So this is all stream of consciousness so I’m sorry if it doesn’t make sense BUT I’m so invested in Horner and the protagonists relationship in IDFWD. I think I’m just drawn to shitty dad-child relationships in fiction and honestly your series is one of my faves on this site cause of it. Like she still wants to impress him and be loved an included even though it might break her heart less to go no contact and say fuck it??? I know it’s technically a max story but man I would be lying if I said the father daughter plot line wasn’t the one I’m most interested in seeing develop. Not that it’s a competition between the two. I LOVED the new chapter! (in case that wasn’t evident)
