this is still pretty unreal to me.

FNAF BOOK LORE PLAYS A BIG PART IN THE STORY

There's a scene towards the end of the movie where Abby is hiding from foxy and runs to hide behind some arcade games -> reference to the sequence where Foxy is chasing Charlie in the silver eyes (lighting is almost one on one too)

The animatronics realize they're getting manipulated by afton /spring bonnie when Abby shows them the truth through a drawing depicting spring bonnie's true nature -> reference to Carlton showing the dead children that spring bonnie / afton is their enemy through drawing spring bonnie as their killer

CARL THE CUPCAKE

i just find it kinda funny that the guy eaten alive by cupcake was named carl seeing as how carl was cupcake's fanon name

Izuku Midoriya introduces you to his channel. As a kid, he first found Cory from his Five Nights At Freddy's game play and has been a samurai ever since. He's literally so excited when you ask to watch with him. He will text you every time he posts, especially after a long break. Your new favorite dates consist of you binge watching Cory while curled up in the covers with him. Please wear the matching merch with him, it'll make his day.

Eijirou Kirishima becomes a fan because of you. He found you watching his puppet combo playlist and heard the switch the colors song. This instantly captivates his attention and he proceeds to watch every video Cory raps in. Eventually, he gets his friends hooked and constantly has one of videos on whenever you come over. He threw a party when Cory hit 10 million and then threw another when he announced he wasn't retiring. He's hooked now and there's nothing you can do about it.

Katsuki Bakugo midly dislikes him for no reason. When asked why, he'll just say, "He's just another extra who's trying too hard." But once you show him Cory's FNAF: Security Breach play through, he begins to like him, secretly. He finds it amusing when he rages or hates on characters like Monty, knowing he would do the same. He ends up finding Berleezy through him and likes him more. He'll still watch Cory with you but tries to convince you to be apart of the Eezygang.

Shoto Todoroki doesn't get the hype at first. Like why do you like this guy who screams, has random memes pop up, and flirts with the camera? It makes no sense. But once you show him Spooky Scary Sunday, he's binge watching everyday. Faithfully wears the SSS hoodie every Sunday, no matter if Cory posts or not. He becomes highly invested in the storyline and will debrief with you his conclusions and findings. And you eat it up and nod each and every time.

• since he's known to record really late at night, he'd do anything in his power to be quiet and not wake you up during his 3 scary games or his spooky scary sunday videos

— if he happened to wake you up by his screaming would definitely deadpan the camera and be like, "now why did you have to go and wake up my gf? 😐"

• we already know cory likes his anime, so i'm saying that you would binge-watch all types of shows and movies together. but, again, you'll need to motivate and encourage him a lot since he has trouble finishing stuff or gaining interest in shows

notes;; no i will not elaborate. here are my silly little headcanons of 141/ghost team playing fnaf <33

GHOST

• he’s actually determined to beat the damn game, doesn’t keep up with the game lore

• doesn’t even feel bothered the slightest by the jumpscares

• he enjoys playing fnaf 4 and ucn beating 50/20 mode

• when playing ucn 50/20, he’d check all cameras, death coin funtime foxy, close doors, put freddy mask, check vents, save power, all of that shit in less than 1.5 seconds

• gets intrigued by springtrap because of his design

• sympathizes with c.c./evan when he sees the cutscenes and the minigames in fnaf 4

SOAP

• he definitely gets jumpscared after focusing so hard on trying to make it through the night

• gets very frustrated and competitive when ghost manages to make it to 6am with no sweat

• is very creeped out by all the animatronic designs except for foxy from fnaf 2, who is his favorite

• doesn’t know much about the lore either, all he knows is that the animatronics are possessed by 5 murdered children

• when he played sister location for the first time with ghost, it suddenly became his favorite out of the rest of the games because of the storyline

• he’d rather play all the games with ghost more than playing alone

ALEJANDRO

• yeah he can’t play any of the games for shit, doesn’t gaf about lore either

• starts cursing when he gets jumpscared by 1am, rudy has to walk him through it

• is flabbergasted when he finds out about el chip in ucn

• thinks all the animatronics are ugly as shit

• he’s not even scared about the game, he just doesn’t know how to make it through the nights and it frustrates him

• as he plays more because of rudy, overtime he’ll eventually start to like the game and find it fun

PRICE

• doesn’t know shit about the game, only played because gaz showed him

• would probably keep the doors closed the whole time in fnaf 1 and then gets confused when his power runs out

• also thinks the animatronics are ugly as shit, gets mad when gaz points at freddy and says “thats you”

• would probably think this is a kids game, gaz doesnt mention to him the dark lore and storyline

• stays too long lurking on the cameras, actually gets scared when he flips it off and immediately gets jumpscared

