Could Louis be hallucinating about the sex scene with Lestat (ep1) could it be likely that they never had sex? The scene will be reshot in some way, so would it be that or did much more intense things happen?

Hmmm, I... I mean it's possible.

But nonny... I think especially that Lestat was giving out affection so freely, was enthusiastically and wholly interested in having sex with Louis (and being unashamed at that), was making it even blatantly obvious... all that makes it more likely that there was a lot more to that night than told.

I do think they had sex that night - and not just in the parlor.

Louis tells of the little drink, and experiencing it for the first(!) time. Lestat comes down the stairs in his Leyendecker robe, and there is gray morning light behind him.

Like, what happened after that first bite, that first kiss? :)

After this look?

I think that may be why it is revisited (or hallucinated), ultimately.

Because that night was a turning point for Louis. This wasn't "drunk on vodka bravado". This was desire, and expressed freely.

They had just gotten home after dinner... That night was long still, after their first time.

And they used it.

And that is why it burned itself into Louis' memory, would be my guess :))

All the little things, all the little touches.

The smells. The taste. The sound of voices.

So I am firmly on "more happened". :))

But if we will get a reshot scene? Not sure... I think it's more likely that we will get like... little imprints of Lestat of that night, being just "there" for Louis. Pieces of memories, conjured extremely vividly.
