was a bit anxious yesterday evening about going to the doctor today (the appointement was "early" and i'm chronically late and i had 5 questions and i'm not always the most articulate) but i was just in time (came in, sat, took off my jacket, and the doctor opened the door to call me) and as the friend who recommend her to me had said, she was very nice, good listener, had replies and advice to all my questions. it made my day tbh lol

#3615 my life #i don't have problems in general with health workers i was just in a little of a bad funk yesterday #so having this good experience and feeling satisfied I Did Good and walking in the “early” (it was 9:20 sue me it's early in holiday time)#morning is always a feel good time to my brain.#when i went outside i thought 'haha i'm gonna come back and go to sleep'#and when i was walking home i thought 'ok so i could do this and this and oh i want to practice a little'#it ebbs away the more i'm home and in front of my laptop lol but it's here !!#also one thing i have put off to do for years because the first health worker who told me about it was sooo bad at her job #i asked her and was like 'if we do it i NEED to be in control and do myself [this part]' and she was like yes this is totally understandabl #and ok. i will need to supervise because it needs to be done a way but we can do it together and stop if you see you're not feeling well #and as we continue talking i said [x] and she said 'oh ? but then in your case we don't need to do it at all actually.#and i'm rather strict on those things so i wouldn't say you don't need to if i thought there were more than the smallest risk #so uh ! get that. might still do it just in case might not. good news in any case #perks of not wanting to do Some Stuff
