In this AU, the Bishops were children who were raised in a temple together, chosen from a young age to bear the crowns.

Shamura the eldest, who loved to read and learn and share this knowledge with everyone around;

Kallamar the second, who loved to entertain his siblings with stories and tales;

Heket the third, who loved to try new things and share them with her siblings;

Narinder himself, who loved too much for the embodiment of death;

and Leshy the youngest, who dreamed of a future beyond the palace walls, where he and his family could simply be.

As they grew older, though, things began to change. Vows were made and stations were created- and everyone settled into their roles, learning and growing and expanding upon their domains... they of war, he of blight, she of famine and he of chaos...

But Narinder, he of Death, could not. And that already widening chasm only grew as he did, anyway.

Azri, eventually, came to view Narinder not as a cruel god, but as a victim of his station- a pathetic personification, a pitiable brother betrayed by those he loved, the very ones who placed those lofty, unreachable, unnatural dreams into him in the first place.

And, well, why become Death when you can simply put Death on a leash?

Since the Lamb spares Narinder, Narinder remains god of death but is essentially under Azri's control. The other four Bishops get revived, but since they died they lost their god status and only retain their immortal souls. Azri is a god themself after defeating all 5 Bishops (killing 4 of them) and obtaining their crowns.

All five crowns are now in Azri's possession and they are nigh on unstoppable. Luckily for everyone, they just want a peaceful and happy life. Being worshiped is a nice side effect, and sure, there's a sacrifice here and there, but all in all it's a very peaceful life.

Just... don't step out of line. When you have Death under your thumb, death has no meaning.

What My Muse Smells Like

Iterations and mixes of what Haru can smell like

Vanilla, especially if she's been baking

Citrus, like lemon or bergamot orange as it's a refreshing scent which is energizing

Floral scents like lavender, rose, jasmine because she enjoys things that remind her of spring. Lavender is also justa calming scent in general.

Peach, according to primaniac perfume they released. It's one of the last notes. They also have Cassis as one of the top notes, which is fascinating to me.

In her Varia verse

Soap/detergents, because she likes to have a clean environment and so she's often cleaning around the base. Thus, you'll find her smelling a lot of some kind of soap.

Sometimes, you may hint at a smell of something burnt after missions as her main flame type is Lightning which she uses to shock and burn people. Accordingly, you may also smell blood- because she is a member of the Varia after all.

Rarely, will she smell of clean cotton, which the top notes are lemon, lime, green apple, and the middle blends are cedar, jasmine, lavender, and lily. Base is soft violet, and musk. She normally doesn't use perfumes and the like because an assassin shouldn't really wear anything that has a strong smell to it to tip off your enemies. Clean cotton is the furthest she's willing to go as far as perfumes go. She likes the smell but it isn't too overpowering for her nose.

Fiore

A variety of floral scents (ie Roses, jasmine, lavender, honeysuckle, etc) as one of her main hobbies is to garden, so she adores floral scents. She's sometimes adorns herself with the flowers she grew herself, so they also impart a scent on her.

Violet especially is one that you may find her smelling like as it was a popular fragrance around the time (at least the time frame that I HC the Primo Generation to be placed at). It was commonly used to scent perfumes, soaps, cold cream, sachets and apparently toilet water.

Earthy scents that come from tea due to her being a tea drinker, especially for social events among other ladies. Sometimes her mother would also force her to come along to tea parties with other ladies to chat. She's partial to Darjeeling, Black currant, and Earl Grey herself.

still going...

Still working on the things. I realized my last update was in April... Although it feels like I am standing still, after 450 rounds of self editing, I'm sending my novella out to my editor friend for the final proof. I've got a cover designer booked for late October, and I'm working on the second attempt at an epilogue (reader magnet) and a blurb. Blurbs are probably the worst. How can 200 words be so damn hard. I could never write them well in my fics, and now it's even harder. Like 250% harder...

Also aware that I am not really writing to market so my expectation is crickets and silence? But I figure I'm just going to write the smutty books I want to read, learn as much as I can, and try to evolve along the way. I've been enjoying reading in my genre for research (something I've never done before), and have found a few writers who have really blown me away and have made me rethink how far I can push things.

About to jump back into switching up projects every two weeks as this months-long single story push kinda slowed me down and made me crazy. The current plan is to switch between the epilogue, redrafting the next novella in the series (which is 35% exciting and 65% daunting as it's probably 10K longer than the first...), and zero drafting the first in a completely different (and too taboo for Amazon?) series.

From my April update, I've checked off getting a doing business as certificate for my "publishing company" <-- justa me!, a business account, and email, and a virtual mailing address for the eventual email mailing list.

