“ A PAINTING FOR YOU!! ” — chishiya x artist!reader

where chishiyas s/o is an artist who likes to take painting commissions, except this time valentine’s day is getting closer and they want to make a special gift just for chishiya.

TYSM FOR REQUESTING,, I had this idea to add on to the request hopefully you don’t mind<3 but I hope it is to your liking!! ,, ps there’s most likely spelling and grammar mistakes so anything I missed, feel free to correct me 💕 also so sorry for writing this 4 days after valentines😭 ,, also,, mentions of wife and husband..

it was currently 10 pm, saturday february 11. three full days before valentine’s day, yet you were still busy finishing up your commissions instead of planning something special for your boyfriend. the thought of making something for him this year crossed your mind as you were scrolling through Instagram looking through your feed. it wasn’t a bad idea at all actually. surely chishiya would appreciate a gift.

you were a painter who made portraits and other paintings for people, chishiya admired this. he always wondered how you were so patient yet fast when handling your art. truly a unique talent, even for him to admit. you had actually tried to teach chishiya how to sketch and make a good painting, the basics. not once did it work out. he may be a fast learner but sticking to the med field instead of art would be better.

still, you always kept his painting attempts most of the time. point is, valentine’s day was approaching rather quickly and this year you wanted to use your talent to good use. it had to be something meaningful yet pretty, something he would love to admire. this was your second year as a couple celebrating the 14th together. you had thought of other things to possibly gift the half blond but chishiya was never the materialistic type so choosing something for him was rather difficult.

so that’s when the idea of a painting came in, i mean you could easily finish a canvas in three days, right? the moment you realized what you wanted to do you got up from your bed and immediately started to sketch out your idea. you only had three days to finish the painting, thank god chishiya didnt live with you, otherwise the gift would’ve been a big fail right from the start.

after about an hour of narrowing down your ideas, you went for the safer option, your favorite date spot. it was more of a rough sketch idea since you weren’t fully sure when you first started, finishing the sketch would probably take all night but you were willing to take that risk. of course you would be closing and pausing your commissions just until the 15th so you could focus on the main thing.

obviously the colors would be a pain to find so mixing and combining the ones you had at home were the safer option. greys, whites, some really pigmented and bright ones others pretty dark.. yet it was a good palette. it all looked good together when you tested it on a small scaled canvas. it was now 7 am, frebruary 12th, took all night to finish, but at least the picture itself was done.. good news!!

although the bad news on the other hand,, chishiya would be arriving at your doorstep any moment now. he would always make sure to see you before a shift of his at the hospital, which was quite early. you had to put a cover over the canvas and securely lock your art room beforehand. it was screaming suspicion but who cares, not like you killed anyone. though the idea of chishiya finding out his gift wasn’t pleasant so before he arrived you tried to look natural which wouldn’t be easy with the evident dark circles under your eyes that made it obvious you hadn’t slept an inch.

right after you walked back to the kitchen the sound of keys trying to unlock the door were heard. normally you would be happy yet sleepy of his presence right before going to work. this time you were nervous and still sleepy, he figures things out way too quickly specially when you act suspicious, he can read a person too well. you heard him go upstairs, thankfully not where your art room is at. confused you waited for him to come back downstairs, “there you are, I thought you were still be in bed” chishiya made his way to the counter. on sundays you stayed in bed until he arrived and woke you up to eat breakfast.

“I woke up a tad bit earlier today” you turned to him with two mugs filled with hot water. “morning chishi” you smiled at him trying to shake off the nervousness. he looked up at you and his eyes immediately landed on the dark circles right beneath yours. “did you not sleep well?” he frowned. “ah, this? I was finishing up some commissions last night that I completely forgot to sleep haha..” he raised a brow at you with clear confusion, but questioned no further.

to anyone, you staying up finishing any art project of yours would be normal, to him it’s was very,, weird. chishiya knew you all too well, you would never and when I say never it’s because clearly, never have you stayed all up all night trying to finish a canvas. still he didn’t mention a single word of this, “you should’ve told me, you could be sleeping right now instead of having breakfast with me” it was your time to frown, “but I wouldn’t have seen you today, anyway it doesn’t bother me I purely run on coffee” you said proudly.

