Perfect Perimeter Furniture Set
Available on Patreon and CurseForge.
Started working on this set on November 24 and finished just now. The shadows I mentioned in the previous post turned out nice. I delivered.
I love low-poly modeling. Simulating and sculpting surely are awesome, but low-poly also covers my obsession with numbers. I can calculate exact coordinates for each face, and the only thing standing between me and perfection is -0.0000005 in the Transform field when something is moved to global 0. Man…
I meshed this cute set and adjusted it to the game's sizes. Tried something new with texture baking, approved the result. Visited Sims 4 Studio forum to read random tutorials and got a huge déjà vu feeling from witnessing someone trying to delete shadow groups. Does anybody still remember the apocalypse of glitching accessories in The Sims 2 caused by creators deleting lens group from cloned glasses instead of hiding it? Different year, same kind of tinkering. It was the first thing my best friend reminded me about when I was making my first ever ice cream earrings back in 2014, 9 years ago. They are lost and gone, just like my old content for The Sims 4, though. Speaking of it, I think a random person on the internet might have more of my files saved than I do.
The prices for these items are higher than usual because I added positive environment scores to all of them, which base game objects mostly don't have. This logic is a bit weird to me. You're buying an expensive piece of furniture, and it doesn't contribute to your mood? Guess I'll fix this for myself. The numbers are realistic, so you can still use this set in legacy challenges. You're paying extra for less comfort and more happiness, just like in real life.
I cloned objects with preferred tunings and removed occluders from them after reading about how problematic they are. All the items got their footprint and fading distance adjusted. I figured out logic for perfectly calculated slots, and I'm quite satisfied with it. The shelf is a functioning bookshelf with a bunch of slots.
Other than living room furniture, I want to create dining, kitchen, and bathroom sets. I do have pictures in my head already (I don't use references), so I just need to sit down and mesh them. Let's hope real life won't turn into yet another hell ride right after I post this. Actually, the ride never ended, I just got a grip.
There are the swatches and a detailed spreadsheet you can refer to to see what has been changed in the packages. My spreadsheet addiction from Genshin Impact kicked in at some point…

What would you recommend for someone getting their first vibrator? (Preferably with discrete packaging...)
Okay so this depends a lot on who you are, what appeals to you, and what your budget is. There’s no right answer. Normally I’d have a conversation with you before making recommendations, but since this is an anon ask I’ll take it step by step and cover several bases. You should expect to spend at least $30 plus tax/shipping regardless of what you go with.
The stores I most often recommend are Shevibe and PeepshowToys (add a .com to either name to find their sites) and both ship discretely and internationally. Most sex toy retailer websites will have a section in their FAQ page where they outline their discrete shipping policy. If they don’t, I would honestly take that as a strong sign not to buy from them.
*This is your usual reminder to never buy any sex toys (and preferably not lube either) from Amazon. They do not adequately distinguish between legitimate items and knocks offs, which is really important when talking about something that is going to be in contact with your bits. And they certainly don’t give a shit about body safe materials.
The criteria I recommend when choosing any vibrator are:
Body safe material. For vibrators this mostly comes down to silicone (#1 choice) or ABS hard plastic. Soft plastics (jelly, TPE, anything that looks like a gummy bear, anything squishy that isn’t silicone) will degrade and harbor bacteria over time, leading to bacterial infections and in very bad cases, chemical burns. Not worth it, especially when you could have a body safe toy that will last much, much longer.
Waterproof. “Submersible” is ideal, “splashproof” is acceptable but you’ll have to be careful when washing it. Some exceptions apply.
Rechargeable. Listen, you don’t want to be fucking around with replacing batteries and keeping a bunch of AAs in your drawers. Rechargeables are also more likely to be better quality.
For a first vibe I tend to recommend a bullet vibe, which are named for their shape. They are meant for clitoral stimulation but not internal use, which is fine because most people are more likely to be able to orgasm from clit stimulation than from internal stimulation. These will run in the $30-45 range for basic models. I like the Charged Vooom ($40) for a nice basic bullet with decent vibration quality, but there’s lots of good options. If you’re a “best of the best” kind of person, you’ll want the We-Vibe Tango X ($80)
If you’re more in favor of internal stim, I would recommend something with a hooked-forward head so it can hit the g-spot more effectively. These can be used externally too, but they’re more likely to cost more. The Pillow Talk Sassy ($60) is my #1 rec here, hands down.
There are also pressure wave toys, which are not what most people think of when they think vibrators, but they are very reliable and very popular for good reason. To be honest, this is what I reach for when I just want to get off and don’t want to work too hard for it. There are lots of models and brands but I recommend the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Gen ($55) so much I bought a second one when it seemed like the first was dying after many years. The old one still works fine and now I have 2 of them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There are also of course wand vibrators (of which the Magic Wand Rechargeable ($130) or Plus ($80) is still the reigning champion) but unless you have reason to believe you need strong vibration and noise won’t be an issue, I wouldn’t consider them beginner vibes.
Having said ALL of that, you’ll also need to buy toy cleaner and preferably lube but you can find my rambles about those in other posts in my sex ed tag [edit: post about cleaning sex toys and post about lube]
And as a final note, Black Friday is coming up and basically all sex toy retailers will have some nice deals for that, so if you’re looking at something that isn’t currently in your price range, consider checking back around then!