• the best thing he did so far is close the door preventing chica from getting in

GAZ

• he definitely knows his lore and most of the fnaf timeline from watching matpat’s theories

• his favorite games from the franchise would be fnaf 4 and sister location, least favorite is security breach

• does some commentary and talks to himself whenever he plays, also likes to make fun of the animatronics for not catching him

• his favorite animatronics would be funtime foxy because of their design and golden freddy because of their lore

• sadly he can’t beat 50/20 on ucn unlike ghost, he’s tried several times but he just can’t

• has enjoyed playing fnaf dlc and other fanmade games like the joy of creation and dayshift at freddy’s

RUDY

• he knows everything about fnaf including the entire lore but is actually too scared to play it

• instead he watches coryxkenshin and markiplier playing all the fnaf games and fanmade games

• his favorite animatronics are springtrap, foxy, and toy bonnie

• he unironically listens to fnaf songs, has a whole playlist. his favorite fnaf songs would be “got no time” and “stay calm”

• secretly likes security breach, not just because its the least scariest but because of glamrock freddy and roxanne wolf

• can only manage to play the first two games because of the nostalgia from his middle school fnaf phase

“Why am I even doing this” The teenage girl rolled her eyes.

Jobe had finally convinced his girlfriend, Destiny to play a horror game. He looked to the side watching her slowly become uncomfortable as she walked through the game.

“You always put me in these types of situations, do you even care about me?” She asked fake hurt as Jobe just looked at her with a straight face, accustomed to her dramatic antics.

“Walk faster, don’t be scared” Jobe tried to reassure her as she stressed.

Destiny kept her eyes on the screen, way less scared than when she started playing. As she walked into a tunnel, Gator came out of nowhere chasing her. Destiny tried to run away only to be caught and killed.

“AAH” She jumped, as Jobe laughed at her reaction.

At one point, they decided to switch and Jobe now commanded the game. He entered the daycare only to be met by the daycare attendant.

“Bro, leave me the fuck alone” Jobe raged moving the camera around and making Destiny chuckle.

He turned off the generator watching Sun turn into Moon. He wandered around the daycare looking for the generator. Moon suddenly appeared making Destiny and Jobe jump.

“WHAT THE FUCK ?!” He shouted in panic, aggressively taking off his headphones. He stood up from his chair breathing heavily.

Destiny bursted out laughing, shamelessly making fun of her boyfriend.

“It’s just a game right” She calmed down, reminding him of what he said a few minutes before.

Jobe side-eyed her before leaving the room with no wish to continue playing.

“So we not playing anymore” Destiny teased to piss him off.

“Shut up!”

i like to think all of the strawhats watched the fnaf movie together

luffy is dressed as bonnie and zoro is forced to be chica, nami is vanessa, usopp made all of the costumes and went as freddy, sanji made themed cupcakes and dressed as foxy, chopper wanted to match with zoro so he was chicas cupcake, carl the cupcake, and regretted it almost immediately, robin was michael, franky is basically an animatronic already, and brook is william afton bc theyre both basically dead and jinbe has no clue wahts going on

luffy info dumps all the lore to the ppl who dont know (most of the strawhats havent played the games but he's explained it like a million times so they understood the references, this time was for jinbe)

btw luffy loves fnaf youtubers and he screamed when he saw coryxkenshin and matpat, he went in thinking it would be markiplier but was super happy anyways, zoro heard about it the whole night once the movie was done and he pretended to hate it but he likes seeing luffy happy

when luffy isnt watching fnaf youtubers him and usopp are taking turns playing and whoever dies has to hand the controller over, chopper joins too and him and usopp are horrified, franky made the computer and luffy made everyone play one round before they started the movie

okay first of all the opening song is a banger, legit got me so excited for it in the first few minutes. the actors are great the story is great but there are a few things I don't understand

First, I don't get why they made such a big deal about Abby's legal guardian and the papers for child custody if they were just gonna sideline that idea and kill the aunt off later on?? like you could remove those scenes and it wouldn't really change anything. idk it just had me questioning throughout the movie but moving on

I expected it to be accurate to the FNAF game lore but I'm not really disappointed either, the movie had some good ideas that worked kinda well.

ALSO I LOVE HOW THE ANIMATRONICS MOVE IT'S ALMOST LIKE THEY'RE ACTUALLY ALIVE they give me so much serotonin when they're not murdering people

the spring lock scene was so underwhelming, I feel like they could've done a lot more to give it more of an impact like getting the actor to scream a bit or having the cupcake rip more of the suit off so we can see how horrible being springlocked would be

LASTLY THEY PLAYED THE FNAF 1 SONG !! I PREVIOUSLY ALREADY KNEW THEY WERE GONNA PLAY IT BC A FRIEND TOLD ME BUT IT HAD ME ROLLING AROUNF AND KICKING MY FEET I SANG THE WHOLE THING

Honestly, they never knew how scary and hard this game would be.

