keep thinking i'm better and then something mildly upsetting will happen and immediately i'm back to
#jk jk i'm ok i'm FINE i'm totally mentally healthy#i think some random girl just laughed out loud at me?#i was getting in the lift and she was getting off and as she walked away she started laughing#and her friend said ''could you not hold that in''#sooooo pretty sure it was abt me and i'm not just being paranoid this time lmao#spent the whole lift ride hoping the cable would snap and i could just plummet to my death 👍#and ik she's a stranger and i shouldn't give a fuck what anyone thinks of me etc etc#but that's actually really fucking hard#ANYWAY#🧃
