i spend an immense amount of time studying for pfr and somehow i still flunk the recits for this subject

Law School is exhausting and very difficult. Everyday the reading stacks up and it’s so easy to fall behind. First, make absolutely sure law is right for you. Talk to attorneys, try to shadow someone, work in law somehow, you can also ask current students (including me)!

That said, when you find your niche in law, things tend to work out for you!

Beard covers are also available and made from polypropylene material. Attending surgeons wore bouffant caps in 39% and skull caps in 61% of cases.

Prevalence of diabetes and tobacco use were similar between the groups. Bouffant caps were used in 71% of colon/intestinal cases, 42% of hernia/other cases, 40% of biliary cases, and only 1% of foregut cases.

law school so far ⚖️☕️👜

most of my study hours are allotted to reading cases bc i (almost) always read the full-text and make my own digests even tho we have a class digest pool

have yet to discover the most efficient study routine that works for me. hopefully i find it soon so i could get back to my 8 hours of sleep instead of the 3-5 hours ive been getting since school started 3 weeks ago 😵‍💫😵‍💫

I adore looks that feature monochrome and sleek long lines. It looks so interesting to the eye and yet so simple. I’m quite tall but something about dresses and sweaters that go down to my shoes.

before starting to study for finals i needed a off day with my friend. i'm so anxious all the time for every class i couldn't study and it's not that good for my mental health. because of that firsssstttly we get a good vibes only day. just getting coffes and some chatting. don't forget to take breaks sometimes my loves. stay in touch we're gonna start now xoxo

How to Conquer Law School Interview Nerves

Congratulations! You have been offered a law school interview.  Preparing for it can be as nerve-wracking as the studies themselves.  For many, the law school interview is a hurdle coming with the anticipation of challenging questions and the pressure to perform.  What are the right strategies to turn this challenging experience into a stage to showcase your potential?  

Nervousness before an interview is not just common; it is a natural psychological response to a high-stakes situation.  It can be butterflies in the stomach, a racing heart or even a temporary lapse in memory.  Recognising and understanding your nervous reactions is key to managing them effectively. 

The Antidote to Anxiety 

Preparation is your best solution to overcome nerves.  Begin with thorough research about the law school – its values, notable faculty, and the structure of its program.  Next, engage in mock interviews.  Professional consultants can skilfully simulate the interview environment with you to demystify the experience and highlight areas for improvement.    Furthermore, crafting a narrative around your perspective towards legal studies can serve as a standard answer to a variety of questions. 

Constitutions are classified into written, like the American Constitution, or unwritten, like the British Constitution. The Constitution of India is the lengthiest of all the written constitutions of the world. It is a very comprehensive, elaborate and detailed document. Originally (1949), the Constitution contained a Preamble, 395 Articles (divided into 22 Parts) and 8 Schedules. Presently (2022), it consists of a Preamble, about 470 Articles (divided into 25 Parts) and 12 Schedules 2. The various amendments carried out since 1951 have deleted about 20 Articles and one Part (VII) and added about 90 Articles, four Parts (IVA, IXA, IXB and XIVA) and four Schedules (9, 10, 11 and 12). No other Constitution in the world has so many Articles and Schedules. Four factors have contributed to the elephantine size of our Constitution. They are: (a) Geographical factors, that is, the vastness of the country and its diversity. (b) Historical factors, e.g., the influence of the Government of India Act of 1935, which was bulky. (c) Single Constitution for both the Centre. (d) Dominance of legal luminaries in the Constituent Assembly. The Constitution contains not only the fundamental principles of governance but also detailed administrative provisions. Further, those matters which in other modern democratic countries have been left to the ordinary legislation or established political conventions have also been included in the constitutional document itself in India.
