Any hcs for John Doe as a spouse? (Like for instance I totally feel like he'd just take You's last name no matter what their gender is, given that his isn't real and he's so so so in love with them.)

He absolutely does not understand marriage. At all. You have to explain it to him over and over, and he still doesn't really get it by the time your wedding comes around

That doesn't mean he's not enthusiastic, though! He'll use husband, wife, and spouse interchangeably to refer to you unless you tell him not to use one or more of them, and he'll all but stop calling you anything else

He's very proud to tell everyone you two meet that you're married! He shows off his ring and your ring and some other rings he's been collecting because he thinks the more rings you have, the more married you are

Speaking of, he'll give you so many rings. And repeat the wedding vows over and over. He wants to be as married to you as he possibly can be!

He's 100% convinced that married couples aren't legally allowed to be separated. It's his right as your spouse to spend every waking moment by your side!
