Thép Ống Inox 310 là gì?

Thép ống inox 310 là gì?

Ống inox 310 là loại ống inox thuộc mác thép không gỉ Austenitic. Trong thành phần hoá học của inox 310 có hàm lượng Crom và nickel cao nên loại ống này mang khả năng chống oxy hoá tuyệt vời, khả năng chống ăn mòn tốt, chịu được nhiệt độ cao lên đến 1149 độ C. 

Ống inox 310s và 310 được ứng dụng phổ biến trong những môi trường liên quan đến chất ăn mòn và độ ẩm. 

Phân loại inox 310

Ngoài ống inox mác thép 310 còn có các loại ống inox 310 khác. Cụ thể, như:

Inox 310S

Ống inox 310s có hàm lượng carbon trong hợp kim thấp hơn 310. Inox 310S có đặc tính chịu nhiệt tốt, kháng ăn mòn và kháng ăn mòn nước biển, có thể sử dụng trong môi trường có nhiệt độ cao lên đến 1050 độ C.

Thép inox 310S thường được sử dụng trong các ứng dụng chịu nhiệt như lò đốt, lò hơi, lò xoay, ống dẫn dầu, và các thiết bị xử lý hóa chất. Ngoài ra, inox 310S cũng được sử dụng trong sản xuất đồ gia dụng, cơ khí và xây dựng.

Inox 310L

Thép ống tròn 310L được ứng dụng trong các hệ thống ống có axit nitric. Tuy nhiên, inox 310L không được khuyên dùng cho môi trường axit, axit nitric có tính oxi hoá cao hoặc axit đậm đặc. Loại ống này đôi khi được sử dụng cho môi trường rất cụ thể (sử dụng Inox 310L trong một ứng dụng cụ thể cần phải được xem xét kỹ lưỡng và các yếu tố liên quan đến ứng dụng cần phải được xác định rõ ràng để đảm bảo hiệu quả và độ bền của hệ thống ống) . Ví dụ như hệ thống ống sản xuất Ure –  ống Inox 310L có thể được sử dụng vì môi trường sản xuất ure không chứa axit nitric đậm đặc hoặc có tính oxi hoá cao.
