Con O'neill as Dr. Bob Massey in Inspector Lewis.
This one's a weird one. Original Episode is an hour and a half, and hard to follow/all over the place. They were definitely trying to say something with the episode as a whole, but beyond a general "independent women bad" fuck if I know what their intended message was. It was... not a good episode.
The character has a major Tone-shift at 8:14 from Con as a cute frumpy dad, to the reveal that he is the killer. misogyny, stigmatized and inaccurate portrayal of DID. The plot-twist made no sense. There's a warning between the two sections if you just want to see the first half.
But hey, more tolerable as 13 minutes of Con's good acting than the 1.5 hours worth. And until the twist his character is fairly endearing.

JOAN IS MRS STRANGE!!!!!
Oh my god Morse imagining confessing to Joan broke my heart!!!!
Bright leaving was the first time I cried this evening.
Thursday…. THURSDAY!!!! I burst out into tears when they had the last drink, Morse explained everything, started crying and when Thursday left. He’s in hiding to protect Sam and Morse never mentions him because he can’t.
One of Morse’s last words to Thursday was ‘goodbye sir’ that broke my f*cking heart because THAT IS LEWIS’ LAST WORDS IN INSPECTOR MORSE!!!

Morse was crying, I cried, everything is wrapped up.
The LAST SHOT WITH THE TWO CARS! THE PASSING OF THE TORCH!!!! YOUNG MORSE TO OLD MORSE!!!
I’m going to cry again.
Goodbye Morse.
You’re forever going to be my favourite detective. Goodbye Endeavour.
