walking out the room. “Alright, let’s go,” Jong-Suk says, guiding Shin-Hye to the door, “Bye Y/N!” He shouts, shutting the door. “Who is Y/N?” She asks, walking down the steps to the parking garage, “He is just a friend.” Lying to keep his relationship a secret.
“So I found this nice restaurant downtown,” she starts explaining the plan as she starts the car, “it has a nice atmosphere, perfect if you are a couple.” Jong-Suk caught onto her last words.
‘maybe this was a bad idea,' he thinks to himself already regretting his decision.
“Maybe Y/N was right, and she is trying to hit on me?”
His thoughts were interrupted by Shin-Hye snapping her fingers in his direction, “what do you think?” Asking, “I’m sorry, think about what?” he asked, feeling bad about not listening. “About you possibly coming over to my house after?” Jong-Suk shook his head, “I only agreed to the celebration dinner, and that is it.”
Jong-Suk and Shin-Hye arrived to at the restaurant, and she was right about it being nice. They had glass chandeliers hanging with dimmed lighting shining through the crystals. The tables had silk cloth over the table with gold stitching. “How did you find this place?” Jong-Suk was asking as he looks at the restaurant in awe, “I just stumbled upon it,” obviously lying, but Jong-Suk didn’t want to call her out on it.
“Are you Ms. Park? Party of two?” The waiter asks as she nods, confirming her reservation. The waiter guided them to their table that was located near the back, away from lingering eyes.
They both took their seats, looking through the menu, “this place looks amazing, Shin-Hye, and the food looks even more amazing,” Jong-Suk compliments, “perfect place for us to celebrate. He adds. “And a perfect place for couples too,” she comments. Looking into Jong-Suk’s eyes, he coughs, trying to break away the awkwardness. “What are you thinking of having?” Changing the subject, “I don’t know yet, everything sounds good, what about you?” Shin-Hye replied, obviously not looking at the menu. As he was looking at the menu, he felt a hand starting to rub his. “What are you doing?” He asked, pulling his hand away, “don’t you think it’s romantic how it’s only us,” she says, reaching back for Jong-Suk’s hand.
“If you are going to keep acting like this, I am just going to leave,” he says sternly, “why? It’s not like you have a girlfriend, so why not date me?” Jong-Suk got up from his seat, ready to leave before he met with a pair of lips. quickly pulled away, “WHAT THE FUCK!” He spats before storming out of the restaurant, wiping his mouth, trying to rid of the feeling of someone else’s lips besides yours, he waved down a cab, wanting the night to end.
The cab ride was short but felt like an eternity. Exiting out the cab and paying the driver, he started making his way up the stairs to the apartment, “Y/N? Are you awake?” Whispering making sure not to wake you if you were already asleep. Still, no response, making his way to your shared bedroom, seeing your peaceful sleeping figure, climbing into the bed, he buried his face into your chest, feeling guilty about not listening to you about your concerns. Sleep finally took over him letting his body melt into yours.
~
The next morning Jong-Suk woke up before you with his back pressed against your chest. Reaching over, he opened his phone and opened Twitter and saw a tweet from Allkpop.
The co-star Park Shin-Hye of Lee Jong-Suk leaks that he is dating a non-celebrity male named Y/N.
“WHAT!?” Screaming makes you jolt awake, “What? What? What?” repeatedly saying, trying to get your boyfriend to explain. “That bitch, she tried outed us!” shouting. Your eyes widened at what he said, checking your Twitter and seeing both your name and his trending. Putting your phone down, you scooted closer to your boyfriend, placing a hand on his shoulder. He shrugged it off, getting up from his spot “are you okay?” You asked. He turned around with nothing but rage in his eyes.
“AM I OKAY? IS THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO ASK? MY CAREER IS IN JEOPARDY, AND ALL YOU CAN ASK IS IF I AM OK? FUCK YOU Y/N, NO, I AM NOT OKAY!” You flinched at the sudden outburst, feeling hurt from his words.
“DON'T YOU DARE BLAME THIS ON ME, MAYBE IF YOU HAVE HAD LISTENED, THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED!"
Shouting back at him, he started pulling at his hair in frustration. He knew it wasn’t fair to take his anger out on you, and he was mad at himself for letting it happen. “she kissed me.” the defeat in his voice, “I’m so stupid. I should have listened to you and just stayed home. But no, my stupid ass didn’t listen.” Jong-Suk saying before storming out of the apartment.
Jong-Suk had his hands in his hoodie with his head hanging down.
What am I going to do? What if people hate me?
He thinks to himself, the only people that knew about you and him were your families. He pulled out his phone and dialed his manager, ringing a few times before the manager picked up.
“I was wondering when you were going to call me.”
“How bad is it?” Jong-Suk ask.
“Damage is minimal, we can easily cover it up, and it will be gone by tomorrow.”
Jong-Suk felt a pit in his stomach, wondering if being in the closet is what’s best.
Do I want to continue hiding? No, I want to hold Y/N in public, I want to share our love with everyone, I don’t wish always to call Y/N a ‘friend.’
“No, I don’t want to lie anymore. I want to come clean,” Jong-Suk says.
“But Mr. Lee, this could potentially ruin your career, and you have a new drama set to be released.”
“We will deal with that when we cross that bridge.”
“Your call Mr. Lee. I will release an official statement confirming the allegation.”
Jong-Suk let out a deep breath that he didn’t know he was holding, turning around, and started running back to the apartment with only you on his mind, barging through the door. He ran into the room where you were still sitting on the bed, tears falling from your eyes. Jong-Suk leaned down, placing his forehead against yours.
“I am so sorry for everything that I said. I should never have cursed at you, and I love you, Y/N. That is why I told my manager that I wanted to come clean with everything.”