“you’re stupid” he sighted, though truth is he was glad he got to see you before work, long hours at the hospital were exhausting specially when he didn’t get to see you all day. he would never admit to that though. “make sure to sleep after, it’s not healthy not getting any sleep, you could get sick” there he goes again scolding you about your health, it’s almost as if he was your husband and you his wife. “i know, i know, don’t worry i will” you weren’t..

he left soon after you packed his lunch, which was rather silly. everytime you thought about it, it would be almost as if you were a married couple. with a quick kiss and hug he exited your house and walked to his destination.

right after he left you grabbed your keys and unlocked your art room again ready to continue. he would scold you later when he finds out you went straight to your project rather than sleeping. but that would be a worry for later. sadly he wouldn’t be back until tomorrow when he finished his shift.. at least it would give you more time to work rather than having to hide your painting.

at some point you decided to stop and actually take a small nap, anyway you were half done and it was 1 am, february 13th. once again you put a cover over the canvas and locked the door before walking up to your room and finally sleeping. yet that didn’t exactly do much for your eye bags.

“you didn’t sleep again?” he sounded tired and sleepy the very next morning he arrived from the hospital “you haven’t slept either chishi” whenever he arrived at your doorstep tired from his long hour shifts you would grow worried for his health. “let’s get you to bed” you grabbed his hand as he followed. it was a pretty normal routine by now. he would sleep at your house while you either stayed right beside him or went out to buy groceries. this time you would have to go back down and finally finish the project. which was very risky considering he was there.

he immediately knocked out after he felt himself laying down, you giggled at his sight as you went back downstairs. you made sure to lock your art room before starting so he wouldn’t accidentally walk in on you making his gift. after many hours later the painting was finally done and you could get a good rest right next to your boyfriend.

finally the 14th of february arrived, you were excited to show him his present that you worked hard on. hoping that he would like it even more, you took him to the exact same spot that was painted into the canvas. a picnic date to be exact. you were both clearly still in need of sleep but that business would be for later after your date.

he had a bag and some flowers in hand when he arrived, he was wearing the white hoodie you got him last year with a white shirt underneath and sweatpants.. typical of him. the canvas was right beside the basket of food you brought but that would be opened after you were done eating.

some small typical talk later you both finished your food “thankfully you had today off, you seriously needed a break” you were picking up and trashing the items you no longer used. now, it was the time for gifts , much to his dismay. chishiya was never good with words so he always just handed you your gift straightforward “here” he grabbed the bag by his side and gave it to you. it was a necklace with both of your initials although the s stood out more.

you let out a grin “thank you shuntaro”, surprisingly he didn’t buy you a ring, (he was about to).. actually even more surprising, he got you jewelry. you asked him to clip the necklace from behind your neck. it was a pretty necklace needless to say. he also handed you a letter but he advised you to open it later when he wasn’t in your presence anymore.

now it was your turn to give him his gift. you let out a deep breath and grabbed the boxed canvas behind you. “i wanted to gift you something special this year, so hopefully you like this” you hand him the painting.

he slowly unwraps the tie and opens the box, for a second you see his eyes widen as he stares at the content inside, slowly they soften and he smirks “so this is what you were hiding” you look up at him shocked “YOU KNEW?!?” you couldn’t believe such a moment was ruined by him telling you he already knew.

“it was pretty obvious dumbass” you sighted in defeat “at least you didn’t know what the painting contained..” you smiled softly “do you like it?” you looked up at him, his eyes to be exact. he only hums and smiles at your words, you feel all the nervousness lift from your shoulders.

you launched yourself at him with joy as he falls back on the grass. his hands travel to your waist as he hugs you. truth to be told you loved these moments were chishiya showed just how much he actually enjoys being with you without him having to actually say it.

your hands land on both of his cheeks, a small kiss to his forehead. “i’m glad you liked it, let’s have more years together okay?” you smile at him. chishiya could only chuckle at your words yet agree, he looked forward to spending many more years to come with you and truly, only you.

Christmas Day with the boys + Craig and Tweek🎄🎄🎄🎁🎁🎁🎁🎅🎅

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!🥳🥳🥳

If you don't celebrate it, that's alright then. But also happy Hanukkah (for the people who are Jewish)

The second you woke up out of your bed and checked your calendar, you were excited to see that it was Christmas Day.

You ran out of your room after putting on your (favorite color Christmas) outfit. And went to the phone to call your boyfriends letting them know it's Christmas day!

"Guys! It's Christmas day!!"

"Merry Christmas (nickname), we'll be over there in a min :3"

"Merry Christmas (Name), but are you sure we should bring Kahl since he doesn't celebrate Christmas because he's Jewish?"

"Shut the Fuck up fatass!"

*muffles* (It's Christmas day, but I didn't manage to get you a present...I could only afford to get my little sister one...)

"Oh! That's alright Kenny, don't have to get me a present, we can just celebrate Christmas together. You can bring your sister along!"

You hung up the phone and knew that they would be over quickly then just a min.

You used this time wisely and planted all of their gifts under the Christmas tree, while your mom was preparing Christmas treats for you and the boys.

