♠ - She should really stop making a habit of this. Fighting to the point of knocking herself out cold, that was. Not only was it probably bad for her - one day, she was going to suffer one that she wasn't going to wake from - but needing to get woken up again was probably not that healthy for her reputation as a badass mercenary either.

Well, thankfully, nothing that bad had happened this time. Aside from waking up next to a nice strong shoulder to lean on. Part of her groggy, half-awake mind was telling her that this was a nice thing that she could seriously get used to. And then a kiss against her shoulder and sweet nothings in her ear reminded her of exactly who she was waking up against.

The reaction was immediate.

"U-uwaaahh!", Farina exclaimed in panic, flinging herself away from the brown-haired knight, her heart racing at a mile a minute. So, she woke up next to Sain. Alright, what the heck happened while she was out? Firstly, she may as well check herself over. Okay, all her clothes were still in one piece so there hadn't been any funny business at least. That was a relief, at least.

"You-I-Uh, don't do that!", she stammered out a complaint, feeling her heart slowly quieten. "Unless you wanted to give me a heart attack, then go ahead." Damnit, Sain. Trust him to wake her up in the worst way possible. And there was more than a few things in his words that were rubbing her the wrong way (namely, the idea that she needed a protector. She didn't. She was a knight the same as him. And it was going to be super weird to have a 'protector' the same rank as herself.) but she was letting them slide. She was nowhere even close to being the sort of busybody that would try to correct him.

"You were the one who brought me back, right?", Farina opted to ask instead, red-faced and scratching at her cheek awkwardly. "Yeah, thanks for that. But, next time? Try not to wake me up quite like that.", she concluded with a grimace. Yeah, she didn't need those nightmares of Sain's face quite so close to hers, thanks. Look, he's fun. She liked him, really she did. But, she wasn't quite ready for that just yet.
