just spent twenty minutes rattling off new sci fi recs 2 my brother. 90% of which i have not read
#sorry for having my ear to the ground agsdhfkjn#this isnt fair i read most of them but i was like omg u HAVE to read the three body problem thats the hot thing rn#as if ive. as if ive. ok its on my list alright#im still working thru the liu fantasy books#he actually knows someone who read the original and has translation opinions so 👀 ill be able 2 pick that guys brain next month#i was catching him up on what was happening with sanderson's stuff (incomparable) and he was talking abt going back to le guin#like going back to school but its le guin#but we have very different tastes in sff at this point we come together on books that are basically shounen anime
