War AU x Second Love
Lmao Sam this is literally the plot to the Nandopoleon AU this exists in my head 😭😭
So Fernando is Napoleon, right? And Napoleon had two wives, right? Mark is his first love(i.e. Josephine), older than him, and who he is deeply in love with but has to divorce because Mark can't really provide anything(i.e. no political advantages, infertile, etc.) So Fernando needs to make a political marriage. And who does he marry! The young son of one of the most prominent monarchies in Europe: Lance, Archduke of Austria.
Lance is very resistant to this at first of course. All grumpy like, "Dad, why do you want me to marry the guy who just defeated us in four separate wars. He's literally beaten us since practically my birth, and now I have to marry him? Yuck." Both him and Fernando come into the marriage with bad expectations, Lance despising Fernando for all he represents and Fernando viewing Lance as just a means to an end. But Lance fits in to the kingdom very well and Fernando comes to adore him and pamper him all the time. And suddenly Lance to his father is all like, "the Emperor is great actually 🥰 I was so wrong 🥰"
Meanwhile Mark is just forced to the side, and has to watch while Fernando's love for him diminishes, and his love for Lance grows. They still talk a lot and spend time together, but Mark is constantly sniping at Fernando about his new "wife."
I think Lance would stick by Fernando's side during his exile and subsequent return. He grows to be more loyal to Fernando than to his own family and original kingdom. And even though Fernando originally just views him as a means to an end, he eventually lets Lance fight alongside when they are eventually drawn back into war. Maybe in this AU, he actually wins 😔

So Alastor is on someone’s leash and he’s trying to wiggle his way out of it, the Vees are plotting (of course they are), and LUTE KNOWS LILITH?! THEY MADE SOME KIND OF DEAL?!
I’m so so curious about how Lute and Lilith know each other and why Lute would want her to deal with her daughter

So it looks like Vox thinks Alastor is missing again which is why he’s plotting with the other Vees, but Alastor showed back up at the hotel during repairs so that might not last long
Alastor’s fight with Adam was so good holy shit omfg plz give me more of Alastor’s powers that shield was so cool and his verse in that final song gave me chills like, oh my god he was so mad and I’m here for it
And Lucifer showing up and telling Charlie she changed his heart and mind about the sinners? He is so precious plz protect this duck loving man at all costs
Charlie and Vaggie’s More Than Anything Reprise? Please I am sobbing they love each other so much it hurts
To top it all off- Alastor having beef with literally everyone will never not be funny. Fucking Susan? Are you kidding me. I was laughing so hard. Rosie seems like she deals with Susan a lot and Alastor calling her an Ornery Bitch was so fucking funny for no reason.
Everyone has beef with Susan now.
There is so much I have to say about this show and I could literally talk about it for years but for now I will be repeatedly listening to the soundtrack and impatiently waiting for season 2 because I no longer have the will to live after I sobbed on my bedroom floor over this show. watching morbius and it feels like scenes are just missing? it just goes so quickly and skips so much
#trust me its not by choice#but skipping the peace prize ceremony just to have the doctor read to him what he said from a newspaper#not showing any of his thought process before going to get the bats#him constantly saying hes dying soon but we never see him or milo degrade#the entire experimentation with the bat dna in the mice#skipping like 200 trials before going to human trials without saying or showing any of what happened in those trials#a montage showing how artificial blood stops working in smaller increments and him just saying he’ll eventually hav to drink real blood#or he’ll die#skipping his entire arrest#at no point do they go oh this guy is crazy and thinks hes a vampire they go straight to heah hes a real vampire#im around an hour or something in and its not getting any better#and the cutting within scenes is super weird?#like it jumps a second too far#it feels like im watching a supercut version#like its not good but at the same time im glad i dont hav to watch a drawn out version#the quote unquote funny cop is annoying as all hell#he keeps resetting his watch before he does things and it just bugs me#like the mouse dies and he doesnt stop the watch or record how long before it died?#and hes a doctor but he ripped out his iv like THAT??#you couldve finally shown how to take out an iv properly inside of the hollywood way#coming out of my cage and ive been doing just fine.txt#marvelous