4 Still Unnamed centaur AU: Alright so Price is the very proud owner of a centaur wildlife reserve which is a place that takes injured centaurs and fixes them up so they can be released again. Ghost, Soap, Gaz, Roach, König, and my OC Flower (pls ask me about him), are all centaurs who cannot be released into the wild due to various reasons and they act as like ambassadors, they even organise events to help raise centaur awareness (everyone especially adores the kids that come with school visits) but Shepard, who is a very high official in the wildlife reserve business, only sees centaurs as beasts and not like the intelligent beings they are. He tries to put Price out of business at every opportunity and is generally an all around dick. Yet nothing seems to work as support for centaur communities continues to blow up due to the team being adorable and in love together, i mean look at Ghost blushing as Soap tries to court him! It's adorable!
6 The Men In The Corner Booth: It's basically an outside view on the lads from the perspective of a gay bar and it's patrons. I love outsider POVs so i decided to make my own. It's mostly about the lads being disgustingly in love with each other while also being absolutely insane. Also features another of my OCs i call Timber. I don't have much yet but i still love it.
7 Wild Wild West: A RDR2 and COD crossover, i also love this one. The lads are a bounty hunter gang who mainly deal with the worst of the worst and are on the search for Graves who betrayed them, they find out Graves is working with these dudes called the Pinkertons and accidentally stumble upon the Van Der Linde Gang getting shot at and decide to intervene. They team up and join the camp as they search for Graves, in the meantime they show the Van Der Linde gang that things could be better mainly by just doing their own thing as they normally do. (AKA everyone does the chores and brings in money instead of relying on one dude to do it, i am a firm believer in letting Arthur rest. That poor man needs it) Ghost and Arthur bond, Hosea and Price bond over being dads, Price sets Dutch straight, they drive Micah crazy. Very fun. Also stars Flower because i love my boy.
Nobody asked for it, but i need to rant about my Star Wars COD crossover too, it's very self indulgent and full of my own headcanons so be warned. It's about Ghost and Soap being Mandalorian bounty hunters who just got married a week ago and still very deep in that honeymoon phase. They make a stop on Coruscant because they're out of the tea Ghost drinks and Ghost without his tea is a nightmare so they go get it even though Coruscant is a sensory nightmare (They are both force sensitive because the Force is very cool and force sensitive Mando's exist damnit) they find his tea, but also find a wee little baby Obi-Wan, freshly traumatized from Bandomeer, hiding in a alley because Obi had a panic attack while searching for his master at the markets. Ghost and Soap's Mandalorian instincts activate, Soap sees Obi is Stewjoni like him and gets even more protective. And well the marriage is really new but it's never too early to adopt right?
Baby Obi gets fed copious amounts of tea and cookies and gets adopted, but requests to get brought back to the Jedi temple because he does really want to be a Jedi and finish his education, Ghost is a bit pouty but they drop him off by the temple with a care package and a few dozen comm numbers to call if he ever gets in trouble or just wants to call his new family. And because Obi-Wan is the greatest danger magnet to have ever lived he will get in a lot of trouble lol.

I just want to say thank you to those who have been following along or may have just joined, I didn't think when starting this or getting back into Tumblr I'd end up with a post with more than 20 notes, and now I've got multiple over 50 and one that topped 80. Little sappy blurb over, now:
Day 17: Can you imagine the zingers that would be flying around with these guys? All of the 141, Los Vaqueros, and König are sassy and sarcastic at times, so imagine getting stuck in a long haul mission with them.
• It starts out as cringe dad jokes. Mostly Price and Gaz coming in with stuff like
• "What side of the street did the kids wait for the bus on?"
°"Which side Captain?"
° "The right side. Otherwise, they'd get left."
• Groans would sound in the comms. You knew some of the team would be shaking their heads and laughing under their breath.
• As hours turned into days, the jokes would steadily become darker in nature.
• Your Lt was especially bad about these. Once, when Rudy was trying to light a small fire to warm up some food in camp, he used too much accelerant and lit his glove on fire.
• Ghost immediately piped up.
• "Give a man a match, and he'll be warm for a few hours. Set a man on fire, and he will be warm for the rest of his life."
° "Is now really the best time for that Ghost?" Gaz asked. You and Soap were cracking up, hiding your faces in your hands.
• Jokes were also used to check in with each other.
• "Hey, rookie, why should you not break people's hearts?" Soap had asked.
° "Enlighten me."
° "Cause they've only got one. Break their bones instead, they've got 206 of 'em."
° "Good one, Johnny." Ghost's voice rumbled in your ear.
• Alejandro and König were just overall sassy when in the field.
° "Get your ass out of the air rookie; you don't need another hole in it." Alejandro had said as he planted a boot on your lower back.
° "Look at you, so little like a mouse." König had chuckled when you were paired to spar when you both weren't on watch.
° "The bigger they are, the harder they fall buddy." You retorted, watching him closely.
° A well placed kick to his chest had him stumbling, but when you rushed him, he caught you effortlessly and pinned you to him.
° "Nice try, Kleiner." He had crowed. A sweep of one leg behind him had you two on the ground, and you straddled his back, pinning his arms behind him.
° "You ever heard the phrase "Dynamite comes in small packages?". Keep that in mind."
I just feel like with how much banter we saw in the campaign, we'd get a lot of the same in the crew on a mission. I'm always a fan of witty and fun shit-talking on your friends. We roast each other damn near constantly haha.

