I have no thoughts on the matter, I'm just enjoying this thought too much
Bob and Larry are evangelical protestants and would never associate themselves with anything so idolatrous as a crucifix. That's against the Second Commandment. It may not be a big deal though because Larry famously does not have any hair, so the likelihood of shaving coming up is low. They also don't have any blood.
I think, being vegetables, the main threat to them is going to be being fed to whatever poor human schmuck Dracula has invited over. It was pointed out that while the well-described meals in Budapest featured new world vegetables very heavily, the meals Dracula himself served seemed to be exclusively pre-columbian exchange, suggesting that Dracula may have no idea what to do with a tomato, culinarily speaking. So Bob at least might be...uninteresting to him, and Larry has a whole super hero persona and the ability to break the fourth wall. Neither of them is likely to be terribly appetizing to wolves. They might do okay.
Now what I want to see is the VeggieTales characters facing off against Bunnicula.
Shoutout to that one VeggieTales VHS tape "The End Of Silliness?!" which didn't just compile a bunch of silly songs but actually created LORE about Larry being depressed that his silly songs were cancelled in favor of Love Songs With Mr. Lunt and then Archibald appeared and made them both face the issue and Archibald apologized for taking away something Larry loved so much even if it wasn't perfect/wasn't something Archibald personally enjoyed. This is also where we got the absolute gem that is "The Yodeling Veterinarian of The Alps." Honestly an absolute gem of a video, peak example of optimal way to do a recap/compilation episode.