You finally look up, meeting those brown eyes that you fell in love with, “are you sure that is what you want to do? I don’t want to be the reason your career ends.” Jong-Suk shook his head, sitting on the bed next to you, “Nonsense, I can always play in BL dramas that I always see you watching.” He jokes, giving you a nudge, you nuzzle your face into his neck.
“What should our ship name be?” Your joke is making you both laugh, falling back on the bed, “let’s just lay here and not think of anything from the outside, just us,” Jong-Suk says, kissing you on the head. “You are too warm to move anyways.”
Your boyfriend’s phone rings, ruining the peaceful moment.
“I am sorry, Mr. Lee, but the agency won’t agree. You will have to end it with Y/N.”

Jealous- Hwang Hyunjin
Tumblr media
Dear anon here is your request sorry if you don’t like it
Warnings: Jealous, NSFW
Hyunjin let himself into his flat as quietly as possible, closing the door gently he slipped off his coat and hung it on the hook in the hallway.
He was about to make his way to the bedroom when he heard the sounds of the…TV? Maybe…coming from the room, he pushed the door open and spotting you lying on you side on the bed watching Netflix in the dark.
-Hey- Hyunjin said softly, entering to the room- I thought you’d be in bed.
Hyunjin lay down next to you.
-I couldn’t sleep- you replied, your eyes still fixed on the computer screen- Thought I’d catch up on some drama.
-He’s cute- Hyunjin remarked, noting the man on the screen- Which is the drama?
-Romance is a Bonus book- you replied, trying not to get distracted from the storyline.
Hand’s Hyunjin stroking up your naked leg from knee to ankle and back again repeatedly, brushing just under the bottom of your dressing gown.
-His name is Lee Jong suk, he’s a writer in the drama- you said- I love him, he is so cute, brilliant and his body, omg, his body, I wanted him to fuck me.
Hyunjin arches an eyebrow and stop his movements of his hand. You put face to face to Hyunjin. You sighed.
-Why are you looking at me like that?
-Because you’re mine.
-Jealous, jealous is what you’re looking for.
-Fine, I’m jealous.
-I’m not going to stop love my favourite actor just because you look me so.
You ran your hand through your hair, smiling inwardly and wanting to push him. Your hand trailed down your neck to your chest, and you exhaled slowly, staring him down.
-Stop touching yourself like that- he growled.
-Why? - you bite your lips.
-Because I’m trying to focus on being mad, now I just want to fuck you.
Silence, for a moment.
-So...What do you want from me? -His voice was full of distress and desire.
-I want you to be okay with me having him as my favourite actor and I can fangirl for him.
-No
-Then what do you want from me?
His eyes were very dark, hair hanging in his face, temptation on his tongue as he spoke. You wanted to taste him.
-I want you to want me and no one else.
You dropped to your knees immediately, leaving the drama stopped, clenching own jaw and glaring up at him, unbuckling his belt quickly. His eyes nearly popped out of his head, but he went with it eagerly, tangling his fingers into your hair as you pulled his erection free from his pants and took it wholly into your mouth. He stumbled back a bit and leaned against the side of the bed, moaning loudly as you bobbed your head up and down, teasing his tip with your tongue. He was dripping with lust, and he tasted so good that you almost forgot that you were frustrated with him. Up and down, you continued your assault, massaging his thighs with your hands as he tugged on your hair. You released with a small plop.
-I do, I want you and no one else, Hyunjin, fuck me.
Hyunjin pulled you quickly to your feet and kissed you hard, turning you around and pushing you roughly against the nearest wall. Your leg left the floor as his hand found your thigh, tugging it around his waist. Messy, sloppy, the kiss was intense and full of emotion, his hands devouring your body, squeezing your chest before finding your ass. You tugged his hair hard, tongues dancing, bodies pressed together. He soon pulled you from the wall and tugged you roughly to the bed again.
-You are mine- he said through clenched teeth, his eyes full of anger and lust.
-I am yours- you said breathlessly, tugging your clothing off as he removed his own. Sitting up, you dragged your nails down his chest slowly.
You reached over to the side table and tugged a condom from the night table, tossing it to him and laughing when he nearly dropped it. Fully nude now, you turned around on your hands and knees and wiggled your ass at him, asking with your body to be fucked. He slid the condom into place and grabbed your hips, tugging your body close until your ass was pressed against his stomach.
-Tell me what you want- Hyunjin demanded, a small smack to your butt.
-I want you, Hwang Hyunjin, please fuck me…
-Beg me.
You whined loudly, letting your lower body fall forward as your ass lifted higher into the air, your legs spreading open to give him full access to your body.
-Baby, I want you inside of me, please… please, I want you and no one else, I’m yours, you own me, please…
He growled loudly, slowly rubbing his lust up and down your ass before pushing deep inside of you, owning your body with the single movement before he began to roughly fuck you from behind. Your body bounced back and forth against his, and his hands wound underneath you to grab your chest, squeezing it harshly.
-Fuck baby girl you’re so tight, tell me how good I feel, I want you to want me- he begged. You suddenly felt bad, sorry, regretting upsetting him so much. He was your one and only, and he had to know it.
Pushing back to meet his movements, you moaned his name long and loud.
-Fuck, Hyunjin, you feel so good, you fill me so perfectly... harder, fuck me more.
Another harsh growl, his movements sped up, you knew he wasn’t going to last long. You pushed your ass back to meet his movements until he was all the way inside of you, closing your eyes and letting your head fall back. He reached forward and grabbed your hair.
-I’m going to come, baby girl- he warned, winding your hair around his fist and pulling it harshly. You gasped, your chest bouncing, knees weak, and all you could do was let him own you - I love you, Y/N
-Hyunjin, I think we break the computer...
You look and laugh
-At least you won't keep looking at Lee Jong suk
-Hyunjin...