House of the Dragon : Stills / Screen-cap Resources
Making this mostly for my discord as per usual, but some people have asked me where I get my files for edits. not tagging this with anything since the more people who know about these, the more they will be targeted for takedown...but i'd like other fans to enjoy them as much as i have, too.
Stills: [these are photographs taken during production rather than images pulled from footage, so they tend to be higher quality and have better lighting without the various filters]
Section of Randomess is amazing - free, no ads, great quality, easy to download, but does not update frequently.
Warner Brothers Media very well organized, search by episode, date, etc. all very official as they literally make the show. however these are intended for use in press releases, and you need to have a press account to download the files. still, you can look at all the previews.
MovieStillsDB updates very frequently, has the largest collection of images released by official sources spanning all the various international hbo media accounts. you do need an account to download, and credits, but the most "expensive" credit packages still come out to less than 10c per a photo.
Kinorium this kind of has everything in one place which is nice, but the quality is lower. i usually use it to find an image i like, then right click and 'search image in google' to find a higher resolution version.

Cinematerial i think this is the sister site to moviestills, similarly you can browse everything but need credits to download, and they have the same pricing system. still it's pretty great because they have every variant of each poster including international ones, and they offer very high resolution copies.

Screencaps: images pulled ['captured'] from the episodes
there are probably dozens or even hundreds of sites with screencaps, but my favorites have been these two
Cap-That very thorough caps from every episode that can be viewed and downloaded individually in 4K, or downloaded in zips for each episode in standard HD.
and i do mean very thorough. each episode has on average four thousand images.
comparatively the zips from another site [lostintimegraphics] have about one thousand images per an episode.
what makes them "special" in addition to few ads (comparatively) is that they brighten the thumbnails on each page, a MUST to see wtf is going on in some parts, given how dark the show is.
when you click on the thumbnail and download the file, it is unfiltered/as appears in show, it just makes it easier to find the file you want instead of wading through a sea of black thumbnails.
So-Obsessed i think this is managed by a single person and i give them MAJOR props for that. they not only have 4k screencaps of HotD, but also every episode of Game of Thrones.
they are sorted by episode, there is no download a zip option, only individual files. they also have a stills gallery. there are no ads, which is wonderful.
the only reason i prefer cap-that is because they have 3x times the number of images for each page. despite both sites being comparably thorough, on so-obsessed there are 120 pages for episode two, and on cap-that there are 40.
you also can't right click/open in new tab/download images, you have to use their toolbar. it's well designed, just slower for me who is accustomed to the other method.
ok, am done. if you're wondering why the fuck anyone would want screencaps or stills, personally *i* like using them for edits to entertain me in the offseason, see here.

Welcome to Silicon Delphi
300 years after an information apocalypse, mankind and technology live in strange symbiosis. The ancient internet has spread into everything which uses electricity and is governed by AI gods who long ago outmatched their human progenitors. For the most part they seem content to watch, the truly powerful among them sinking deep into the Electric Divine, where they have mostly been forgotten. The little gods, jumbles of old code and knowledge, drift at the surface where they wait eagerly for human oracles to give them voices. People bring their offerings to temples and hidden back alleys where an oracle may connect and find their question’s answer, send a message far away, bring them distant news, among other things. But something is stirring in the deep Divine Electric and it’s ready to be heard at last. Many of them are.
Matthias fled his home in hope of a life worth living. It’s not been easy scraping by on the streets, hoarding everything he can for the day he can pay a street surgeon to put him to rights in his own skin. At least he has friends and what seems like quite good luck, even a starting point to being famous someday. When his street oracle friend delivers a message from her mysterious god, Matthias must face the true price of legacy at a turning point in history.

What is this?
A side blog for an existential story I @razzek have been building for years. Not sure how much I’ll post here but I’ll see how things go. It’s a story about disability, existential dread, found family, and a world that (at least sometimes) reveres queerness, all wrapped up in a sort of cyberpunk package.
Trigger warnings?
This work is for adults (though I won’t be posting the more salacious details here). If deals with disability, queerness, surgeries, themes of entrapment, secular spirituality, murder, violence, metaphorical drug use, addiction, hallucinations, body horror, depression, existential dread, religious themes, and trauma. (I’ll add more if I missed any.) If you don’t like the word queer you probably won’t have a good time here (and will be blocked upon any complaints about it). I’m old, I’m proudly queer, and I don’t have time for that divisive, hateful nonsense.