They decided to play the game themselves since they always saw you playing it and talking about the game with other people.

But they are very impressed by the outlook of the whole game, they love it!

Don't worry, there were also sometimes where they almost pissed themselves and you found it very funny.

Cartman definitely ripped on Bierce. He's gotta lighten up the mood in his scenario for one 🥲

Heck, they even tried roleplaying the game with you pretending to be the monsters and such.

You're the protagonist and they're the enemies. It's all pretend of course, they would never hurt you just like how the enemies hurt the main character in the game.

I also forgot to mention that they also enjoy distracting you while you're playing the game 😂

They might tickle you, give you kisses on your cheeks, or put their hands in front of your face. You got pissed when you died by the monsters and they were on the floor laughing at you.

Kenny pulled you down to the floor with them and they got on top of you to plant kisses on your face.

"You guys can be such jerks sometimes...Hmmph!"

You pouted with your cheeks being fully red as cherries.

They continued to giggle at your state and kiss you❤️🧡💚💙

When did you get into dead space?

Early last year a month after the remake came out! Ironically on Valentine’s Day. Had no idea what it was besides a horror game. ..And being an outlast fan while being someone who’s obsessed with outer space and the galaxy, it immediately grabbed my interest.

My first interaction with it was watching a YouTuber, Coryxkenshin, play it and he got me super interested (He’s actually a big fan of dead space as well fun fact and has all three of the original games). Then after that the brainrot and spiral BEGAANN.. started playing the games around May?? And finished them in late June. I literally got a ps3 and a ps5 for this series i wanted to know everything there is about ds.

But it was overall during an overwhelming point of my life and i just needed something to distract me. Literally almost a year later here we are. Yayy

I truly do not understand how anyone thinks Amanda is evil, like even in the beginning while I was watching CoryxKenshin play the game I felt scared FOR her not of her. If anything it would make more sense not to trust Wooly especially with the information given on the hidden tapes.

the animatronics were amazing, i really wasn’t expecting the scene where they all played and had fun together????? it was such wish fulfillment i was just sitting there like is this real

(on that note HEY. someone had better gif that fronnie scene were theyre just playing and dancing together. 👉 get on it giffers)

maybe controversial but i liked the matpat and coryxkenshin cameos a lot they were funny and didnt detract from the flow too much

the jumpscares were not terribly hacky like i thought theyd be, and the balloon boy one was really good 👏

also IM NOT CRAZY THAT WAS A CIRCUS BABY REFERENCE RIGHT??? AAAAAAAAAA

all of the parts and service room was so cool tbh, all of the creepy old endos and parts, the little fetch easter egg, all of it so so good

the easter eggs in general were really fun, im looking forward to watching this movie be micro analyzed for years to come

the springlock scene 🤌 cinema…..

that scene were william roundhouse kicks mike is just like. so amazing. this is going on the positives. i cant believe they did that. what an amazing movie.

in general the lighting and sound design were very nice (i mean as a layperson i thought they were nice idk XD)

i feel like this story suffers from the same issue TSE has, where by straying from the games canon you’ve actually made things so much more complicated? while some things definitely made sense (vanessa being williams daughter was a nice touch and made sense for both characters fight me, also a great nod to how shes mind controlled in game canon) others feel like they just made things more complicated? like, why was garrett just a random kid in a random campsite? why was william there, why did he kill him, why do the ghost kids know him? i guess you could say, if there is a reason, it will be revealed in a later movie? but thats so many unnecessary steps when all you had to do was have garret go missing from a freddys location (like in TSE). like, mikes brothers disappearance is linked to freddys, thats why he needs to work there, you could save a lot of time aunt jane ate up. speaking of.

its such a hilarious plot hole that they just totally move past aunt janes death. like this guy is fighting tooth and nail for custody of his sister against his aunt and she shows up dead at his house and nobody is suspicious or cares. also he shows up at the hospital with a stabbed cop who’s apparently in a coma and cant verify his story at all?? the plot armor on this man!!

i realize they needed to put abby in danger at some point or else why would she even be here, but having the ghost kids want to ghostify her doesnt make a whole lotta sense >_> like they kept saying william was confusing them but they never really showed that, golden freddys spirit kid seemed pretty aware of the situation the entire time.