The plan has slowed down to getting one novella out the door this year but that will be in addition to completing all the junk that goes with it, (website, mailing list, setting up reader magnet...). Yeah, probably don't need all the things, but if I get it all done now, then next year can just be mainly focused on output. I think I might be further along than I think?

A "black panther".. since, 'black panthers' don't actually exist, but are just colored variants of leopards and jaguars. It's fitting because it's such a pretentious title, for a pretentious lil man.. see, he's COOLER than Beel and Mammon, because, well- yeah he'd a big cat too. But he's a BLACK PANTHER. Hah. You guys are just REGULAR COLORED FELINES. He's a RARE VARIANT. That changes absolutely nothing.

War

Sharks are deceivingly friendly!! For how scary they can be, they're actually just not really all that evil. A lot of them are covered in scars from fights and mating, much like War. So it's fitting and all. Like him, they look intimidating but they don't mean harm. Look at these lil bastards..

Famine

Tiny little things.. had considered Weasels too but. They look TOO cute.Since his home was desert-like. Scorpion makes sense. Hey! Did you know scorpions GLOW?? Yeah. Funniest shit. Flash a blacklight on this mfo. They glow under that. Anyway. Small things that sting like bastards. Fitting.

Death

Specifically after the California condor. Absolute huge lad of a bird. They also feast on corpses, how fitting.. he's a big boi, he's silent, and he works closely with death. He's a condor. Also i'm just a HUGE fan of birds.

As partes poderão apresentar ao juiz a delimitação consensual das questões de fato e de direito da demanda litigiosa.

A regra do art. 229 CPC não é aplicada aos processos eletrônicos.

MP, DF, advocacia pública e litisconsortes com diferentes procuradores de escritórios diferentes possuem prazo em dobro para a prática de todos os atos processuais.

O meio eletrônico é o meio preferencial de citação do CPC, no prazo de até 2 dias úteis,contados da decisão que a determinar.Considera-se ato atentatório à dignidade da justiça, passível de multa de até 5%(cinco por cento) do valor da causa, deixar de confirmar no prazo legal, sem justa causa, orecebimento da citação recebida por meio eletrônico. 

A parte que requerer a citação por edital, alegando dolosamente a ocorrência das circunstâncias autorizadoras para sua realização, incorrerá em multa de 5 vezes o salário-mínimo.

Art. 222 CPC. Na comarca, seção ou subseção judiciária onde for difícil o transporte, o juiz poderá prorrogar os prazos por até 2 (dois) meses.

Incumbe ao autor adotar, no prazo de 10 (dez) dias, as providências necessárias para viabilizar a citação.

Justiça do DF Assegura Nomeação de Candidato Autista em Concurso Público

Em uma decisão emblemática, o Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e dos Territórios (TJDFT) garantiu a nomeação de um candidato com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) para o cargo de analista de assistência judiciária na área de direito e legislação. Esta decisão destaca-se por reforçar os direitos das pessoas com deficiência em concursos públicos. O candidato, que foi classificado na 7ª posição, havia sido previamente aprovado em uma avaliação biopsicossocial que confirmou sua condição de autista. No entanto, um impasse surgiu quando a perícia médica do concurso, realizada após a nomeação, não o reconheceu como pessoa com deficiência. Segundo a perícia, apesar de o candidato apresentar a Síndrome de Asperger, uma condição dentro do espectro autista, seu grau de comprometimento foi considerado leve, não justificando, assim, o reconhecimento como deficiência mental. O caso levou a uma disputa judicial, na qual o Distrito Federal argumentou que o edital do concurso previa a avaliação biopsicossocial como critério, não cabendo à Justiça interferir na avaliação técnica da banca examinadora. No entanto, a 8ª Turma Cível do TJDFT destacou que o candidato foi avaliado e considerado apto por uma equipe multiprofissional designada pela própria banca examinadora, e que a posterior negativa da junta médica contrariava essa avaliação inicial. A Justiça do DF fundamentou sua decisão no entendimento de que a lei, ao incluir o TEA entre as condições que caracterizam a deficiência intelectual, não especifica o grau de comprometimento para a concessão desse status. Portanto, foi reconhecida a ilegalidade da avaliação admissional que negou a condição de deficiência ao candidato, assegurando-lhe o direito à posse no cargo público. Essa decisão representa um marco importante na luta pelos direitos das pessoas com deficiência, ressaltando a necessidade de uma interpretação mais inclusiva e justa das normas que regem os concursos públicos. Ao garantir a nomeação do candidato autista, o TJDFT não apenas fez justiça a um caso individual, mas também reforçou os princípios de equidade e inclusão no acesso a oportunidades no serviço público.
