South Indian Rava idli Dish
Rava Idli is a popular dish of South Indian cuisine, which represents a modern twist on the traditional idli. It uses semolina (rava), which is mixed with yogurt and vegetables in the idli batter. This idli is prepared in steam and is typically served with coconut chutney or sambar. The texture of Rava Idli is soft and its preparation time is also less as compared to traditional Idli.

Good morning world 💜
Tried whipping fresh idlis made with sooji and curd today for my dear hubby and myself! It turned out tasting quite nice. Nothing like a good ol cup of piping hot tea in the morning, topped with a healthy breakfast and geared with Kindle. Today is a good day to be happy, well and kind.
Capturing snippets of my life as I cook 🧑🏽‍🍳 to feed our souls 🧡 stay tuned to whomever is watching.