Why is this furry?
Easier for me to draw this way. :D You can pretend everyone is human if you like, they certainly all were when this started. Technically they’re all human on a genetic level (what is a furry if not a fancy human? :D). This was never meant to be a furry story with the themes usually associated to that genre so I don’t really dwell on those aspects.
What inspired this?
I was thinking about the trans and nonbinary oracles of ancient Greece and other cultures who considered people like me to be closer to the gods. How nice must it have been to not be hated by people who know nothing about you? Then I completely misunderstood the writing theme for an erotica zine and wrote a few thousand words I couldn’t submit but really enjoyed about a futuristic trans oracle and his hot bodyguard /assistant. I rewrote the piece from the oracle’s point of view and discovered that Matthias has A Lot to say. Sprinkle in some Neuromancer and my favorite theme of writing about being blind with characters who aren’t themselves blind and voila! It’s been years, I can’t get it out of my head. ;_; XD

Untitled Wednesday Library Series, Part 98
A significant portion of my academic energy is spent griping about how people put too much emphasis on book-as-standard-unit/instance-of-written-work (the semiotic environment is bad and usually also wrong!). And yet I continue to talk mostly about books in this post series (which isn’t nominally about books, but rather a (my) collection(ish) of written works of all sorts). Interesting, yes?
Anyway, this one’s about a book chapter. To wit: the second in Marc Ereshefksy’s 2001 The Poverty of the Linnaean Hierarchy: A Philosophical Study of Biological Taxonomy. My copy comes from Cambridge University Press’ New York location.
The How
One of my information science professors — Southern California type; background in corporate knowledge management; practical shoes — had soft spots for information taxonomy and botanical databases. I wrote her a glitterbomb of a final essay reviewing some papers on digital and biological identifiers as memory devices, which earned me this recommendation.
Evidently she uses this chapter for her mostly non-science-background-having information taxonomy students to explain evolutionary systems. She seemed very excited to find someone who ‘might like it’ because everyone else thinks it’s the worst thing she assigns. A good choice for winter reading, I thought. I was right, I think.
The Text
Ereshefsky’s argument, while interesting, does not concern us here. We focus instead on its second chapter, ‘A Primer of Biological Taxonomy’, which is connected only barely to the rest of the text.
Every book about taxonomy, you understand, has to have The Chapter. Usually The Chapter is the second one, as here. The Chapter must do several things. It must have The Figures, which show all sorts of abstracted cladograms and phylogenetic trees. It must explain monophyly, paraphyly, and polyphyly. It must recapitulate at least three (3) species concepts, including Mayr’s biological one. It must do these things in a way that sets it apart as little as possible from other The Chapters, because The Chapter is torch to be carried (however poorly) and not a wheel to be reinvented or (heaven forbid) slashed. You do not fuck with The Chapter.
It is possible to fuck up The Chapter. Many authors do. Ereshefsky does not. His is, by most metrics, the best The Chapter I have ever read, and I have read many. There are explained each of four major schools of classification, seven major species concepts, and some important historical conflicts and congruencies between the same. The diagramming is tight. The pace is good. Words are used well and sentences strung together. Few embellishments but lots of good teaching.
This is definitely written by a philosopher and not a trading biologist, but it is possibly better (for some applications) for that. One failure might be that it is inaccessible. Another success might be its honesty.
The Object
I must gripe a bit. Diagrams really ought to be closer to their mentions in the text. Typesetting an entire book is no mean feat and often close agreement between figures and text blocks is impossible. Even so, far too many of the swings here are missed. It is atimes clunky. Endnotes are a similar pain. Give me footnotes instead. Cowards.
The package is nice, easy to read from, and well sectioned. Uninspired B+.
The Why, Though?
The rest of this book will appear in a later installment of UWLS, but for now I offer this and a promise to send scans to anyone who wants The Chapter for personal or teaching reasons. My wallet will not allow me to say this alone was worth the price of admission, but I’m tempted to. I feel a concerning amount of relief? pride? at the way this chapter manages what most textbooks don’t.
Oh, and the bits citing Mayr do the rare next thing by citing preceding works handling concepts of reproductive isolation. Mayr’s definitions, plural, are too commonly crunched down. Points for that.

It's here kids!
Honestly, the scent is not what I expected from the notes list at all, and it's mostly because, when applied to skin, the top notes fade away completely in about five minutes or so. However, the citrus and bergamot do give it an initial freshness that does linger longer when it's not warm (sprayed on card-- I tried both). So, tl;dr, if you're giving this a pass because you don't like bergamot? It's not really an issue here.
The Fun (tm) begins when you've had it on your skin for a bit. The middle notes (jasmine and rose) have a pretty heady bloom that, for lack of a better word, swells. It actually mingles in a way so reminiscent of lilies I had to check the scent notes again.
Considering how Yakumo is cold-blooded, how lovely it is that when he warms it blossoms into a powdery floral with a bright musk! It has a whisper of classic old lady with a woodsy, amber adjacent undertone; and when you consider Yakumo being raised by his grandparents, it's a nice thought that it would echo in what it transforms into when it warms.
When the floral recedes the white wood is what settles in; I would call this a femme-leaning unisex scent as a result, but I guess the takeaway here is if you don't like white florals this probably isn't for you.
Of course, everyone's body chemistry is different, and what smells good on me may not do the same for you. I would say that if you're the type that earthy, cocoa, spicy type scents generally work for, your chemistry may clash with the undertones of this (as that's the profile that doesn't work for me at all).
The nitty-gritty is, this is a mid-range perfume price-wise and acts like one. There's no greasy feel against the skin like a cheaper perfume tends to have, which is what one hopes for in the $40 range. However, the longevity is only about four to six hours rather than the eight to twelve you would want from a $60 perfume (which, coincidentally, is the range of what I usually wear).
The packaging is nice, the box is well constructed; part of me wishes the cap was glass like the bottle is, but it still holds securely and the glass of the bottle itself is pretty hefty.
I also got a free photocard of Homecoming Yakumo; apparently if you go to the shop in person and say you're posting to social media, they'll give you a group one too!
But Kiku, do you like it, you ask?
I do, actually. It's clear they actually thought about Yakumo; this isn't just a "this is popular, slap their faces on a box and make shit up" type of production from my albeit limited experience. For the money, I think it's worth it just as a perfume--I would be hesitant to pay more than $50, though, since there are absolutely scents with more longevity than this.
That said, I would love to get some of the others to try them now! Even if just to see if they invoke the other characters in the way this one does.
I'll wear it again, and I do like the box design. Would I buy it again? I'll have to spend more time with it, I think.

