had a horrible experience just now and im trying to calm down :') might watch LND or something just to distract myself from having a panic attack
#delete later#i jumped in front of a car to grab a cat that was trying to cross the street#she was collared#she still crossed . slowly. after i walked away. she made it to the other side safely but i cant deal with this anymore#it was my first time going outside in TWO MONTHS i hate cars and cities so much i hate it all#sorry for venting here but my life is genuinely ruined by city life and by cars and i dread going outside ever again#i go outside a few times a year thats it. i cant even handle that much.the stress the fear of knowing i might witness Something bad..i cant#im going to be like the phantom and be a hermit and never go outside ever again :')#im crying rn but ill put my phone away and try to calm down :') uhgh
