found this art of futaba and kou that i don't recognize, it must have come from the manga but i can't remember what chapter, it looks like a title page art to me but anyway it reminded me of some word vomit i had a few months ago about them finally going to a festival together lol so i dug through my posts to find it and put them side by side!! lmao it's very much a headcanon for me now and this art is just fueling my imagination even further 😭 i so desperately wish this series would get the fruits basket reboot treatment so we could finally have the full story animated, and then this idea could be like the bonus-new-material-epilogue that tohru and kyo got 🥺🥺