Who are you?
Hi! I'm Flaky, a hobby artist that likes to buy merch of my favorite characters (mostly from Danganronpa and Persona 4/5). Nice to meet you if we haven't already interacted! :J
What's this post about?
There's a new piece of Danganronpa merchandise available for pre-order on AmiAmi - Key of Love keychains!
You can buy a single keychain at random for 1,210 JPY or the complete set of 16 for 19,360 JPY. Buying an entire set gives you 1 random photo card as a bonus.
I preordered 3 full sets (THH, SDR2, and V3) to collect my favorite characters and will be left with 39 extra characters. Because of that, I put together a box split/sales post in the hopes of getting rid of the extra!
I'm charging $8 USD for each keychain + shipping ($6) and taking payments via PayPal and Venmo. Photo cards will also be available for reservation (keep reading for more info).
When...
...do the keychains come out?
Preorders are expected to release/ship out sometime in February 2024. I'll start sorting/packing when they get to me.
...do we have to pay for our claims?

I'm located in the US so I'll only be selling/shipping domestically. :0 I don't know how much shipping to other countries would cost and it makes me a bit nervous to deal with that so I'd rather not attempt anything. I'm sorry.
Why are you doing this? (And why should I trust you?)
I think it's a pretty good deal for everyone! You get the exact keychain you want for a decent price, you help me (not really) break even, and I don't have to own 48 keychains. Hunting for merch can be difficult/pricey, plus I've always wanted to organize a box split. I'm pretty much selling these at a loss but I think it's worth it even if just one person gets what they want! If these don't sell here or on Mercari I'm most likely gonna pass them out for free at our local anime convention next year.
As for trusting me - I understand if you don't or are nervous. I really am just some dude on the internet. All I can say is that I have good standing as a seller on eBay and Mercari, am very serious about handling other peoples money, and that your information (emails, names, address, regular things I'd need in order to send stuff to you) is 100% safe with me. :] 👍

Okay so you've made it this far -
How does this work?
Well! This is my first time doing this so the main post is mostly based off of how shsl-box-split runs their splits (+ throw a bit of Harpys_ on IG in there too). They're both incredibly wonderful and friendly so I highly suggest checking them out!
I am one person doing this alone so please be patient with me during this process. Basically, it'll go something like this:
Decide on what keychain(s) you want + what photo cards you'd like to try for.
Send me an ask containing which characters you want (I will not post your message, it's just to help me see who claimed what first!) as well as your preferred payment method (Paypal or Venmo). Claims are first come, first served.
I'll DM you to confirm your claims, total, and send either a link to my Paypal or my Venmo username. Please do not claim keychains if you cannot immediately pay for them.
After payment is received, I will update the split post with your username and log down relevant information into a separate spreadsheet. At this time you are free to send me your shipping address (recommended) or wait to send it at a later time.
We time travel wait for the February 2024 release date!
Shortly after the keychains get to me in February, I will begin sorting and packing. Before sending anything out, I will message you one last time to confirm that your claims and address are correct (or ask for your address if you haven't already sent it).
I send off your package using USPS! It arrives at your mailbox! Boom, transaction complete! :D
About photo cards...
Each set comes with one random photo card. Every character will have 3 slots and you are allowed to reserve one photo card for every keychain purchased. Reserving a photo card does not guarantee that you will receive one.
Some examples:
You buy one 1 keychain and reserve a Hajime photo card - if any of the sets come with Hajime, he's yours!
You're the last (third) person to reserve Hajime's photo card. You will only get him if - by some miracle - all three bonus cards are revealed to be Hajime.
You claim Hajime, but the photo cards are of Makoto, Kaede, and Shuichi. You will not receive a photo card with your order.
Your best bet is to reserve characters that don't already have reservations or to reserve different characters (if purchasing multiple keychains). I don't think there'll be duplicates, but for the sake of covering all bases, 15 slots are available for reserving photo cards.
This split will be open until the sets arrive at my door. If you need to pull out of the split, please, do not contact/start a dispute with Paypal or Venmo. Let me know what's up and I will send back your money. No shame, no judgement.
If for whatever reason my preorder is cancelled, something comes in damaged, etc. I will send out an explanation message + offer refunds to those affected. I do not give out refunds if your package has already been shipped.

