i was gonna complain that stranger things didnt use any heavy metal songs when eddies doing something but then i realised if they had theyd ruin it. sorry for caring about stranger things on main this seasons sound design is just So Bad to me

#on the 8th episode when theyre preparing to do The Thing and that horrible version of the kate bush song is playing with the orchestral hits #and the TreadeMark stranger things synth made me go :////#it isnt epic its just annoying sorry #orchestral hits are my most hated enemy i hate how they sound cus theyre so overused #theres a specific moment where it sounds good but bro. it #it doesnt fit that moment you cant just throw some random thrums and say ''yup this is epic'' when the thing that would have made that scene #actually epic would be the slow string of synth playing building up to a loud humming noise or something i dont know #theyre tense this is a tense moment this is NOT an epic moment dude WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO MAKE IT EPIC #god i just hate the sound design on this season so much. kate bush youre the only thing saving it #txt
