to this DAY I am obsessed with the dynamics in this scene. The Thalia v. Percy fight. Them being their fathers' children, giving us just a taste (a preview) of why the big three made an oath to never have any more demigod children. And then you have this interesting distinction of how Chiron interacts with Thalia vs Percy. Because with Thalia, Chiron is stern. He reprimands her. But with Percy, he pleads.... and isn't that just fascinating.

landlords truly will take every measure to gaslight you into thinking you're doing something wrong asking for maintenance.
one entire side of my room is covered in cracks and has a musty, damp smell due to some bad leaks from the rains earlier this year + a huge pipe leak in the adjacent laundry room. every complaint has just led to the cracks getting shabbily patched, and i have to keep a window open or my room gets a mildewy smell.
so i contacted the goddamn city about it, saying i am experiencing sinus issues and suspect black mold, and within days some men were tearing up the laundry room to replace things and now they're saying they need to come into my room and tear up my wall too-- but not without huffily implying their time was being wasted and that the black mold allegations are serious, as if i will be in trouble if they find none.
as if a cracked wall full of mildew is somehow more acceptable. we pay $2600 a fucking month and i am not going to let some lazy, greedy fuck prevent my conditions from being habitable while he hosts brunches on his tax fraud dollars in his condo across from the yacht club. fuck you fuck you fuck you victor makras.

it's fun to think that when ziggs says, "well I certainly don't love killing," during hatchet town in the npmd proshot, they're talking about the nighthawks. not because perky's buds exists in this timeline, but because for some reason unbeknownst to them, in every timeline, they are mysteriously tormented by nighthawks.

No strings attached. 🎵 | For @harringrovelovefest Day 1
Steve "The Hair" Harrington, heartthrob King of Late Night, is in a ratings slump and an all time personal low after his highly publicized break-up with glamorous hard-hitting reporter Nancy Wheeler. Just when he thinks things can't get any worse, the only guest he can't stand, glam rock revivalist and obnoxious playboy Billy Hargrove, spikes his ratings after their "rivalry" goes viral. Will either of their careers survive another fiery interview?

Clothes that I think Mike would wear
Yes Mike still likes colorful clothes. No I won’t argue about this. Yes I included a leather jacket. No it’s not one of the edgy ones with belt and everything. Yes of course I included some red because he looks phenomenal in it. No Mike doesn’t get away without those 80s short shorts. Yea, I know I‘m 100% right about every single piece of clothing. No I don’t take criticism <3

god the ending of steven universe just hits harder with everything that’s happening in the world. they pull him apart looking for the woman he used to be only to find out she’s not there anymore. he’s always been himself. and his sheer joy at finding out that no, he wasn’t faking it. no, he wasn’t really the woman they said he was. when you strip him down to his barest essentials, he is the boy he said he was. what an absolutely fucking masterful metaphor about being trans. what a gorgeous statement on how society views lgbtq people. rebecca sugar literally just handed us this beautiful work filled with such bare and honest truths about living and said “yeah and make it appealing to kids so they don’t have to grow up hating themselves”