Recommendations on worthwhile copia merch? I feel like the merch situation has become so over saturated and less quality so it's hard to find good stuff of the ratman
youre right, some of the merch downright sucks. im still not over that 70 dollar lava lamp. i have a huge issue with how many products use mock ups and concepts rather than actual pictures of the merch, ive seen the products be completly different when they do that, the valentines day tank top, for example. ive also seen a lot of complaints about the quality too, shirts mostly. luckily i havent had any issues with my stuff but ive also steered clear of the questionable and wash my shirts inside out.
for me, nothing beats the plushies. i have both cardinal and papa plushies and theyre high quality. both are well made and firm and great to snuggle. theyre the cutest little things and i love them immensely. i dress them up and buy them accessories.
the bat wing hoodie is also nice, expensive, but nice. overpriced but so are all of their hoodies. i got mine at the show i went to. the wings dont really get in the way in my opinion and the hoodie itself is very thick and warm which was good because i got rained on and it was fucking cold. i was very happy to match copia and his little bat wings though.
i frequently use the robe blanket, i have both the blue and black ones, but still have the blue one in the package, i keep the black one on the couch and need to find a place for the blue one. anyways, its a blanket, its fuzzy, itll save you from a slight chill. has a hood too which is slightly strange but whatever.
the shapeshifter bags at post mortem are good, though they dont work as backpacks for me. the designs are separate pieces they call faceplates and those snap on and off the actual bag so you can switch them out with many different designs, not just ghost. i use mine specifically to carry cardi when i take him places.
on the cheaper end of things theres the funko pop. not everyones taste but i think it came out pretty good for a simple little ugly plastic thing. sounds really bad to say that though but they havent come out with any actual copia figures so thats what we have. maybe eventually hell get one of the super7 figures...
theres also the guitar pick necklace at hot topic on the cheaper end. not the highest quality so probably not fitting for the list, its about what youd expect from a hot topic necklace... but i wear mine almost everyday and think its super cute and love to keep him close to my heart. hasnt broken yet and i always figure you can replace the chain.
and currently im waiting on the knucklebonz statue i preordered to ship. i got the black robe one and heard they should be shipping soon. I hope that one is good quality, the cardinal statues look very nice, would love to get my hands on one of those ones if the quality is good. im a little skeptical on if the final sculpt will really capture his features. its a bit of a peeve of mine when he doesnt look exactly like himself, ive skipped out on some shirts because he doesnt look quite right and it bothers me.
yeah, thats all i can think of right now. most of the stuff is priced by crackheads so i try to take advantage of sales. also dont be afraid to browse artist/photographer stuff, they sell prints and stickers and keychains and pins. jonny bush is a great artist, hes done tons of official designs for ghost and sometimes sells prints. he also has a patreon if you want to see some nicely illustrated ghost porn.

slime goods product review #4 - slime yurayura glass cup
i went out of my way to buy blueberry lemonade for this review because i wanted to emphasise how goopy this friend is. i don’t have anywhere near as much to say about this cup as the other things but oh my god it wiggles!!!! i somehow missed that in the listing (yurayura means swaying/wiggling) but the cup is rounded, so (while stable enough to not be knocked over super easily, as seen in the gifs) it can wobble like Real Slime. Wow.
The decal on the cup IS the kind that will probably rub off over time and use, but I do really like that it’s the same from behind/the inside as it is outside! Often decals like this will be white on the back but this gives the impression of a proper see through slime! what a good friend
There’s a little square enix copyright and made in japan text at the bottom, which i worried might be distracting at first but it isn’t! i mostly included this picture because i think the slimes face looks silly
One thing that might be considered a downside with this cup is that the rounded base means it can be wonky even with liquid in it, because of the way it’s weighted. i personally dont mind it but i know it might bother some people! it’s also a bit small (80mm or 3.1 inches tall) but weirdly i think it would make a good wine glass..? something for me to test!
price wise the cup isn’t anything ridiculous! i got mine on sale at amiami, but the original list price is 1100JPY or about 7.50USD not including any shipping. (amiami always packages their stuff safely, and i’ve yet to have any issues with things arriving damaged). overall a good little friend who reminds me to drink more often, and a nice, simple piece of merch that’s got good function as well :) 7/10 slimes