When everything was completely you heard a knock on your door and opened it up to see your 4 lovable boyfriends and Karen standing there with gifts in their hands with a sweet smile on their faces.

"Merry Christmas (Name)!" They all sang at the same time making you flustered.

You allowed them to come inside and went to place their presents for you under the tree. But Karen wanted to hand you your present early.

"It's a thank you gift for always being so nice to me and my big brother Kenny, it really means a lot to both of us.." You pulled Karen into a hug and she hugged back.

Bro Kenny wanted to cry at this adorable moment between you and his sister. 🥹

"Don't worry about me, I already talked to my parents and they allowed me to come over and celebrate Christmas with you ONLY even though I'm jewish"

"Hehe alright then, let's get this party started then!"

Bro, you're so damn lucky you get to spend the great holiday with the boys. They have spent Christmas a lot of times by themselves or with their family. But this time they wanna spend it all day long with you.

Gathering around the Christmas tree and singing the Holiday song like it's a ritual, but Kyle just listened to all of you singing it though. You don't mind that because it is understandable and obvious.

Eating the snacks that your mom has made, they immediately all want another! The snacks tasted so good! By the time you finished yours the other ones are already gone 🥲

And finally, opening presents. Your place is going to be kinda a mess with all of the present wrappers around the floor. But everyone cleans it up after tearing off the paper.

All of the presents the boys and Karen gave you each contained (the item that you always wanted) inside of the box, and you got them theirs and they were really grateful to you for that.

And last but not least, the sleepover and watching a Christmas movie. You put on your (favorite movie) on the TV and everyone immediately stopped what they were doing and joined you on watching the movie.

It took them a few hours to sleep because they wanted to stay up and watch it longer with you.

You obviously cuddled with the boys on your bed, because there's not a lot of room on the couch. Kenny had one arm wrapped around Karen while the other was wrapped around you in the cuddle pile.

When it was time for them to go home, you got a goodbye kiss from each and every one of them. You gave Karen a kiss on the forehead and a hug before she left as well.

Spending Christmas with these 2 sweethearts is clearly heaven for you😭😭🥹

You made sure everything on your schedule was cleared so you wouldn't have any plans going on at the moment, this is a special day for you and your boyfriends.

This time you went a little overboard with prepping everything for this holiday, you literally had a bouncy house in your backyard 😳

The time Craig and Tweek arrived at your house, was the time for Christmas to start. No questions.

You did notice that Tweek didn't seem to be anxious at the moment, but you didn't question him about that. He didn't want to be anxious on Christmas since it was with you.

Craig having his usual everyday expression, but you know deep down that he has a big smile on his face ready to start celebrating Christmas with you.

All 3 of you guys wore matching Christmas couple outfits for the time being.

Eating snacks. Eating snacks with them was normal as eating any other kinds of food. They didn't make a mess, they didn't ask for another, and they happily cleaned up their mess if they did.

Christmas games. Bro they didn't expect you to have games laying around, you really went overboard with prepping everything 😂😊🥹 they still enjoyed playing the games with you though, and they ABSOLUTELY loved playing inside the bouncy house! They stayed in there for like 3 hours 🤯🤯🤯

Opening presents. They got you a bunch of gifts tbh 😳 you obviously got them a bunch back in return. Opening presents this time isn't messy since you guys were opening them over a wrapper bin.

Cuddling sessions. You're literally stuck in their embrace for a longggggg time. They ain't letting you go anytime soon, you're their little/big sweet teddy bear (Depending on your height)

Sleep time. They're also staying over for the night to sleep with you until Christmas is over. Enjoy this time sleeping with them specially.😊😊🥹🥹

Same as the boys, you also get goodbye kisses and hugs from Craig and Tweek. But this time they promised to come back later.💛💛💙💙

Hi Storm! I just want to ask a question.

I remember watching an episode from ITS season 1 where JK is taking an afternoon nap in his room in the boat house and he was hugging something- like a shirt similar to that of the sleep shirt that JM was wearing on the first night but I forgot which episode 😭.

