shizuo heiwajima reference on my street. my unemployed neighbor somehow managed to transport two full-size wooden telephone poles from who knows where into our neighbor and left them on the side of the road. he also has a stop/slow traffic sign presumably taken from a road construction site in his yard. how is he getting these things and what does he plan to do with them.