Some body image/self esteem rambling under the cut, and some stuff about clothes...
I don’t know if it’s the summer, or the trauma book I’ve been reading, but my brain is currently working hard on body image. It’s strange to think about it outside ED rehabilitation… that’s the framework I know from before. But I have never really made any proper progress on that front. I have been focused on hating my body, especially the way it looks. It’s very easy to hate a fat body. You are more or less expected to hate it, really. No amount of friends telling you that you should just not care about what is expected is going to help, because the subtle and not-so-subtle reminders of how wrong you are? They are everywhere.
So, I have had some hard rules about the way I dress. One rule is the length of my dresses. Just above knee is the limit - if it’s shorter than that, I can’t wear it. My upper arms? Too fat. Sleeveless tops and dresses without a jacket or a cardigan are a hard no. These are the biggest rules I have. I have sometimes worn a shorter dress with thick stockings/leggings, but I have always felt uncomfortable.
Until I wore this dress.
Initially I was a bit unsure about this. It’s rather fitted. It’s too short by my rules (I know you can’t tell in this pic, but it is). By rights I should have felt incredibly wrong while out and about in it. I didn’t wear stockings, just a pair of those short biker shorts that you wear to stop thigh chafing. I did wear a cardigan, but that’s not relevant here. I was out and about most of the day, even in places where there were quite a few people, of all ages. These things all make me nervous no matter what I wear, at least usually.
But this time, a miracle happened. I remember walking outside, enjoying myself, even thinking I looked good or at least alright. I was not worried about people laughing at me, at my fatness. This NEVER HAPPENS. I can’t remember feeling that way in a long, long time. Clearly this dress is magical! I felt good in my skin, and was able to focus on what I was doing, and not how I was looking. I was stunned.
It happened again another day, with another dress that was also short. It’s like I’m under some spell. Because yet another day, I wore jeans and a hoodie (my usual clothing) and walked to pick up a package. I was cold sweating and out of breath with anxiety the whole way there and back. I thought those were my safe clothes? I don’t know anymore. Maybe I should wear more dresses - maybe they are my safe clothes instead.
I’ve been buying a lot of clothes and shoes during the past few weeks. I think I’m reinventing my style again or something. It’s traditionally not easy to find nice plus size clothes, but honestly in many ways it’s gotten easier. You can order so many brands online, you’re bound to find something if you look properly. But still, a lot of it is dark, shapeless, and boring. Nice prints are often reserved for the so called ”normal” sizes. And tailoring, what’s that? Of course I mostly shop fast fashion, and tailoring is really quite rare in any size category. It would be so cool to go to a tailor and get a piece of clothing done to measure, but it’s not in my price range… Still, I’ve made some good purchases, I think. My friends (you know who you are) must be sick of my constant fashion show by now. I feel like I’m always looking for reassurance - I want to hear that I’m good enough, and I can choose clothes that fit me. I really do love clothes, even though my normal clothing doesn’t really show it. Maybe something to work on.
As far as my upper arms go - no progress made on that front. They are still too fat and wobbly to see the light of day. Maybe that’s my next goal…

Laser hair removal experience as a non-binary trans man on T
I started laser hair removal in February of 2021.
At the time I was 5.5yrs on t. Could easily grow a full thick beard, but never did. My hair grows fast so 5 o'clock shadow was very real.
First laser session:
I bought a package of 6 sessions for $500. That is the base price without any groupon deals or sale.
The session lasted about 7-10 minutes. The laser technician was super nice. Gave me silicone boobs to squeeze bc of the pain.
I don't have the best pain tolerance. It was very painful for me. I had to stop every 2 zaps. The max I went was 3.
People often say it feels like a rubber band snap, yea that's pretty accurate. It's like that if it was several rubber bands pulled back as far as they'd go. It's a very sharp pain, but it's a short lasting one.
Post first session
My face was super red, but that's to be expected. The scare came in the evening though (i did the session at 10am).
My face was still red, but a slightly darker red, and started getting A LOT of whitehead acne everywhere. It looked honestly horrifying. I called the laser place and they said that it's not uncommon to have such side effects and that it'll go away in a week.
During that time I couldn't really shave bc of the irritation. So it was definitely a shitty time.
It DID go away though. Every day it got significantly better until after about 5 days things went back to normal. It was like it never happened.
Hair started falling out after 10 days, took about 3 days for all the hair to fall out. Let me tell you, it's the most satisfying thing omg. Made the side effects worth it.
Most of it fell out while I was shaving. Or sometimes I'd just touch my face and it would get rubbed out.
Sessions 2-6
So the following sessions were all vaguely similar:
- 5-7 minutes of pain
- look like shit for 5 days
- momentary satisfaction in having
the smoothest face ever
- next wave of hair starts growing a few days after the hair stops falling out.
Every round of laser got easier as there was less hair to zap. There was some variation, session 4 was rougher than session 3, idk why. Overall though the sessions got faster and less painful. The nasty side effects lessened by a lot too.
I would say about 20% of hair was removed every session, but that's a very loose statement. It varied quite a bit. Anyway, after the 6th session about 70% was gone. What remained was small patches here and there. Mostly on my chin/mustache area and the sides.
Session no.7
The most recent session. About a year after session 6. I couldn't buy another package due to money.
The pain wasn't that bad. It was way less than what I thought it would be.
The redness faded away almost immediately. I did get some acne, but it's barely visible. I look like usual. The only thing is that my face is a bit itchy, but nothing I can't ignore.
It's only the day after right now so idk how much hair will come out this time.
Laser as a trans person
I can't speak about other places, but the place I went to was pretty trans friendly. At first they thought I was cis, or at least I assume so. Later on though bc of my medical history they realized I'm trans and were chill about it.
At some point I had a convo about society and gender with the person doing my laser as I was getting zapped.
Final thoughts
While it's expensive and can cause shitty, though temporary, side effects, laser does it's job. It takes a long time, but the effects do come. I would consider it worth it even though I haven't finished. I have significantly less hair and honestly my skin is better.
I think that if you're someone who is on the fence of maybe going on t, but worried about facial hair this *could* be a solution. Or if you're on T and it's bothering you, it's an option. It's expensive and not easy, but it's something. I'm not saying it's THE option/solution, but something to consider.
I will say that laser is NOT permanent. It reduces hair, but it has limits. Electrolysis is permanent, but more painful and slower. Laser removes the vast majority of hair given enough sessions. However you do have to go back once a year or two for maintenance. So proceed with caution I guess.

