Okay y'all. So I've been thinking about the Limp Lizards for writing purposes. And as far as I know none of them have been named. I'm still waffling on the name for the lead singer/guitarist because I'm not super married to her name. But it would also kick off their group's theming in-universe.
Anyway. I looked up the names of lizard species and I've adapted a few of them to give names to the members of this group. And I'd like to share this list because naming characters is hard. And if anybody likes my name ideas for these girls then they're free to use them.
The lead singer/guitarist: Elizabeth/Lizzie, this one is what kicked off the lizard theming. Because Lizzie = lizard
The red-haired guitarist: Lacey, named after the lace monitor
The black-haired bassist(?): Brooke, named after the brookesia micra
The drummer: Gila, named after the gila monster
Who I assigned the names to is a little random to be honest. I just looked at them and said, "Okay, who has Brooke vibes? Who has Lacey vibes?"

My nieces are watching my Jem DVDs, they’re up to “The Rock Fashion Book,” and I still LOVE “Off and Runnin’” so much.
Reasons:
The Misfits’ total confidence that they can match or excel a professionally designed and shot photobook by taking photos themselves, at an amusement park full of people who don’t know what they’re doing, and I know this is most likely a practical limitation of what could be asked of the animators but they each have only one outfit.
That this is happening because Pizzazz found the professional photographer they’d hired annoying and threw him off her private beach
That Stormer wants to kiss the teddy bear and Pizzazz snatches it off her out of sheer meanness (but also Stormer why)
The whole SONG, absolutely one of their best - I always love the Misfits’ songs that are simply about brazen self-confidence (like “Universal Appeal” and “I Am a Giant”)
“We may have our ups and downs, but we’re still better than the rest of the clowns” - the Misfits acknowledge being clowns, but superior clowns
The rollercoaster track shots! The movement and complexity! It’s so cool!
(My nephew is now doing the Robot to “Who Is She Anyway?”)
I mean it scarcely needs to be said but they all look really hot
The spent “hahhh” sigh at the end