that one jumpscare with the kid with black goopy eyes was pretty silly lmao. feel like they could have captured the creepypasta vibe better

this is semi positive and negative, but i really really liked vanessa’s creepiness i just wish theyd leaned into it a bit more? that scene where shes staring lovingly up at the animatronics and then asks mike to dance is just so 👌 like girl what is wrong with you fr 🥰 but then her behaviors dont make much sense after that, i was a bit confused as to when she was supposed to be trying to get mike to stay and when she was supposed to be warning him away.

the writing in general was definitely a bit weird ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ eh

sorry if my negatives seem like bummers, but i really enjoy picking apart movies i like, and i tend to like things more when there is stuff to pick apart! (sensory fandom experience…..) in general i really enjoyed the movie and i think most fnaf fans will! it’s fun cheesy horror that has a lot of love for the source material without trying to BE it, which wouldn’t be possible anyway

I finally watched the FNAF movie (⚠️spoilers⚠️)

It’s an ok movie i guess, i mean i was excited when the movie came out but even i wasn’t a big fan of the original games because i never grew up with them because i was too scared to watch the gameplays but until i grew older, i somehow understand the games plots already but there are some plots i just don’t care because i care about the animatronics and not the big lore like it’s the MCU or something, but i watch this movie because there are some actors that i know (i literally watch this movie just for matthew lillard because he’s just so great at playing as the villain in the movie), but the thing that i don’t think it works in the movie is that vanessa is somehow william’s daughter like she’s not william’s daughter in the games why can’t it be mike and garret because their the children of afton not vanessa, vanessa was a character who was trying to stop glitchtrap but somehow gets controlled by him, and garret (who is a movie version of the crying child) doesn’t have that much character because in the games he’s more investigating on what he’s real father (william afton) is doing but in this movie he’s just the dead brother who is just there to make the main character to have more and it doesn’t make any sense of william to kidnapped and kill him when he doesn’t even know about him and making william being the father of vanessa is just weird and the movie would’ve been more better if abby died (look, i would feel sad if abby died but i think it will show that mike is now losing another sibling of his) but look , i don’t hate this movie, it’s just some plot holes that are just not quite right and it’s a literal eyebrow raising type though, but there are some stuff in the movie that really enjoyed, i love seeing the animatronics being friendly to abby, i love seeing a dynamic between mike and vanessa, and of course matthew lillard is the best part of the movie, and i love that josh hutcherson is now part of the horror genre now and elizabeth lail is now becoming a scream queen since she was in the movie countdown(2019) which is not a great movie but atleast she’s now a scream queen :), and good thing matthew lillard finally says the “i always come back” line😌

And i love the matpat cameo, i thought he’s not going to be movie based on how he reacts when watching the trailers but he’s actually in the movie :)

Including when abby is playing with animatronics and then they made a fortrest in night 4, it’s really cute😊

Coryxkenshin, he’s good at playing the typical taxi driver which is great :)

AND THE OPENING SEQUENCE WITH THE 8-BIT GAMES JUST LIKE IN THE GAMES AND THE AWESOME SCORE BY THE NEWTON BROTHERS, IT’S PERFECT 10/10 OPENING

Rewrite time:

Vanessa is the favorite birthday girl of william afton and that’s how she is so closed to him and during the night when young vanessa is going to visit afton she sees that he is killing the kids and then the next day she is visiting him again and william gives her a pep talk about the kids and his story and gives her a rule saying “and if you dare tell anyone about this, i will murder you just like those brats”

And about the afton family thing is that after the real ms afton died, william somehow brings mike and garret to another place(probably a adoption center) and then abandoned them because he doesn’t to see his kids infront of his face again and then years later he kidnaps garret and kills him to becoming golden freddy(i still think golden freddy has two souls because he’s such a complicated character)

And garret soul as golden freddy is now friends with abby and during night 5 william is trying to kill abby but golden attacks him but defeated by him and boom plot twist begins and william is starting to attack mike but the other animatronics are attacking as well but loses to show that afton is stronger and threatening and he goes after abby but mikes tries to stop but gets kicked and william finally kills abby while mike is surprised that his sister is killed just like his brother and then he attacks william and accidentally switches the springlock switch, mike is horrified on what is he seeing but he starts running away with a injured vanessa and william starts yelling at michael saying "MICHAEL, YOU CAN'T GET AWAY FROM ME YOU BRAT" "AND REMEMBER" "I ALWAYS COME BACK" and now the next is mike at a hospital taking care of vanessa while he's traumatized that his sister is dead and somehow a news broadcast was shown in the tv and mike watches it and some guy on the news says that he's coworker is missing, and then the post credit scene shows that springtrap is attacking that guy by eating his head, that's all.

So what is my ranking about this movie?

B Tier

it’s both exciting and great to see another indie game to get adapted just like cuphead but there are some stuff i’m just not into it but anyways that’s my review now :)