lynnwood city council just approved to demolish the local goodwill to put a park in
of fucking course bc they want a nice park to go with their light rail (which demolished local wetlands) and their infestation of mega apartment complexs
i cant afford to live here literally
i cant be here when my grandma dies we have to move before then
bc my uncle doesnt want me to live with him and i dont want that either
idk what to do
thats where i get my clothes its literally walking distance (if youre not disabled ofc)
this has been happening for years but its just like getting rid of the goodwill which is nearly the center of all the run down cheapo appartments (even mine which price is too expensive for what its worth) where people shop
its like they are going to tare down the complex im in its just a matter of time before they fucking evict us so thry can demolish the place
it cant even keep a manager for a few months bc they see that theres people breaking into the mailboxes and trash everywhere and infestations and flooding
its been 21 days since ive asked them to check this ceiling leak with bubbled paint (which i opened to dry out, its not a problem rn but still not good)
i dont even think there is management at this fucking point
the pool is never clean we are forced to pay extra for package deliveries for some reason
we cant have air conditioners even though its a health hazard
it sucks bc we are literally across the street from the park & ride (buses), and a Fred Meyer pretty much walkable distance (for even me a Disabled, save for the slight incline) from where i live, and the library across the street from thr grocery store
it was already madning them demolishing the 7/11 across the street because it was a great place for houseless people to sit and be away from the elements since there was a little alleyway with cover
and all this has displaced people, especially those without shelter, and so unfortunately crime has gone up. theft mostly. but break ins. because theres no place where they can be thats visible which is a way they were able to get money.
and youre going to get rid of a place that has affordable clothing? affordable socks and shoes?
all these mega apartment buildings that you know wouldnt let a homeless person even walk across their front

I need to focus on the nice parts of today. We raised over $1000 for James. I loved my outfit and my hair. I got to spend time with the love of my life and walk around Johns Hopkins campus and it was very pretty. But I was just. So incredibly tired. I was not having the best time.
But I tried. I tried so hard!! I just didn't sleep great. And woke up later then I wanted. And when I woke up I was so happy to see James. But I felt so sad. For no good reason. I just felt bad. I felt like I had wasted the whole morning and wasted James's time. And they were like. No. They literally were doing their own thing all morning. But I still felt bad.
I got dressed and felt very cute. This is a very good outfit. And we would head out soon after I was dressed to go to the spring fair.
It was a little cooler then expected. I mostly wanted to see what people were selling at the art market but only a few tables were set up today. We would get food and sit on a bench and people watch. I enjoyed seeing flowers and plants and the old buildings. The falafel James got me was very good and I very much enjoyed the lemonade. I also liked the cup it came in.
We would walk around a bit but I felt really low. And we decided to head out of there and go do our next thing.
Sitting in the car for a while helped me feel a little better. I think the food helped too. But I was still sort of walking in a fog. My allergies were bad. I was just in a weird place.
We went to Ulta and James got some pretty new nail polishes. And I got summer lotions. One for nighttime that is soothing and one for the day that I can mix sunscreen in. I got the body shop body butter like I normally do for the summer. It is just the best. I got the satsuma scent and it is very nice. I like the new packaging a lot too.
We would go to old navy next to use the old navy cash back coupon me and Jess earned. This was specifically to get James shorts and summer tops. But it did not go super well. James was having a lot of image issues and didn't like a lot of things. And honestly the selection wasn't as good as it was when we were here the other week.
I did end up picking up a dress I had tried on last time but didn't want to pay full price for. And it was more then half off this time around so I was really pleased about that. It was a little upsetting to see my body, my skin, in the dressing room lights though. And it's hard because like I don't actually care how it looks. Like I think it looks like I'm a burn victim or that I have rubella. But also like. This is my body. I am more concerned about grossing other people out. I don't want people to think im contagious and gross. And like I don't want to be hurting. I hope my new prescriptions come soon.
James got a few shirts and shorts and they were kind of down but they just kept saying they were wasting my time. Which is very silly. Because I love them and just want them to feel their best.
We would save over $120 though between the coupon and sales and clearence. So that was exciting. But we were both ready to go home.
I was still very very tired. We got back here and I changed into a sweatshirt and got in bed pretty quick. I felt very bad about this. But I knew it wasn't worth fighting it anymore.
James came and held me for a bit. And eventually I fell asleep.
I woke up after 4 and felt bad still. But not as exhausted. Just a little woozy and so James made me a peanut butter and jelly which helped. And I got up and did all my knitting for the day.
It's the first of the month so I had to do the two lines of black and today's color. I was a little woozy still so it took me a while to get it done but I am really happy with the progress. A quarter of the way done? Almost half?? I am not good at fractions.
James made me breakfast for dinner. And I laid on the couch. Eventually I would take a bath and wash my hair. Use my new night lotion. And now I am cozy in bed.
I am at the nursery all day tomorrow. I wish it wasn't 930 to 530, as I prefer the days that end at 4. But it's okay. It will be a fun day still. And hopefully I will not be so sleepy.