Is it real or my eyes are just simply deceiving me and has fallen waaaayyy to deep in the rabbit hole and clownery? 😅😂🤡🤡🤡

Not you opening up this can of worms! 😅🤣 Basically what happened here was that I'm Episode 8 of ITS1, JK took a nap. And while he was napping, it was noted that he was sleeping on top of a Grey shirt

Even when he moved around and then Tae comes to cuddle him, the shirt stays underneath him from the little we can see. Bonus gif of TaeKook cuddles 🥺

We see the shirt underneath him again after he wakes up and sits up. (Aside comment to appreciate how far we've come from blurring out Kookies entire arm to proudly showing off all the tats)

And then he sits up and puts on a Jacket since he existed basically in long sleeves for this show. And the jacket is the one we see halfway on the floor in the above gif and not the shirt he had been sleeping on top of

People speculated that it was Jimins shirt because Jimin wore a long sleeve plain Grey shirt to bed and during the day a bit on Episode 3 and 4 earlier

Now, listen. The editing is a MESS during these ITS shows. The timelines are all over the place. I get it. But this was way too much. There is absolutely ZERO indication that the shirt belonged to jimin. You can't even really see it clearly. It's all crumpled up and shoved half under JK the whole time. And it's not like Jimin was the only person to wear/pack a Grey shirt on this trip 😅

Plus, who knows if under any of those jackets he had been wearing through the show that we just didn't see and one ended up not getting put away and sitting on the bed after he changed at some point. Or if he had any grey shirts packed in his suitcase, i DO see what looks like some Grey colors among all the black in that open suitcase on occasion lol

So yeah, this was, in my opinion, jikookers doing too much and linking things that.... have no actually proof as a link. Lol but that's just me. There was no indication that the shirt was Jimin's. We don't know whose it was, or even just his own. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So I really wouldn't think too much about it, but you should form your own opinions over the shirt thing too lol. You are all free to agree/disagree as you choose! Thanks for the ask. Hope this was helpful!!

Hello! I Love your maxis Match vanilla look you got and i was wondering if you have any interior tips for sims 3?? I Find it so hard to decorate and stuff with just the things that are already in game and with the color wheel! thx, also Jackie is cute!

Hi!! Wow, I'm super stunned you're asking me because I don't think I'm good at interiors at all 😭 But since you took the time to type out this ask, I will take the time to give you pointers on what helps me (under the cut)

1. Look around really well in the build/buy catalogue! At times I feel like my eyes are going to pop out from how much I squint at my screen, trying to figure out what's what BUT I find items I've overlooked before. Even with just a few packs installed (I have Base Game, World Adventures, Ambitions + High End Loft Stuff currently). If you still feel like something is missing still, go ahead and download custom content, it's okay. I have some in my game too, mostly from this site.

2. Download custom patterns if you feel like you're tired of the patterns in game. There are many on the web and to me they fit with the game (well, most of them, at least!)

3. When I'm really stuck (like at the moment) I look around on Pinterest. I usually have a certain color scheme/color in mind and just type in something like "yellow interior" or if there is a certain style/time period I think could work "yellow country interior". And it's super helpful that once you click on a picture you like, it recommends ones that are similar to it so you can pick and choose!

4. Carl's Sims 3 Guide has this cool article which gives tips and ideas on how to furnish a home. I use this site all the time, btw, to look things up I don't understand/don't know how to do. There's one for the Sims 4 too. Props to Carl and all the people who've worked on these sites, they're amazing!

5. If you feel like nothing is working out, you get stressed and it takes away from your enjoyment, take a step back. It's not worth that much to stress you out! This is what I did recently too. I took a few days off from playing, didn't even think about it then came back to it later re-charged, inspired, ready to get to it AND I did finish the first floor of that house I'm struggling with yesterday 😊 I tend to strive for "perfection", putting in a lot of effort to reach a "standard" I think I should be able to reach... but then I go overboard and realize, whoa, it's really not that deep, I shouldn't fuss over it so much and take that step back 😂 I don't know if the same goes for you but I wanted to give you this example.

Most of you know I work in a summer camp when it's summer break, and today, during the afternoon daycare (a lot of kids stay after the actual day is done, we look after them but don't really organise any activities), I was walking in the different groups, and I go up to a little guy who's coloring. He is working on a drawing, but there's another one, that he has completed, who just made me lose my fucking mind. (I'll post a pic when I think about it). The thing to color was like a superhero outfit (kinda?) but this kid coloured the entire thing beige, put some chunky grass for the caracter to stand on, gave him a party hat, and a smiley face (like this ':)' smiley face). That's when I lost it, the freaking face! I just thought 'this is the best colouring work I have ever seen'. So I say that to the kids counselor, and she doesn't understand why I'm losing my shit over the drawing that probably took the kid 3 minutes. I asked the kid if I could have it, cause I loved it so much. He hesitated a bit, but gave it to me, and now it's stored in my phone case!

I haven't finished young royals yet (but loving it so far) but all I could think off for a while was if Simon slipped in front of the row team, and kissed whilem of the forehead, but then, played it off like he was making fun of August for doing the same. And you just see the row team boys kissing each other's foreheads as their team greeting now. Cause that's what real highschool boys are like.
