i opened a doc and just typed out some rambling thoughts about how to fix aphelion. while i was eating an apple with cheese (highly recommend) it came to me that i could do something Very drastic to the story and maaaayyybe change it for the better?

i wrote out a bunch of justifications for this change like an argument with myself and also wrote out some story issues i would have to change (i wrote out the solution to those as much as i could, just to see if i could convince myself this could work)

i’m going to try typing out a new revised outline (yes i’m aware i’m like 40k words into the draft and starting over now seems like a huge overhaul. it is. but i’m still going to try it.) and if it all works out......i’ll let yall know
