"He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of Faith, the Overseer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him."

"O Allah, help us, for You are the best of those who help. O Allah, open for us, for You are the best of those who open. O Allah, forgive us, for You are the best of those who forgive. O Allah, have mercy on us, for You are the best of those merciful. O Allah, provide for us, for You are the best of providers. O Allah, protect us, for You are the best of those who protect. O Allah, guide us and save us from the oppressive people. Amen, O Lord of the worlds." 🤲🏼

when your heart hurts
pray
go into sujood on your prayer mat and pour your heart out. He is always listening and there is nothing more comforting and relieving than venting everything out to Allah SWT.
understand that it is okay to cry.
read Surah Yusuf/Surah Maryam/Surah Duha. the lesson to take from these are so comforting and a reminder to have sabr as it will always be okay in the end in ways you can't possibly imagine. because He will make it okay.
breathe in, close your eyes and say 'Oh Allah, I trust that only you can take this pain away from my heart' and breathe out.
having sabr and tawakkul does not mean you won't have bad days where it hurts but it is trying your best to continue and leaving the outcome to Allah SWT. it is trusting that He will bring the ease. because He will.
