Okay, I'm finally ready to be serious about this page

What is truly so powerful about it is,

All his life, Vash lived, not for himself, but for Rem.

He suffered for an ideal that wasn't his, he took upon himself the pain inflicted by his brother. Rem died to save humanity and Vash sacrificed his entire ô so long life to protect her legacy, others. But never did he live for himself. Even as Eriks, he left because he was afraid of harming Rem legacy.

And then Wolfwood happened and he taught Vash to 'want'. He taught Vash to live for himself, to make his own decisions and not what was best, to use his gun to protect who he wanted to protect, he taught him to be selfish and,

to see what was in his own heart.

it's called Tears of the Kingdom not just because of what happened 100 years prior to BotW but because of all of it, the whole cycle, starting with Demise and Hylia and going on and on and on through Link and Zelda and Ganon, the inescapability of fate, the unending weight of duty, the constant injury done to Hyrule and its people over thousands of years, the cannibalizing nature of destruction where the kingdom of Hyrule is ground zero and is so worn and weary of this cycle that the land itself is breaking down and crying

Is it just me or

do you all struggle a bit to grasp what's happening

Like the emotions I'm feeling

It's like reading these fanfics that make your heart clench and ache

but now

it's actually happening for real

and

I feel like we have no instructions for this

cause

that hasn't happened before

And on top of it all

They talk about Buddie so openly

And they tell us that they love our stories and admire our skills and that we were never really wrong about it all

and

And I'm just

overwhelmed

i don't have the brain for a real post but. Possession in S1 is about violation, possession in S2 is about protection, and possession in S3 (the 1 and only 1 time it happens) is about synergy. The progression from "Of course I don't trust you" to "I trust you to keep me safe" to "I trust you to See me and to work with me" is just. ugh. i am clawing at the walls.
