okay so i wasn't going to elaborate on "when adrien apologized to felix he wasn't genuine" but i think it's something to not be ignored? i don't think adrien intended to be an asshole bc that's just untrue, but "my father didn't let me go" sounded less of an apology and more of an excuse; it's not his fault by any means but he's changing the topic and not offering support. and it's shown in malediktator too - when he explains how chloe was there 4 him as kids but it's only in animaestro/miraculer where we see them interacting after that!

adrien is NOT evil but he has a tendency of making things about himself and saying he "cares" when it's all talk no action. i DID like the malediktator scene bc it was necessary for marinette to see a new side of chloe but he mostly guilt-tripped her and told his sob story to make her feel bad when there were so many different ways of going around it !!

and that's my issue w/his apology to felix; is it just a line that i'm overthinking too much? absolutely! but it's fun to analyze :( again i'm not salting on him or w/e i'm actually glad he has traits i can pick apart !! he's not BAD but he has a traumadumping problem ig 💀💀💀
